Owner was very friendly. There are a lot of Full Timers in this park, but a few sites are set up for us transient folks. I thought 25 bucks was a little rich for 30 amp power and water, but for a one or two night stop-over I guess it's AOK. If you have a roof mounted satellite check for access before you get parked. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a park from the 20-foot travel trailer era. It is difficult to find, and for rigs more than about 30 feet long, difficult to maneuver around in. The office is not clearly marked - you have to rely on the owner to spot you pulling in. Some of the spaces are on grass, nice enough for smaller RVs. The power is 30 amp only, and on the hot summer day we were there, the voltage was barely above 100. Few if any sites have sewer connections. If someone is using the dump station, the entrance/exit to the park is blocked. The water was adequate. Surprisingly, there was decent wifi. Quite a few of the spaces were taken by single-wide manufactured houses or by permanent looking RVs. Pets are no problem. The price shown includes taxes. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice quiet park well kept.It has a lot of long term residents but we enjoyed the quiet. it is off the highway so not much noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.
