This is a beautiful state park, however, be aware that most of the sites are very difficult to back into if you have a large rig. Our rig is 30 ft long and it was a challenge. If you have a rig larger than this the only sites you could get into would be 29 , 30, and 2. Only the inside sites have electric. Except for sites 29,30,31,32,1 and 2, it is heavy wooded and DARK. And when it rains, which it frequent does in Wisconsin, it stays wet. There is no hope of getting a satellite signal except on the few upper sites previously mentioned. Cellphone signal is weak at best. But, there are lots of nice trails to hike, and wildlife around. It is about 5 miles from the freeway and near a small town with a Wal-Mart. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
