This is a small RV park next to a town park. There is a lake nearby you can fish in. The road and sites are paved. Sites are first come/first served; no reservations. All sites are full hookup except for one which is water/sewer only. It is right in town so it is very quiet. There is a playground in the park across the street. We stayed here for one night. Good place to stay while you're doing something in town, or just want a place to stop for the night. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Beautiful heavily-wooded park in the WI north woods, located on Jack lake, about 12 miles north of Antigo. Access roads are paved. Very curvy and somewhat difficult to maneuver into sites with a large rig. Jack lake allows only electric trolling motors, so it's very quiet. Great fishing. Camping is 1st come/1st serve. Pets are welcome in the campground, but not in the adjoining park. New bath/shower house with pay showers. Electric only RV sites. Water is available at entry, as is sewer dump, which costs $5.00 for registered guests. Many miles of hiking/biking trails, which joint up to WI Ice Age Trail. Firewood, ice, bait sales, boat rentals, beach, playground, volleyball/basketball courts. Verizon works fairly well here, even in the woods. Overall, an excellent county park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
