Beautiful lake and grounds. Free laundry has 4 washers and 4 dryers and they have a signup sheet to reserve 2-hr time slots to use them--works great! Lots of activities. Everyone is SO FRIENDLY and helpful--makes you feel like family. BEST WiFi I have ever had at an RV Park. Very accommodating on reservations. They have DirecTV access instead of just cable.

We were VERY disappointed that the golf course next door doesn't give good rates for Park Residents but see comments under attractions.

Glen Lakes Golf Course has 27-holes and worked with us nicely for a good rate to play golf and isn't far away. Also park office has coupon for range balls there. If you are retired/active military, you can also golf the 27-hole course at Pensacola NAS just 20+ miles away for reasonable price.

MUST visit the Pensacola Naval Air Station Air Museum. Fantastic and you do not have to be military to enter base to see the museum. Just register at the gate. Can also visit the Pensacola Lighthouse on base. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit Orange Beach--Bubba's Seafood House-ask for Kim-AWESOME food/exc.svc. FANTASTIC Mahi-Mahi Trop.Dish at Shipp's Harbor Rest. Difficult to find as sign at street by boatyard has HARBOR as big part of sign and tucked into marina w/outdoor seating --staff very friendly/exc.svc/elegant food presentation. Got free Drunk Brownie (which was to die for) for bday. Get fresh seafood from Foley Market on Sat/Tue. The Foley Chamber of Commerce--lots of info/very friendly/helpful.

This is clearly the BEST and the #1 Park in America. It is quiet, big sites and the cleanest you will ever see. Plus, it does not allow trailers, older coaches or older 5th wheels, only newer units allowed, no children, no dogs above 20 pounds and all dogs have to be on a leash at all times. no outside racket or music. This is a park for people that like quality, clean and quiet environment. #1 BEST Park. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Plenty of shopping in Pensacola FL, or Foley AL, both are close and there is everything you need in both area's. Great grocery store in Elberta (just a few miles from park) where they have a wonderful butcher shop and hand cut all the beef and it is some of the best you will find, they have great steaks!

This is a really great resort. It is in the country so it is very peaceful, yet, not too far away from the touristy things if you so choose to do that. The pads are concrete, level and spacious. Hosts were very nice and helpful to us. Our tow dolly got stuck and they tried to help, and then came back to check on us. The resort is clean and beautifully landscaped. We would most definitely stay here again. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a really nice park, would definitely stay here again. All concrete pads, that are long enough to accommodate MH & tow without unhooking. Plenty of room to maneuver in and out. The entire park is kept clean all the time. Everyone here was super nice. Wi-Fi worked great. Pool was nice.

Only have a small complaint, but it is kind of huge. We were given the Passport America rate over the phone, $22/night. Then once we got there, were told we could only have that rate for 1 night, and had to pay the full price of $43/night the rest of the time. We were only staying for 3 nights, so not huge money, but the principle of it really ticked us off. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a fantastic place. Level concrete sites with many pull in lake view. Lots of palm trees and nicely landscaped. Relatively new resort. Friendly staff, lots of activities, mainly geared for adults. Fantastic pool and hot tub, tiki bar. Even a small beach alongside lake. Beautiful clubhouse, even have a full kitchen available for use. They do have lots for sale but absolutely no high pressure sales pitch like some other resorts. Very quiet and peaceful stay here. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Pretty close to Pensacola Fl, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Al.

Absolutely great place to stay. They are very friendly and the grounds are immaculate. We really enjoyed this location. Private and very friendly folks that stay here. The pool is one of the best we have come across. Being full timers we have been on the road for a little over four months. Pool and club house are really nice. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Its a great location to travel to Orange Beach and also great restaurants. Our little guy loves RVing.

We stayed at Lake Osprey RV Resort for 7 weeks, thus the "low" daily rate that is "required". Monthly rates are resonable. Wonderful quiet, peaceful country setting on a large lake w/palm trees. Spacious concrete pads, FHU, 50A, cable. Sites surrounding the lake are drive in sites. A motor home has your windshield facing the water. Appreciate 5th wheels being allowed on sight. Free laundry & free wash of vehicles on your site. 1 new pickleball court on site with the promise of another one for the 2015-16 season. Beautiful swimming pool & hot tub on the edge of the lake. Club house open for guests' use anytime. Grills & Tiki bar for parties/game gatherings.
30 minutes to beautiful white sand beaches of AL gulf coast. 1 hour to Mobile, AL. 30 minutes to Pensacola, FL. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Pensacola, FL NAS Musuem, many public beaches FL & AL. Great seafood and selections of restaurants. Easy day trip to Mobile, AL and coastal communities for festivals. Mid-February mardi gras is celebrated in every community followed by spring festivals.

Very nice new park is still in development. Extra long concrete pads, but not extra wide. No patio or picnic table. Cable and wi-fi. Free laundry. Free lunch on Friday. Dog park. About 10 miles to Foley where there are lots of stores and 20 minutes to the beach. Stayed here for a $99 week special, otherwise it would be too pricey. Very clean and freindly staff. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful new park built around a large spring-fed lake. All sites are concrete and all interior roads newly paved. Landscaping is truly resort-like. We will definitely return even without a special rate. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to visit the town of Fairhope while there.

Beautiful property. Yes, it is being developed, so not all areas are pristine Great pool, nice lake. RV pads are concrete, level and large. Good spacing between units with nice, well maintained grass. Quiet. About 30 miles from the beach and good restaurants. So, you are out in the middle of small town USA. No trails - but a golf course next door. Will stay here again when we are looking to get away and just "chill". We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is not a "Country Club" as they advertise. The pool was closed for cleaning which would not make any difference as they do not have a heater for it, if this was a great park the pool would be heated. All they have is a pool, club house and hot tub, nothing else. The staff is great. The cable has about 20 channels. The Wi-Fi has worked half the time. The water pressure is not good some of the time. There is construction of new sites going on. When you pay the extra for a lakeside lot you look across to a field of weeds and a couple of trash piles. It is thirty minutes to the Gulf Shores Beaches and fifteen minutes to Foley for any shopping. The sites and roads are paved and if you want to relax this is the place. There are other good parks closer to the beach which we will stay at next time. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Place is out in the boondocks but worth the trip if you like a spacious site with quiet surroundings. Too cool to swim and the hot tub was being worked on. Construction going on adjacent to the clubhouse but noise not a problem. Had a lakefront site and enjoyed a cool breeze across the lake. Lake is catch & release and 1 fisherman was getting some bites. Staff was efficient & friendly and grounds were well-kept. Didn't use the golf course but rates seemed reasonable. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is really a good park. Concrete roads and pads. WI-FI worked well. Great pool. Very nice staff. The park is being sold again and with that the development should start again. The lake is not as big as the web site makes it out to be, but nice to look at. If you get a lakeside site leave enough room in front, as there is no patio. The Golf Course is a few minutes away and is very good. Twenty five minutes to Pensacola and various beaches. Would return. If you go stop at the Roadkill Café for a decent lunch. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Grand looking landscaped entrance but then I saw the sites- not so grand. Lot of sun, not wide enough for your chairs and no trees. The grass was high and needed cutting. The dog walk on the map doesn't exist. The lake had a concrete wall around it except by the "beach" area. Weeds growing up all around the lake and the "beach". Only a very small part of what appears on the map has been developed. It was miles from everything. I won't go again. We camped at Lake Osprey RV Resort in a Motorhome.
