55 RV Parks near Foley, Alabama
Mar 2017 - $45.00
We spent the Winter here as Snowbirds,29 Dec 2016 to 30 March 2017. We have stayed at 2 other parks in the area in past years, but have found a new home here. We love this park, the owners are 2 of the nicest people we have ever met. The park is very clean, & quiet. Restrooms & showers are clean and well maintained. There is a fishing pond for catch & release fishing. Playground equipment for the little ones. Fenced Dog Yard. Wide paved roads, the widest I've seen in an RV Resort. Wide concrete pad & patio. Our review is from a seasonal prospective. Great park for day, week, month, or Snowbird season. Y'all come on down. Gary. - User3399
Mar 2017 - $35.00
Nightly rate was based on the break down of the rate for a two week stay. This is a beautiful, very well-kept park with paved streets, pads and patios. A picnic table is included with each site but no fire pit or ring. There is fairly adequate WIFI as well as cable TV. Electric, Water and Sewer included. There is clean laundry facilities and a very nice pool. A nice community room and several planned activities such as Bingo, Saturday breakfasts and Friday night ice cream with live music are available for those who are interested. - jrhude
Mar 2017 - $35.00
Stayed here several times in 45'. Friendly people and very helpful. Well maintained and long concrete sites. - Marcitx
Feb 2016 - $10.00
We did not stay here. Arrived and could not find the office or anyone to check us in. The road in the park was very narrow dirt and it looked like there was only two spots for over night campers, the rest were filled with mostly run down permanent dwellers, parked very close to each other. - packrat1941
Aug 2016 - $20.00
Very nice, clean and quiet RV park. The staff and full-time residents were super friendly!! We stayed 2 nights to wait out a hurricane... that missed us!! Would totally stay here again. - Sunneee
Mar 2016 - $40.00
Bluegrass at one time was a good stopover for a day or two. Park is not being kept up and it shows. Limbs were growing over the area to pull thru so bad you dare not take you rigs under the low limbs. Stop signs every where along with smart a-- signs such as " WHAT PART OF SLO DON'T GET" and "SLOW DOWN OR TURN AROUND LEAVE". Owners son was constantly yelling at people in an extremely unprofessional manner. Police were in and out of the park several times during our 3 day stay. We spoke with several snowbirds that have been staying in Bluegrass for years and they were not planning to return next year due to problems. Will not spend $40.00 a night to stay again. - Alapawpaw
Mar 2015 - $15.00
It was a great stay for 350.00 per mo. hydro included. We stayed a month. People were great, friendly. only thing was the WiFi was unstable at times. It is in a great location for visiting places. Farmers markets, beaches, Foley festival etc. lots. Table at side just ask. Fire ring can be bought or bring yours and buy wood if you need one that bad. But someone will have a campfire sometime. Good water pressure. Sewer didn't smell like some places we've been. All in all, we will be back. - canucks
Apr 2017 - $82.00
We have stayed at Bella Terra several times and it continues to be a lovely location for spending some time. It is a bit of a drive from I-10 so not a good overnight but great for a few day stay. Easy access in and around the park with wide paved roads and concrete or paved pads. Lovely clubhouse and pool open 24 hours. Utilities good and closer to the back of the pad. We drive a 45ft MH and had no difficulty navigating the park, although with the car off. We say several coaches going through the park with the tow on. I am sure we will return in future travels. - LvR
Feb 2017 - $33.00
Truly a resort that lives up to its name. We stayed here on their promotional program for new renters and potential owners. Great physical layout and clubroom, level, concrete pads, wide roads. Excellent service. Near to beach and other amenities. - jOHNONTHEROAD
Dec 2016 - $48.00
This is our 7th visit to BT. That should say something. Office staff is the same and all are great - only place we have been where a renter is treated the same as an owner. You walk around and everyone waves and you make lots of friends. Access is very good. The expressway has been repaved. Note that there is a very large amusement park going in 2 miles north of the Resort so there is some construction traffic at times, and later in 2017 the park will open with an increase in traffic. If you know the local roads you can work around it. The resort is in pretty good shape. This place is so great that both owners and guests take pride in the place and have volunteered to work on small improvement projects like painting fences. But again, the best aspects are the staff and the people who stay here. Staff put on a great Christmas celebration, a great New Years celebration, and a great Valentines breakfast. We were sad to leave. But we already booked for 2017-2018. - okdiver
Apr 2015 - $10.00

Sites are long, level concrete separated by grass strips.
Most sites have picnic tables.
There are some small trees but no shade.

There's one CenturyLink DSL line, max 1.5 MB/s download speed.
Some sites are wired for DSL; it's possible to get individual service from CenturyLink.
Verizon LTE works well.
There's no cable, but there are strong terrestrial broadcast signals from ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and PBS.
There are two private showers, one usable in a wheelchair.
Laundry: 2 large top-loaders ($1.50), 2 dryers ($2 for 45 min.).

