Best resort we have stayed in. We use this as the standard against which to compare other parks. Well spread out sites with full hookups, good cable and WiFi. Superb community center with great fitness center and pool. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Bella Terra is certainly a first class park. Check-in, escort to site, beautiful landscape sites, wide and deep sites, covered siting areas, groomed lawns etc. We will return again. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $70.00
Very nice park. Class A's ONLY. No C, Super C, 5th Wheels or trailers! No SHADE, and EZ ups are NOT ALLOWED. If you want shade you'll have to rent a gazebo site for an extra charge. Extra charge for lake view sites, extra charge for gazebo site, extra charge if there's outside seating available. Grounds are kept clean and tidy. Lake is really just a pond. Office help could be a little more friendly. Absolutely NOT KID FRIENDLY! Other than TV, there's nothing for the kids to do. Almost all clubhouse activities involved drinking. Although they call it a 'resort', we've been to nicer parks with better ambiance and more amenities for less money. We will stay at the 'other resort' nearby next time. We have stayed here twice a year (late spring and early fall) since 2011. They consistently provide outstanding customer service in addition to being one of the most beautiful parks we've visited. The sites are spacious, and the clubhouse, pool and hot tub are immaculate. We took advantage of the gourmet kitchen, and watched movies in the "theater". If you are in this area, don't miss this premier motorcoach resort! We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We have frequently stayed here, and were apprehensive due to the weather. This winter the temps were well below freezing, and the landscaping took a beating. Some of the palms lining the streets died as did some of the foliage around the sites. Then in early May Foley was hit with about 28" of rain in one day, causing the lake to flood all of the sites close to the lake along with the pool. Clubhouse and outer sites were okay. We got here a week later and the staff was hard at work. The damage from the winter has been mostly fixed. Some smaller palms have fronds that are damaged, but the rest is beautiful. Even replaced the dead/damaged trees lining the streets. As for the flooding, the sites have been cleaned. Flooded casitas are being repaired and it looks like most of that work has been completed. We wasted a good worry - this place is still super. The staff makes the difference. The office staff is the best ever. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $51.00
Probably the nicest private park we have ever stayed at. Fantastic clubhouse with pool, hot tub, weight room, sauna. VERY friendly staff! Far enough out of town to be very quiet yet close enough if needed. An easy drive to the beach also. I would give it a 10 but we like more tree's between sites giving privacy. Nice Nice Nice. This is the friendliest and cleanest park in this area. Guests are treated just like homeowners. They are truly glad you are here. I want to commend the staff on the way they handled the recent flood. They did everything they could to keep everyone informed as to what was happening. The first email went out at 4:30 am. When they could, the electric company was on scene making sure we could leave elec. on. Extra pumps were brought in by mid morning, the water was tested quickly to assure we could drink it, and cable and wifi was restored in short order. They made a serious condition bare able. Thank you, park workers. Best park ever. Will be back for the winter. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $60.00
Very nice RV Resort. We camped here for a week + in 2013 and for 3 weeks this year. Facilities are excellent. Staff is exceptional. Location is near many beach options, Mobile, and Pensacola which gives numerous places to visit. Dining options are second to none. Only negative is that is is a bit pricy (supply and demand working ) and during spring breaks, Hwy 59 is busy. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed at this park for 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. it is an ownership park but there was NO pushiness, nor any sales pitches, etc. All residents were friendly and all motorhomes were very well kept. Sites are wide, pull-in to face the lake. Other ones we back-in, facing out but still private. Lakes are small but it gives you a very nice view and feeling. We were there in a huge rain storm and the lake rose but was still within its banks. The way the landscaping is, you are very private at the front of your coach if pulled in to the lake and most sites on both sides, too. WiFi was good,as was the cable TV. No complaints. There are activities but the only one we joined in for was a music evening....very enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were inviting but we did not go in. Infinity pool had a great view. The shopping nearby was not far, as someone else said. Yes, you need to drive but there are many many stores nearby. Beach is a bit far and if you go by way of the Beach Expressway, you get zapped $3.50 each way to cross to Orange Beach. No need to go that way-just go down 59. They suggested going to Cosmos Restaurant, and it was fabulous. Very enjoyable. All in all we would definitely stay here again. Met some very friendly folks. This is a wonderful motorcoach resort. The streets and pads are wide for easy maneuvering of a big rig, and the lots are very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and remember you from each visit. The staff and owners plan many fun activities and gladly include renting guests, but they also respect your choice to decline if you wish. We have enjoyed our stays here and will return when we are in the area. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

I can't say enough about this park. The staff truly know what the meaning of customer service is. Activities and socials offered were fun, entertaining, and not just your usual run-of-the-mill offerings. The grounds are lovely and impeccably kept. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Very nice ownership style park. Great pool, clubhouse and layout. All sites are paved as are the roads. Sites are very wide and deep. There are many pull throughs and lake view sites are pull in. Best Wi-Fi we've had in a long time. Laundry could use more machines; there are only 4 washers that we could find in the park. Also, For some weird reason we were unable to get satellite TV. I think a palm tree was just in the way, but still the provided cable was plenty. We found the park to be quite isolated and with a significant amount of traffic a pain just to go for groceries. The beaches too are about 20 minutes away. Found two great restaurants--Tin Top and Jesse's. Check them out. Check your directions to the park carefully. If you are coming from the north on highway 59 the street sign for Brinks-Willis is very short and small. There are no signs for the RV park. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We spent the month of January 2014 here, the rate listed is based on our monthly rate. January 2014 was the year of record cold. Lots of stuff to do in the area even with unseasonably cold weather. Great biking/walking trails and beach access within a short drive. The resort is beautifully landscaped. Everyone who works here is very nice. The pool looks awesome, it was too cold in January to use it. They have some activities at the club house, which also is very nice: movie area, bar and nice workout area. Definitely a nice place. Would come back when warmer. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This is our second stay at Bella Terra and definitely will not be our last. We’ve spent time in many RV parks and higher-end resorts all around the country and find Bella Terra to be one of the very best. Something we look for is attention to small details, and Bella Terra does not disappoint. The staff is extremely customer-oriented, the grounds are meticulously maintained, and all of the sites are very nicely done. Kudos to the staff and management of Bella Terra for making it such an enjoyable place to visit. The only thing difficult about staying here is convincing yourself to leave We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $60.00
By far the best RV resort we have been to. Lots are oversized with great landscaping, strong Wi-Fi and fantastic amenities. We like what they call the terraced sites since they are the largest and face the water. The management goes out of their way to make sure you can't wait to return. We will be back next month.
