Grangers is a good place to stay a night or two if you want the basics. Registering was a challenge. The office was open only in the evenings. A camper suggested that we go to the machine shop next door for information. The secretary told us to find a site and setup. A majority of the sites were taken by long-term campers. We kept our door and windows closed because the roads were very dusty. The cable and wifi were excellent. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We found this campground in Trailer Life Directory and stayed here because it is about half the price of the KOA. We don't generally like KOA's because they are over priced and our experience is that they are not worth it. The ideal RV park for us is one with level, pull thru sites with full hookups including Wi-Fi and perhaps cable TV. We normally just stay a day or so and don't use the showers, rest rooms, pool, or other planned activities. Grangers is very nice with level, pull thru, grass sites. The Wi-Fi and cable TV worked fine and the only thing they don't have is 50 amp sites. Our site didn't have sewer, but that was no problem for us. I don't think we would stay here for a week, but it is fine for one or two nights. We camped here in a Motorhome.
