I really liked this park. Paved pad with patio, grass on both sides. Shade trees did not interfere with satellite reception. Long term resident were located in another area of the park. Shopping was near by, yet the park is in a quiet rural setting away from town. Laundry room was adequate and reasonable. Would stop here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our favorite RV park; plenty of room between sites. Very pretty location, next to the dike where people walk or jog. Extremely clean park and bathrooms. We stay here everytime we go through town. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice park located about a mile from I-5. It is very well maintained and, for the most part, quiet. There are quite a few permanents in the park, however, their units are mostly new and kept up very well. We had a back-in space that wasn't quite long or wide enough for our trailer resulting in no place to park our pickup and we had to park it in an overflow parking area. There is a dike surrounding the park which is easy walking to the freeway and businesses located along the frontage road about a mile away. Be on the lookout for dog poo as people don't do a very good job picking up after their dogs on this trail. The park has good cable television and the Wi-Fi worked good. We were very confused by the park rules which state "only one cat or dog weighing less than 25 pounds and less than 18 inches standing allowed on your site". We wonder why parks put these rules in writing and never enforce them as there were many people with several large dogs. One even erected a fence all around their trailer for two large labs to roam around in and bark at everything that moved. Other than barking dogs our stay was quite enjoyable. We would stay here again if we were in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
