This park is not anything I would normally look for in an RV park. About 98% of the park appears to be seasonal sites (they are open from April 15-Oct. 15). Some of the mobiles are OK, but the vast majority needed lots of TLC. In spite of this we really enjoyed our stay here. The transient sites are on the east side butting up against a large meadow with a woodsy area behind that. We had a large pull through grass site among lots of trees with a lot of birds, rabbits, and squirrels running around. The park is right beside busy Hwy. 12, however except for a few vehicles it wasn't a problem. The park for the most park is very quiet. It's a short walk/drive into a quaint little town with grocery shopping about 3/4 mile from camp. Madison is only about 23 miles away and there is lots to see within about 25 miles all directions. We would stay here again. I would have rated higher however I checked out the bathrooms and found them to be very dirty. I would not have used them at all. The park takes cash/checks only. No credit cards. Very laid back management. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
