I am giving this park a 4 only because for the price $450 a month with no Wi-Fi, cable,, showers or bathrooms available. All you get is just a hook up to electric, water, and sewer. It's a new clean park. Owners are nice, but this is close to Beeville and if your coming to the area be prepared to pay, and pay, and pay, the oil field is here and they can't keep hotels and RV places built fast enough. So go on down to Corpus or Port A and enjoy the beach don't stop here. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
