This is a very small, well run park. Our family loved it. While there is no swimming availability at the camp ground the owners are very willing to give directions to local swimming holes and rivers. The owners were wonderful to us, helping us out in any way we needed. When they found out that we were in the area to do some genealogy they introduced us to a local historian and gave us lots of information on the area. The grounds themselves are lovely. We stayed in a shady site that was more than generous for our pop-up. This is not the place to go if you want tons of activities for the kids or big swimming pools and entertainment. It is camping like it was meant to be: clear stars at night, peaceful woods and fields and family around the campfire. The kids loved the hike to the cliffs. The bathrooms were flush toilets and free hot showers. Very basic, but clean and with plenty of hot water and toilet paper! We will definitely stay there again!! The web site was great with pictures of each site and really a true to life description of the whole campground. No hype and down to earth. We camped here in a tent trailer.
