Mostly seasonal campers, but the sites closest to the entrance are great for transient campers. Owners, as well as seasonal campers, are very friendly. Once a year our family rents six sites for a long weekend and we always have a good time. Close to Lake Champlain and New York State. We will revisit. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Very nice place.Freindly owners.Camped here more then once this year and enjoyed it
greatly.Lot of fun activeties for the whole family. We all liked the saturday bingo. We were warmly welcomed by many seasonal campers, even given fresh veggies
from from a seasonals on site garden, very good I might add.Would and have recomended this campground to everyone we talk to. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I would first like to state that "Frank the drunken idiot" is no longer the owner of this park! As of May 2004, a nice couple now owns 10 Acres Campground. This is a fairly decent place to stay. Lots of seasonals, the park could use some updating. The fishing pond "A" sites are tight but doable (we were in a 25' Travel Trailer). Lake Champlain is just across the street with a boat access about 3/4 mile down the street.

NEW OWNERS ON SITE! Now this place is back to being a friendly, family campground! Beautiful park right on the lake. You feel welcomed the moment you check in. Owners remembered our names every time we saw them. Nice people! The seasonal campers very friendly and welcoming as well. Lots of upgrades added the last month of this season. These guys are on top of it! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Beware the camp owner is a drunken idiot named Frank. He is selling the place so make sure it's under new ownership. Came down to party with us every night, not bad until he started bragging about how much money he has and what a hard core hells angel he is... not to mention his glorious gun collection. The last day (Sunday) he came down demanding free alcohol for some free fire wood he had given us. He wanted to listen to some violent rap music and went on and on about how he was a hells angel and he was going to mess up the seasonal that stole his wife away 6 months ago because he knows where he lives. He passed out in his drunken state in a open tent. When woken up and asked to get out became irate and called us *$#()#@ city folk and tore out of the camp site in his truck missing my car by and inch or two... needless to say we had our large campsite cleaned up in less than an hour and were back on the road home. Just make sure that Frank doesn't own the camp ground and if he does, don't make friends with him and give him alcohol. We camped here in a camper.
