2 Parks near Ozark, Alabama
Mar 2016 - $30.00
Great overnight stop. We stay here everytime we pass through this area as it is a lot cheaper than the nationally known RV park down the road. Easy in and out with level sites. We have never had a problem with the electric. Good water pressure. We get good Verizon reception here, and even though they have good cable we prefer our satellite which there is great satellite reception. Pet friendly. The owner is very nice and you will get escorted to your site, which is great for when you arrive after dark. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. - Liz I.

Stayed at Mr. D's overnight on a trip to Florida. Long, level, paved site. Good utilities. Owner escorted us to our site even though it was dark and raining. Easy in and easy out. - BamaGradx2

We stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Owner very friendly and helpful. Everything worked and we wrote a check for $90 (no credit cards taken). Close to Walmart and several restaurants. Don't miss the free Fort Rucker Museum. We would stay here again. - housecar

Very good stop on 231 going to or from FL. Lots of pull thru's. Very clean and pretty campground. Nice pond. Would give a 10 if sites were wider.
The concrete pads are nearby to one another with a sunny, open exposure and a patio with a picnic table. - thesilverback

This is a beautiful smaller park. The sites are concrete and are well spaced. There is nice grass, a water feature and paved roads. There is one section where four families could camp in a circle--would be great for a get together. The only downside is that it is difficult to get satellite. They do offer good cable, however. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. - Jfolk

Another nice KOA with great folks in the office. The park has a few garden walks and a nice dog run. There are a number of long-term residents but they are in their own corner of the park. - Dreaming
