This park is paradise on the bay. Lovely setting. Long dock, happy color wooden rockers and benches provide a place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. Friendly owners and neighbors. Peeked in laundry which was clean but machines had rusty spots. Its difficult to maintain anything on the coast so if they worked, I'd have no problem with how they looked.. We will definitely be back. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Motorhome.
Visit Ft Morgan at the end of the road. Join evening fire pit gathering with your neighbors.

A beautiful, friendly home away from home on the Bay. The staff go out of their way to make your stay a pleasurable experience. A daily, evening campfire gives campers the opportunity to socialize with neighbors discussing events of the day. Washers and dryers are available on the grounds and stores, attractions, and both the gulf and the bay are right there for your enjoyment. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Gulf Shores! We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Fifth Wheel.
A trip to Tackie Jacks, Acme Oyster Bar, Bahama Bobs and the Hangout is a must. And don't forget breakfast at Kitty's Cafe
Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $45.00
Paid premium price for a site next to the water - big mistake. Sewer hook-up was rather high and I had to use a board and levelers to get my sewage to drain. Winds coming off of Mobile Bay tend to blow right into the site. This is the furthest site from the office and the main WiFi. They have a repeater but it did not function well. While I was there the internet did go down due to a problem with the phone line but was fixed on the last day I was there and it worked fine except for the repeater problem.
Two-thirds of the sites are used by long term snowbirds. These are all on the upper end of the park away from the bay.
The park is getting rundown and needs tended to.
The laundry was not cleaned the entire week I was there. The machines are old and rusty on the outside.
There is nothing close to the park so plan to drive a bit into Gulf Shores for anything except what you can get at the store at the gas station a little more then a mile down the road.
The staff is friendly. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Travel Trailer.
Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $35.00
This is a small RV park with a nice dock on the bay. The showers have low water pressure. The hosts and neighboring campers are very friendly. The campsites are very narrow, and the ones with tree nuts dropping on your camper roof startle you awake repeatedly at night. Our rate was for a 1 week stay. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Motorhome.
Be sure to make the long drive to see the Christmas lights at Bellingrath Gardens.
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $43.00
Bay Breeze RV on the Bay is one of only two RV parks right on the eastern shore of south Mobile Bay and the view is wonderful.
Most of the full hookup sites have a least a view of the bay and two are waterfront and all have a concrete patio and a picnic table. There?s plenty of shade but that means your satellite TV may not work; our portable dish worked more-or-less at the very corner of site 11. Also available is a bathhouse and laundry room and free Wi-Fi that works well.
Everyone was very friendly and spotters spring into action to help campers get into or out of the back-in sites.
Payment is by cash or check, and no refunds are given for cancellation; a credit is given.
Bay Breeze is about six and a half miles down West Fort Morgan Road (Hwy 180). Look for the sign and the flags. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Motorhome.

We loved this park! The owners and their extended family make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The park doesn't have lots of amenities for children like a pool or playground, but if you are looking to kick back and relax, this is the place! The bay is right outside your rv and there is access to fishing and crabbing. Our children enjoyed swimming in the bay because they could walk out around 500 feet. The Gulf Shores beaches are just 10 minutes away. This was our first time in Alabama and we look forward to returning. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Motorhome.
The National Naval Aviation Museum was only about an hour away in Pensacola and The USS Alabama Battleship was about an hour away in the opposite direction.

It was a beautiful park. We were within feet of the water. There were chairs on the sand and chairs on the deck by the water for everyone to use. The staff were great and very helpful in getting us backed in and set up. We had a great 5 nights. There was lots of shade and the park was very quiet. Great place to stay, very friendly management and campers. They assist you in backing in, and they are very good at it, too. Clean restrooms, although there's only one men's and one women's for the entire park. Laundry facilities are good; decent price and excellent machines. Access to the beach is readily available for all. Sites are close together, but roomy enough. Each site has a concrete pad with an excellent picnic table. Full hook ups in a good location. Only problem we had were the bugs. The park can't do anything about those darn yellow flies. I hope we can return and stay with them again. This is a small, narrow, tree lined park that fronts on Mobile Bay. Park roads are gravel. All sites are gravel with a concrete patio with picnic table. There are no campfire rings. Water, cable, electricity and sewer are appropriately located on the left side of the trailer. I appreciated the careful attention of the park manager and the assistance I received in getting parked, including help with leveling. Sites are close together but adequate. Residents like to get together and are friendly. Verizon 4G cell coverage was good. WiFi quality was good, but slowed down significantly during peak times. We found plenty of broadcast channels with my antenna pointed towards Mobile. I use the Android TV Listing app and set it to zip code 36603. Because this campground is located on a peninsula there is minimal road noise. You can actually hear the sound of waves hitting the shore at night. Our rate was for a bayside site (not a bayfront site, though we could see the water from our kitchen table.) They only accept cash or checks. We would definitely stay here again. All RV parks should be so well run and taken care of. The price was for the site on the Bay, sites back are less expensive. About a ten minute drive to town. After looking at other parks this looks like the best bet in Gulf Shores! We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Motorhome.Undo

Helpful staff. Friendly campers in this small park. Good hookups and wifi. Plenty of over-the-air TV channels. Concrete patios. More expensive than others in area. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Motorhome.Undo

Bay Breeze RV Park is a hidden gem. My husband and I camped here for a long weekend and couldn't be happier. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by the resident managers and shown to our site. The sites are a somewhat difficult to back in to and requires a little patience. Once your RV is in the site, hook ups are easy and up to date. There is a small concrete pad with a picnic table but the actual site is a mixture of gravel and sand. The sites are mostly level. There are plenty of shade trees and all sites have a water view. We camped here in a travel trailer and plan on returning soon! We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Our second time to visit this unique park. We spent 10 days in 2010 and 14 days this year. This is a wonderful place to get away from the day to day routines and yet be close to the beach. It's located 7 miles from Gulf Shores but is less than two miles to the beach. The park is located on the bay with spectacular views, lots of shade from the large trees in the park and a constant breeze from the bay. There's no place I'd rather spend a vacation or long weekend than sitting on the dock of the bay at Bay Breeze: especially at sunset. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Motorhome.Undo

We have been at this campground for almost five weeks and are having a wonderful time. The campground and facilities are well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a very nice beach area and a dock for fishing. The sites have very nice concrete patios with picnic tables and beautiful planters. The Wi-Fi is good, and the laundry facilities are also very nice and clean. This is without a doubt one of the nicest campgrounds in Gulf Shores. The park staff are friendly. One of the staff members helped us back our 34 foot 5th wheel into our site. It would have really been difficult had he not helped. The sites are small and the one we were in was sandy: no grass of any kind like most of them. There was a cement patio pad but it didn't fit up to our door entry so we had to walk through the sand to enter the RV. The Wi-Fi was good most of the time. There were a lot of TV channels but really only a few that were worth watching. The sewer connection was in the back of our site and it stuck up above the ground 12 inches so it was difficult to dump the tanks. We had to use 25 feet of sewer hose to reach the sewer connection. The power was excellent. We stayed there for 4 nights. The 24 sites park is a long way from most of what is going on in Gulf Shores: 8 to 10 miles. It was a quiet park. I think the cost was high for what they had to offer, and we wouldn't stay here again. We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
