We stayed a week including Memorial Day weekend. It is every bit as nice as everyone says it is. Very accommodating staff. They had several activities including some light meals, a beer and wine happy hour with a talented guitar duo, coffee and pastries and Sunday morning bloody marys, all at no charge. Very large concrete pads with plenty of space between them. Great place for dogs - 2 large and grassy dog parks. Plus just walking around the park is very nice. Cable and wifi both worked very well for us. They pick-up trash at your site each day. My only complaint is that they don't offer any recycling. If they had a recycling bin back where the dumpster is I bet a lot of people would use it. I hate throwing away things that should be recycled and know lots of people that feel that way. We hope to stay here again. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Fish River Grill is excellent and you must try the Swamp Soup and Shrimp and Crawfish Pistol. Captain Frazier's Seafood next to the Shell station on Hwy 59 has Low Country Boils to-go for $7.99 that you can bring back to your coach. Big Beach Brewery had some very tasty beer and a pleasant atmosphere.

This is a beautiful all motor coach resort that is well spaced and beautifully landscaped. Some lots are owned and rented out. This is the fourth time we've camped here and find the owners to be very friendly. We had no problems with the wifi. Our site was north facing with a view of the lake and clubhouse and had a screened gazebo. The clubhouse and pool are beautiful. They have activities where everyone is welcome and there are two nice dog parks. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A big THANK YOU to the employee who helped us on April 12th when we had a tire problem shortly after leaving Bella Terra. She was driving to work and pulled over to assist us as we changed a flat tire on our tow vehicle. She recommended two tire shops, and suggested that we park our RV back at our site while we sorted out the tow's tire issue. When it became apparent that we needed to stay the night, she arranged for us to keep the same site. This is WAY ABOVE normal RV resort service!!

While this is a high end park that only allows class A motorhomes, we found the other visitors and all the staff to be friendly and super helpful. Ask for a north facing nose in site on the lake. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Bella Terra is about 30 minutes south of I-10 via the Baldwin Beach and Foley Beach Expressways. The roads into and around the Resort are paved and wide while the sites are concrete and roomy. We drive a 45 ft motorhome and navigated the resort without difficulty with car on and off. We have stayed at Bella Terra several times and this visit was equally enjoyable. We had a pull through site which was level, and adequate in length with space for parking the car. Utilities are to the rear of the site with sewer more toward the middle. All worked well with adequate water pressure and power. Office staff are friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. The club house is lovely as is the pool and hot tub. There is a sauna in the club house as well. There are two enclosed dog parks which were clean. WiFi was slow so I switched to my Verizon hotspot for a better connection, although that was a bit slow as well. We stayed for a week and the nightly rate reflects that rate. We will certainly be back in the future. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to visit. Resort has suffered some damage from the very cold winter. Owners are starting to replace some of the damaged plantings. And, the resort staff are busy on a number of improvements. BT still is beautiful. We have only two factors which reduced our rating. First the wifi is very poor, especially in the older sections of the park. Second, there are 2 or 3 sites on the east side which have not been taken care of by the owners and they seriously detract from the overall impression of the resort. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

What can I say but EXCELLENT!!!!!! This place is PRIMO! Yes its just a Motor Home Resort only, but if you have a motor home and are in FOLEY, AL you must stay here. This is a resort that is selling the spots but they dont force the sales on you. The park is probably the best park I have ever stayed at. The pool is awesome, facility are perfect, sites, and the residents treat you as a resident. A MUST STAY if you are here... We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at Bella Terra several times and it continues to be a lovely location for spending some time. It is a bit of a drive from I-10 so not a good overnight but great for a few day stay. Easy access in and around the park with wide paved roads and concrete or paved pads. Lovely clubhouse and pool open 24 hours. Utilities good and closer to the back of the pad. We drive a 45ft MH and had no difficulty navigating the park, although with the car off. We say several coaches going through the park with the tow on. I am sure we will return in future travels. Overall Rating:

This is our 7th visit to BT. That should say something. Office staff is the same and all are great - only place we have been where a renter is treated the same as an owner. You walk around and everyone waves and you make lots of friends. Access is very good. The expressway has been repaved. Note that there is a very large amusement park going in 2 miles north of the Resort so there is some construction traffic at times, and later in 2017 the park will open with an increase in traffic. If you know the local roads you can work around it. The resort is in pretty good shape. This place is so great that both owners and guests take pride in the place and have volunteered to work on small improvement projects like painting fences. But again, the best aspects are the staff and the people who stay here. Staff put on a great Christmas celebration, a great New Years celebration, and a great Valentines breakfast. We were sad to leave. But we already booked for 2017-2018. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Best restaurants in the area are Jessies in Magnolia Springs, Ivy's in Robertsdale, and Shipps Harbor in Orange Beach. But there are lots of restaurants everywhere. If you want to cook your own fresh catch, go to Billie's seafood. Clean and tasty fish.

Stayed for a week in a 45 ft. motorcoach. There are some vehicle restrictions so read (it's very clear) before reserving. This a really nice place ... absolutely no complaints. 15 minutes from shopping/dining/beach. Rates vary by lot and amenities ... cheap seats are about $45 and very nice ... some pull-thrus available. One of the few places we will revisit. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We had seen the numerous reviews and wanted to check out the park for a potential longer stay. For an overnight place it is not convenient: it is about 20 miles from Interstate 10. The park appears to be designed for owners and they occasionally rent spaces. Much of the park is as of yet undeveloped. Until then the lots are grass: neatly trimmed. Interior roads are wide and excellent, pads are all concrete and spaces differ with number and type of amenities. It is about a 15 minute drive to the beach area. Very busy highways so bicycles are not an option. The clubhouse is very nice. The workout room is one of the best we have seen. Landscaping is attractive. The park is bordered on three sides by farms. One side by a housing development and is quiet, if not a feeling of being pretty remote. If you want to be near the beach there are other options. If we are in the area again, we would opt for one of the other class A parks. Just to be closer to the beaches and restaurants. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Great park! Staff is excellent. Grounds are well maintained. Paved streets and sites, most with tables, covered patios, etc. Gated entrance. Activities during the week. A couple of dog parks. No playground or tennis court. Stayed in site 240 facing the lake and was next to a small parking lot for the large pool and clubhouse. Very quiet at night. About a 10 min or less drive to the beach, grocery, Walmart and other stores. Lots of restaurants and fast food close by.

Excellent Cable with over 50 channels including 3 HBO. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a Class A only resort.

This was our second time here. Always nice there. The facilities are top notch. Staff is helpful to the extreme. The place is 8 years old and you would never know it, it is so well maintained. The park has flowered landscaping throughout. Roads are paved and wide enough for the biggest rig. Other than a small pool there isn't much to do at the RV resort.

There are plans for a second pool but that is dependent on future sales. If an effort were made for late day/ evening activities it would add a lot to the resort. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.
