We pulled in late in the day and found plenty of spaces available. This is a high, open valley so expect cool winds. The dog picked up goat's heads (stickers) along the exterior road. The kill deers were nesting all around the exterior so the dog had lots of interesting distractions. The driving range was in great shape, but the wind kept folks off it (other than dog walkers). We'll stay in this nicely maintained, comfortable park again, with a longer fresh water hose. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great big rig stop over while traveling I84. It’s easy on and off the highway but far enough away that there is little traffic noise. This is a no frills campground that’s on the rustic side but the bathrooms, showers and laundry were all usable. There is no WIFI here and our sprint phone and 3G did not work. The road around the park was smooth gravel with long level pull-thru gravel sites that were easy to get into. All the sites are full hook-up 30amp with the power/sewer station in the middle but the water is at the rear and can be long stretch for your hose. There is a little grass between sites and plenty of room for slides and awning. There are no trees to obstruct your satellite. All campsites sit across from a 300 yard driving range that is part of the park and creates a great view out your dash. The park is not staffed during the day so when you get there just stop at the office, get a registration form and map, pick any site then put your payment thru the slot in the office door. Escapees price was 25.50. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is probably not a well known campground but I would highly recommend it. Well off the highway and quiet. Very level spaces, full hookup although it doesn't have 50 amp which was OK for us. Self serve at the office but the owner was always out and about so if you needed something he was available. Spots were big enough for large rigs and pull through was available as well as back in. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