Feb 2014 - $35.00
One of the best parks in the area of Gulf Shores, Al. This small park is west of Foley, Al about 7 miles and north of Magnolia Springs, Al about 1 mile. The park is about equal distance to Gulf Shores and Fair Hope. Reported to originally have been part of the RV park next door with the intent of selling lots (rather than rentals). It currently has a combination of privately owned lots (21) and unsold lots (20) for rent. Nice club house, laundry, showers, pool, and all concrete pads & patios. The property has been well maintained and has nice landscaping of grass, shrubs, and trees. The park manager is also the HOA president and is very pleasant and helpful. The host was was also pleasant and helpful. Internet work very good and had two antennas in the park to aid in signal strength. This is a very affordable park by the month, quiet, clean, well managed, and is great to rent for winter stays 1-3 months (or purchase for yearly stays). Propane is available in Magnolia Springs at a reasonable cost. Note: No web site for Magnolia RV Park II. - tzdr8v
Feb 2014 - $25.00
Please note that the park is under new management. We were very happy here in our stay. Speed bumps are in many of the campgrounds to keep speeders down and we did not have any problems with them. Clean bathrooms, laundry and clubhouse. Close to many attractions and Mobile for Mardi Gras. - 3huskies
Jan 2017 - $14.00
This was our "snowbird" destination for 16-17. We like to see the site/sights and the park is a great base camp. All utilities/facilities are first rate and the owner is constantly making improvements. Any problems are addressed promptly. No pool, no playground so usually no kids. Full time residents and most part-time are seniors. Fellow campers are friendly and helpful. There are game night, occasional pot lucks, and dinner and shopping trips. It is a GOOD place. - gumper
Apr 2016 - $32.00
I have lived here for 3 years, and the new mangers are great and the place is beautiful. The quiet setting is so nice and the park is always in beautiful shape from lawns to flowers and background. Enjoy the clubhouse, park outings, weekly get togethers, game nights and parties . The park has too many things to put down. I wouldn't be any other place. Very nice adult park. - Schnauzer Mom
Apr 2016 - $30.00
We made a point of coming back to this RV Park on our way home even though it's a little out of the way. The people are super friendly and helpful and the park is clean, quiet, and well run. The bathrooms and showers are probably some of the nicest and largest we've ever encountered. The meeting room and laundry are also clean and well appointed. This is a super bargain! - Freddie and Alvin
May 2017 - $40.00
Very nice campground. Quiet, off the beaten pathway but still close enough to visit the beach and outlet malls. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. - Bacamper
Apr 2017 - $18.00
Our site was a dirt site with a picnic table on a concrete pad. It was a back in site. The site was fully covered with tall trees - made for nice shade on warm days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the wifi. It was either sporadic and weak, or non-existent. We went to the Foley library when we needed a really strong signal. Supermarkets and shopping within 5 miles. Beaches are close. Fairhope with fine dining is close as well. We would definitely stay here again. - SRP
Mar 2017 - $13.00
Great park for your dollar. We stayed on Site #53, concrete pad, grass, good wifi, satellite, 50 amp, sunny/open. There are some shady sites too. New sites under construction nearby. Staff great and very welcoming! - Rick _ Kathy
Mar 2014 - $25.00
There is a clubhouse on site, but not much else in the way of amenities in this senior community. The park was well kept and management was friendly and helpful as well as other members of the community. We enjoyed staying here for 4 months and look forward to returning in the future to revisit the Mobile flea market, USS Alabama, Alabama coast, and other attractions. - Terry5048
Dec 2013 - $20.00
Nice grassy sites with some trees and very clean and close to gulf beaches. Owner lives on site and very friendly and let us pick out our site. Seasonal and permanent residents made us feel very welcome and included us in activities. Will return again when in area. The only thing I would update is the washer and dryers. - Marcia55
Aug 2012 - $30.00
This is a seniors park, with children allowed for short periods only. Mostly full timers, retired, or snow birds. The park is well maintained. Most available sites are grass pull through. They are large, 35 to 40' wide and 70' long. Management is very friendly. They do an excellent job keeping the park neat and safe. We lived here over 1 year and enjoyed it immensely. Not a lot of facilities, but well maintained. Not considering amenities, I would rate this park a 10. - FT1946
Dec 2014 - $30.00
The on-site manager was very friendly. This location is very convenient to the outlet mall and popular restaurants. It's quiet and small with about 20 sites and less than half were occupied. The sites hookups are shared so you are close to your neighbor; one faces one way, you face the other direction. We had to use blocks to level our motorhome - we haven't had to use them in 2 years. Roads are gravel, sites are gravel filled in with grass. Their website said $25 for non members but when you arrive there is a sign for $30. Manager said they don't have anyone to change their website. A little too high as to the unmaintained area and lack of any amenities other than hook-ups. Not likely to return here, not enough of a savings to be worth it. - User1828
Mar 2013 - $10.00
This is a no frills park and only has about 40 sites but it's very clean and quiet and in a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for a month. - Tyra's rv
Dec 2012 - $22.00
This is a park for those who want to park their rig and enjoy the surrounding area. Located 10 miles from the beach, and right behind the Outlet Malls. It is designed for Elks Members, but will accommodate guests for a surcharge. The sites are spacious and very level, but close on the utility side to your neighbor. No pool, no picnic tables, no bath houses, no frills. - simsfmly
Jan 2017 - $15.00
Small, no frills RV Park. Park was in management transition during our stay which appeared to be causing conflict. A lot of full timers or long termers, but they had a great calendar of coordinated events and a nice new community building. - Legends Of America
May 2016 - $28.00
They upgraded the Wi-Fi while I was there and it wasn't working that good at first but now works great. My teenager played his ps4 online with his friends from home. Park was very clean and the managers where very friendly and helpful. - Frankenstein80
Apr 2016 - $14.00
Unable to connect to WiFi almost our entire stay. "Cold water only" laundry, tepid water temperature showers with small water miser shower heads, picnic tables available only at certain sites. Watch out for sites that don't drain well. Very nice manager with other full time job and not available during the day. Campground is reportedly going up on their prices next year and even with Passport America, will not stay here again. - Clemson Fans
