Pet restrictions, 30 pounds and 2 animals. Some of the sites are very tight. They let people park on the streets which can make it harder to try to back into a site. We paid $3 more for pull through sites at the back of the park. They were great. This is a nice RV park. 1015 appeared to be about 80% RV’s. Mostly motorhomes and 5th wheels. We drove around and looked at others in the Weslaco area. Some were nicer but they looked like they were 90% mobile homes. Many of the parks in the Rio Grande Valley are not listed here or in Trailer Life. Ranchero RV Park had a new section for RV’s only but it had no shade. The park looked very nice and had some pull trous. Leisure World appeared to be 98% mobile homes. Country Sunshine had some RV spaces and a lot of park models and mobiles homes. Magic Valley had older park models and mobile homes. Pine to Palm looked very nice but was a no children, no pets, park. Llano is large and very nice ( 5 pools). The key is to try to find out what they are in advance. Do they shove your RV into an empty site designed for a mobile home or semi permanent park model? If you are with a group, can you get all the sites together? We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small, friendly park. Most of the people here were repeat winter visitors. There really wasn't much to do within the park that was regularly scheduled but everyone here seemed to keep busy. The park is on the road to Progresso Mexico and only about five miles away. Dogs are allowed but they must be under 30#. This is a Coast to Coast Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were recommended to this park by some friends. This is a very friendly park and lots to do if you like or just be to yourselves. Very close to the bridge to Nuevo Progresso, Mexico. New laundry facilities that do not use coins but cards. Cards are $5 and then you add money to that. Nice pool, hot tub, hall and library. Dinners each Thursday in the hall. Woodcarvers club, Quilting, Oil Painting, active shuffleboard group, Horseshoes, loads of activities. Wi-Fi through Tengo Internet. We have had a blast here. Definitely would recommend to others! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a 55+ park. Located nicely in quiet area but easily accessible to everything. Large area of park is mobile homes but nice newer separate area for RV's with own entrance and small clubhouse with laundry although full use of all facilities and activities available to everyone is located near office. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office closed afternoons Saturdays and Sundays like most campgrounds in the Rio Grande Valley. Wi-fi available in clubhouse and is supposed to be available at sites next year although you can subscribe privately to local cable company for high speed at this time. You pay separate for electricity like most other parks here in the valley. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice place in a quiet location. Exercise room, nice pool, clean laundry. Rate cited is Texas resident summer rate. Yes, we had to pay $5 per day for Wi-Fi but it worked perfectly. Very nice folks at the office, very convenient location. RV sites up front OK though the first one we tried wasn't sufficiently level. Will definitely make this our way station for final preparations before we return home to Lake Chapala, Mexico. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped here for a week used a coupon from the Texas Assoc of Campgrounds so the price was $100 since we were new to the area we spent all of our days exploring the area and did not use the facilities of the campground extensively. Laundry was very clean and neat. Park has a lot of permanent mobile homes which are very well kept. WiFi was a joke, it was provided by an outside vendor which you paid for online. However, we never did get connected so we used computers in the public library in Weslaco. Location is central to everything in Rio Grande Valley. Would stay again if the WiFi were improved. We camped here in a Motorhome.
