I stayed for 5 months and paid $315 a month for all utilities. Off peak season is cheaper. I was very satisfied. 1. It's very quiet and the other RVers are very nice. 2. Just an FYI: Trash is located at community trash dump sites throughout the community . There is a set of dumpsters down the street from the park. 3. There's a sign that says not to drink the water. Not sure why. The water didn't taste bad. The park is on a well system. 4. Never had any problems. Awesome camping! Thanks Running Ceder RV! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
