As others have said this campground is NOT a resort. It is however, convenient to the Peacemaker Training Center. We spent a week here and had no problems. The sewer is only available on two sites. Water is from a well, but was good. TV was air, no cable, we did have 4 channels. We plan to use this campground again in the future due to its location. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We are staying in Hedgesville, West Va, at the Lazy-A Campground. There are about 15 sites w/30amp, and 2 pull-through sites w/50amp, all have water/electric and none have sewer. All of the tent sites (about 20 of them) are in the woods. All of the camper sites are on the edge of the woods. We get morning sun, but evening shade which is nice. There is a tiny little creek behind the edge of the woods sites. Pets welcome. No store on site and they only take cash/check. Each site has a small fire ring and nice picnic table. The restroom is old, but clean. There is a laundry room – old, but clean as well. This was the closest campground to my Aunt’s house in Bunker Hill, WV where we met yesterday for a family independence celebration. The campground has no pool, and very little for kids to do. I am sharing this because it is in fact a decent little stop, a good place to stay for a night or two if you are on the road and want to get away from it all. The owner and her mom are terrific – lovely ladies – very accommodating. The price cannot be beat ($26 a night). We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Rustic farm with lots of space, level sites, and some spots for big rigs. Campground is 7 acres, but it is part of a much larger farm making it roomy. We got lucky and we were the only ones there at the entire campground (since it was a weekday). Beautiful stream connected. It's a little bit of a drive for shopping but Martinsburg is a very nice city. Only complaint was that Verizon internet was pretty slow (but it did work). We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra day. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
