54 Parks near Foley, Alabama
Apr 2016 - $14.00
Unable to connect to WiFi almost our entire stay. "Cold water only" laundry, tepid water temperature showers with small water miser shower heads, picnic tables available only at certain sites. Watch out for sites that don't drain well. Very nice manager with other full time job and not available during the day. Campground is reportedly going up on their prices next year and even with Passport America, will not stay here again. - Clemson Fans
Mar 2016 - $14.00
Small but clean and neat little campground, no amenities such as a pool or playground, but we don't use these anyway, so why pay for them! Road and sites are close and either gravel or grass, but for the price, can't be beat! Mostly snowbirds here now and quiet residents, but our site was close to a well traveled road that was noisy at night, but earplugs solved that problem! Would stay here again but will request a site farther off road. Great value! - Countrygal1
Feb 2016 - $14.00
Gravel entrance road, grass back in sites. Management was very friendly and helpful. Did not use shower facilities, so cannot comment on them. - packrat1941
Dec 2014 - $30.00
The on-site manager was very friendly. This location is very convenient to the outlet mall and popular restaurants. It's quiet and small with about 20 sites and less than half were occupied. The sites hookups are shared so you are close to your neighbor; one faces one way, you face the other direction. We had to use blocks to level our motorhome - we haven't had to use them in 2 years. Roads are gravel, sites are gravel filled in with grass. Their website said $25 for non members but when you arrive there is a sign for $30. Manager said they don't have anyone to change their website. A little too high as to the unmaintained area and lack of any amenities other than hook-ups. Not likely to return here, not enough of a savings to be worth it. - User1828
Mar 2013 - $10.00
This is a no frills park and only has about 40 sites but it's very clean and quiet and in a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for a month. - Tyra's rv
Dec 2012 - $22.00
This is a park for those who want to park their rig and enjoy the surrounding area. Located 10 miles from the beach, and right behind the Outlet Malls. It is designed for Elks Members, but will accommodate guests for a surcharge. The sites are spacious and very level, but close on the utility side to your neighbor. No pool, no picnic tables, no bath houses, no frills. - simsfmly
Mar 2016 - $40.00
Bluegrass at one time was a good stopover for a day or two. Park is not being kept up and it shows. Limbs were growing over the area to pull thru so bad you dare not take you rigs under the low limbs. Stop signs every where along with smart a-- signs such as " WHAT PART OF SLO DON'T GET" and "SLOW DOWN OR TURN AROUND LEAVE". Owners son was constantly yelling at people in an extremely unprofessional manner. Police were in and out of the park several times during our 3 day stay. We spoke with several snowbirds that have been staying in Bluegrass for years and they were not planning to return next year due to problems. Will not spend $40.00 a night to stay again. - Alapawpaw
Mar 2010 - $15.00
All the necessities at a reasonable PA fee. No picnic tables, no fire ring, etc., but a good overnight spot if you are traveling through, or here for the shopping at the discount mall. Has gravel access roads, grass sites but spacious and comfortable. Owners live on the premises and a very helpful campground host gets you parked. We stayed here three nights at the Passport America rate and an additional night at the regular rate of $30 which is a little pricey for the facilities offered but there are very reasonable weekly and monthly rates available. We will stay here again. - upatoiboy
Nov 2009 - $11.00
Gravel road, grass sites. Park perimeter is trees and barbed wire fence, it feels like parking in a pasture or grassy field, only with hookups. Sites are wide enough for slides but still close together. The pull through sites are very long and easily accommodated our 60 foot length. Very few trees in the park. The park is on Hwy 98 so there’s some road noise. No picnic table or pad. Rustic but pleasant. A great park to “do nothing” or as a base to visit Foley and Gulf Shores. Very nice, helpful owner. Rate reflects PA discount. For the price and relaxation, we may return. No Wi-Fi. - Full_Timer
May 2016 - $38.00
