We found this park to be a bit pricey for the quality of camp site. We stayed on a concrete pad on the main road and not in the transient camp sites. Train tracks are behind the campgrounds. Grass was not mowed and the picnic table and fire ring were in very poor repair. The pool was closed when we visited as things were slowing down due to the end of the season. They still charged $8 more ($38) for weekends which we felt was just to much for the site we occupied. Shaded sites are very shaded with no access to a satellite signal. Large campground with only one trash drop off that we could find. Seasonals are the primary business here. We chose to move after one night. Might be worth it for a family with kids during prime season. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Large well maintained park. Mostly permanent park models. Overnight spaces are about 50. Overhead branches could be problem. Transient sites are well shaded so no satellite TV. When we asked if clear site was available and we were given a FHU site that is a new area that is actually outside the park. No trees so good satellite TV, concrete parking pad, good water, and electric. Pet peeve no dish/shelf in shower, push button timer faucet. We camped here in a Motorhome.
OK, this place has a over 200 sites. Most of them are seasonal they have 30 sites for overnight. They have a pool, a 9 hole golf course, a marina, a couple of restaurants and an Army tank (M60). The bathroom was sort of clean but had a serious mold issue that put me off. The phone persona of the lady who answered, needs a lot of work. However she was very friendly and was nice in person so don't let that put you off. As I said the majority of the sites are seasonal and some of the places are pretty deluxe and large. Major down side is that the RxR tracks are just east of the park and are loud. It is one of the main lines and the trains move through at high speeds, often, and it is not quiet when they go by. Most of the rest of the time it is very quiet. No Wi-Fi or cable, overnight sites are well shaded but it may interfere with satellite reception. Verizon MiFi worked OK. Also check your height clearance when you back into your site ours was very close in a 36' MH with 12'6" height. Also one slide was only about 6" from the tree trunk. Water pressure seems pretty high so you might want to go with a pressure reducer. Gravel roads and sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.
