The park is new and the owner plans additional improvements over the next year. The park is located on US Highway 59 on the south side of Timpson. Hwy 59 is a busy highway but the night noise was not noticed nor was it an issue. Trees have been planted for future shade, and the owner is planning to add restrooms and a recreation room. We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with our stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