Asphalt roads and wide cement pads with patio. Each site is full hook up with picnic table, but no fire ring or BBQ grill. There are a few pull through sites, but most are back in. The cable is excellent and the wifi is good. The pool is clean and spacious. The laundry has 4 washers and 4 dryers and is neat. The showers and restrooms are clean. The grounds are pretty and well groomed. There is a dog walking area, free pond (catch and release), nice horse shoe area, and volleyball court. The campground is 15 to 20 minutes from the beach due to heavy traffic on Hwy 59. Plenty of stores in the area. The only drawback (minimal) is trees are only half grown leaving a lot of sun. - Alabama Jim
Mar 2016 - $25.00
This park is almost in the center of all of the activity for the"LA", Lower Alabama. It is three blocks from the outlet mall, two from Lambert's. First, the wifi, though there is spotty at best. The roads are wide and well paved . The sites are wide and long (we have a 44 ft 5th wheel) with a patio area and picnic table at each site. Plenty of room between the sites. Checked out the restrooms and showers, found them extremely clean. Water pressure and power are excellent. Office staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. - Field Trip
Jan 2016 - $38.00
This is a nice park that I rated low because of their really BAD wifi. Most of the time it didn't work and when it did it was so slow that I gave up in frustration. - SMOKE665
Feb 2016 - $10.00
We did not stay here. Arrived and could not find the office or anyone to check us in. The road in the park was very narrow dirt and it looked like there was only two spots for over night campers, the rest were filled with mostly run down permanent dwellers, parked very close to each other. - packrat1941
Mar 2016 - $17.00
Stay for 2 months. Middle of January thru middle of March. rate reflects monthly rate. Very clean and well organized . Every day there was different things to do to keep you entertained. Showers and restrooms was spotless and cleaned every day. Concrete slabs that are very level. Only fault was the Wi-Fi was next to none . They need to work on this as it is a lot of snowbirds that depend on Wi-Fi. Would recommend this resort for any snowbird looking for a winter get away. - Biggyrat
Jan 2016 - $16.00
When we pulled in and husband said I did good picking this park, I was happy. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Many activities to participate in if desire. Even had a speaker come in one day, WWII survivor of Bataan death march, wonderful! Park was very clean, picked up garbage daily at your site. Dog park and amenity to clean up after your pet were conveniently located around the park. Sites were a bit close together but everyone so friendly, not a problem. Traffic noise was a constant. Wifi good depending on time of day but slow at times. Cable good also. Very level site. - Klmn
Jan 2016 - $29.00
The sites are very tight, but I think that is probably true of any park in this area. Other than that, this is a great park. The staff is very friendly. There are several options for families without leaving the park: go feed the ducks at the lake, a playground, lots of paved roads for bike riding, and of course the water park during the warmer months.
Prices are competitive for the area, the staff has been very friendly. - JPen365
Jul 2016 - $12.00
I found this campground to be quite nice. It looks like most of the units are long term visitors who leave their units and come/go for months at a time. The campground has lots of old trees to provide shade in the summer. The restrooms are clean and the WIFI works well near the clubhouse. It isn't a bad drive to Gulf Shores. I would stay again. Our site had eyebolts in the patio to tie down your awning or pet. - Kool man
Nov 2015 - $15.00
Very quiet and far from amenities. If you want to par 3 golf, fine. If not very little to do and the gravel roads make walking/biking difficult. Lots of humidity and trees make it so shady most of the trailers have mildew. Sounds like there's a shooting range nearby. Had planned to stay for the winter, but changed our minds after a couple of weeks. - FT Newbie
Jun 2015 - $18.00
As others noted, service here not exactly stellar. Owner rarely available, office hours erratic, unreliable. Basic park. WiFi censor ware used to block many regular sites, not to prevent streaming. We accessed You Tube, streamed Netflix fine. - gen_ycamper
May 2016 - $64.00
This is a Class A only resort.
This was our second time here. Always nice there. The facilities are top notch. Staff is helpful to the extreme. The place is 8 years old and you would never know it, it is so well maintained. The park has flowered landscaping throughout. Roads are paved and wide enough for the biggest rig. Other than a small pool there isn't much to do at the RV resort.
There are plans for a second pool but that is dependent on future sales. If an effort were made for late day/ evening activities it would add a lot to the resort. - HolyMackrelAndy
Apr 2016 - $64.00
This is our second stay at Bella Terra, a lovely resort convenient to the beach area of Alabama and Florida. We drive a 45F MH and found access to and through the park very easy. Although they have pull-through sites, I think one would have to remove a tow care in order to fit. Internal roads are paved and all sites are concrete. The roads are wide and getting into and out of the sites was very easy. The office staff are very friendly and have great service practices. They call to confirm your reservation and call the day of your arrival to verify the time and to be sure you are all set with directions. Most sites are developed and really lovely, the club house is very nice with a great workout room. Utilities are well placed and all work well. Wifi was very good while we were there. We will definitely return next year. - LvR
Jan 2016 - $46.00
It is an ownership park that rents out sites, hopes you like them and will buy one. They offer no sales pitch as the park is the sales pitch. It is everything you would want in a park. Wide roads, huge sites, and a nice lake. We have stayed many times and enjoy this park. - peddy dick

Feb 2014 - $35.00
One of the best parks in the area of Gulf Shores, Al. This small park is west of Foley, Al about 7 miles and north of Magnolia Springs, Al about 1 mile. The park is about equal distance to Gulf Shores and Fair Hope. Reported to originally have been part of the RV park next door with the intent of selling lots (rather than rentals). It currently has a combination of privately owned lots (21) and unsold lots (20) for rent. Nice club house, laundry, showers, pool, and all concrete pads & patios. The property has been well maintained and has nice landscaping of grass, shrubs, and trees. The park manager (Jim) is also the HOA president and is very pleasant and helpful. The host was was also pleasant and helpful. Internet work very good and had two antennas in the park to aid in signal strength. This is a very affordable park by the month, quiet, clean, well managed, and is great to rent for winter stays 1-3 months (or purchase for yearly stays). Propane is available in Magnolia Springs at a reasonable cost. Note: No web site for Magnolia RV Park II. - tzdr8v
Feb 2014 - $25.00
Please note that the park is under new management. We were very happy here in our stay. Speed bumps are in many of the campgrounds to keep speeders down and we did not have any problems with them. Clean bathrooms, laundry and clubhouse. Close to many attractions and Mobile for Mardi Gras. - 3huskies
Jun 2016 - $32.00
Repeat visit - little disappointed in changes under new manager - heavy rain causes problems with grass sites. No small dog pens allowed, no flower pots on grass, water ponds need to be kept up - haven for snakes with all the deep grass. Commerical lawn care now for this park instead of previous upkeep by management. Little more care needed around park for red ants - don't know if changes for the better - more of a RV Park than a friendly family campground. - brownbear
Apr 2016 - $30.00
We made a point of coming back to this RV Park on our way home even though it's a little out of the way. The people are super friendly and helpful and the park is clean, quiet, and well run. The bathrooms and showers are probably some of the nicest and largest we've ever encountered. The meeting room and laundry are also clean and well appointed. This is a super bargain! - Freddie and Alvin
Nov 2015 - $30.00
This is a small park of about 50 RV sites, all FHU 30/50Amp, park is well kept, you park on grass & each site has a nice size wooden or cement patio, no cable, but they do have WIFI throughout park and WIFI is very good. There is a nice clubhouse with tables, lounge chairs & TV, a nice laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers & folding table. Friendly manager, good amount of people here for the winter already, everyone friendly. We are here for 6 days Nov. 19th - 25th, pd the weekly rate as it was cheaper. Mgr. was nice enough to tell us that the wkly rate would be better way to go even if only staying 5-6 nights. Rates are $30 day, $145. wk, $400. Month + elec. We came to visit friends in Foley & Gulf Shores & would stay here again when in area. Pk is about 1/2 hr from the gulf beaches. The only thing do not follow your GPS to get here as it will take 98 to Lipscomp Rd which is a red clay dirt road part way. Trailer Life directions are good. To get here When going on Hwy. 98 going west go across Hwy 59 keep going on 98 till you get to Hwy 49, go north a few miles on 49 to Manich Rd, there you will see sign to go left to park. go a couple blocks to park on Lipscomb Rd where it is blacktop by the park. - 2GermanAmericans
