56 Parks near Robertsdale, Alabama
Sep 2016 - $10.00
Wintering here on lot #46. Gravel / grass, picnic table & wifi. Great hosts. Beautiful bathrooms / showers and laundry facility. There are some concrete pads for overnight guests. Love this place. Nice walk area for pets. Large spacious sites, plenty of room. - TN_VolsFan
Jul 2016 - $31.00
Well kept RV Park that is a great place to stop, when traveling or to get away from the maddening crowds. Concrete pad (although some are grass) and level site. WIFI was good!
Park is primarily for adults and the people running it were friendly.
Although we didn't use the restrooms or showers, they were very clean and nicely decorated.
Will definitely visit again! - Navretiree
Jun 2016 - $17.00
Very clean with HUGE sites. Any size coach can be accommodated. Satellite TV reception good. Didn't use wifi. Quiet & peaceful and the people were very friendly. Garbage pick up at site but we didn't know that so had to go way across the place to the dumpsters. There are some concrete pads but they could use more as the sites are sandy and I would imagine soft when it rains. There were a couple of tricky turns for a large coach, made trickier with a bit of construction, when approaching the location but it was doable. It's a nice place that we wouldn't hesitate to stay at again. - tb919
Sep 2016 - $35.00
This was a mid-week overnight stop for us. Many vacant sites. Our's was level and spacious. Park is tucked away and quiet. It is located on the Styx River and has back-in sites on the river. Owners are friendly, almost too friendly, and vigilant. They charge $5 for any extra vehicles at the site. Surveillance cameras alert them to who comes and goes and will respond to sites when a non-registered vehicle enters the park a visits a tenant. We would stay here again. - Joe-n-Doe
Jun 2016 - $35.00
The owners have owned this park since February, 2016. The sites are level and paved. Interior roads are also paved. It is located on a dead-end street. There is another RV park as well as an ATV park on this road. The park was quiet; owners friendly. Most are pull-through sites. For an extra fee back-in sites along the Styx River are available. We would stay here again. - oldbluejay
Mar 2016 - $33.00
Super nice with long pull thru sites and beautiful back ins on the river. Stopped here for an overnight on the way to Florida. Wish I could have stayed a week! So nice, so pretty, so quiet and clean. - Bill & Karen Smith
Apr 2015 - $25.00
Me and my wife enjoy staying here. We always have fun here and enjoy the outdoor environment. It's located right next to a river so the water is nice and cold. They also have 2 pools, one inside and one outside, plus a lot of other things to do like basketball courts, volleyball, playground, fitness room, fishing on lake, horseshoe pits, big outdoor covered outdoor gazebo area where they have karaoke on weekends and TV's for football/NASCAR. The only negative I have is it needs some fixing up and sites need leveling out better. - Bama72
Aug 2014 - $14.00
The rate is Coast to Coast which includes $4/nt for 50 amps. This is a membership park and mostly well maintained. There is not much to do in the area. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are nice. The negative of this park is that the interior roads need maintenance. They are narrow and lots of ruts and bumps. Also the map of the campground didn't match the directional orientation of the sites, however, they do escort you to the site which is very helpful. The Internet is very unreliable, which is another negative. They have a lot of activities, especially if you there on a weekend. - JGockel
Apr 2014 - $1.00
This campground is part of Ocean Canyon where we have a membership, so our stay was paid for through our membership. Not really free. Interior roads are rough asphalt, very narrow with curbs to control water run-off. Sites are hard-packed sand. Very little grass and the clubhouse and restrooms are old and in need of maintenance. Wireless Internet was available, but unreliable. Frequent server resets made accessing the Internet frustrating. We will not return. - waywardwind
Jun 2016 - $27.00
Pretty big rv park. Just passing thru, so just looking for somewhere clean and safe with a mediocre wifi. Very level site, very nice staff, better than expected wifi...we even were able to stream Netflix with a few restarts. Adding to list of stopover places, will return!! - TXTread
May 2015 - $18.00
We stopped for a quick overnite. The check in went without a hitch. Got a site that worked with our request for satellite, water was excellent taste and good pressure. Very pretty CG with big trees and 2 ponds. Roads are rough, but it was dry so not a problem. Grass at most sites. Ours had a small picnic table and was pretty level. I would camp here again. Very pretty tucked back in the trees. - likeabirdie
Jun 2014 - $16.00
PPA Rate of $16. Very rural and quiet. Quite a number of full-timers. Site was not level, very slanted, no gravel just dirt. iFi was non-existent. - OurRVLife
May 2016 - $30.00
The managers of the park are rude if you ask them to do anything, i.e.: cut grass or wifi not working. Speed limit is 5MPH EXCEPT for the manager female that flies thru park on golf cart. NO PETS ALLOWED in club house. (Which seems to be manager's personal living room.) Walk in, and it smells of cat urine with cats roaming around. This is pretty bad. Would never stay in this place again. HOPE the owner pulls a surprise visit at this place. Surprise. - Chickenfeed
Feb 2016 - $30.00
Park was rundown. Buildings (bathrooms, shower, laundry, office and clubhouse) needed repairs and cleaning. Grass hadn't been mowed in months. Several fire ant hills. We asked the manager to do something about them and they ignored us. It would take a couple days to get propane tank filled. - TN_VolsFan
Feb 2016 - $20.00
This park is easily accessible with I-10. The interior roads are tight up front with a little more room in the back. Some roads paved, some not. All sites are grass and pretty level. Utilities all worked well. Good Verizon signal. WiFi was variable. Three individual restroom/shower rooms were ok. Laundry room clean with six of each. Not a bad stop but nothing special. All people very friendly. - cwier
Oct 2016 - $15.00
Shady, level, concrete pad with convenient hookups. Two miles off the Baldwin Beach Express over newly paved county road. Trees in park and roads leading to park have been trimmed. - MSTraveler
Mar 2016 - $16.00
This is a wonderful park. Roads and pads are concrete. There is a nice little clubhouse with a pool table, library and kitchen facilities. Everything is spotless. Pads are far apart with many trees. Very quiet area with the exception that the navy is using a local remote field to practise touch and go landings. Fun to watch them hot dogging around in trainers. Managers are very friendly and helpful. it's about 20 min. to local town of Foley which has every store imaginable and about 30 mins. to Gulf Shores. - K&J
Nov 2015 - $16.00
We stayed here for three nights waiting out a storm that was moving through the area. We wanted an RV park that had concrete sites, not gravel or sand. This was the determining factor given the amount of rain that was predicted during our travels. The park is easy to access off of I-10 at exit 49, and south for eight miles on a newly upgraded 4-lane highway. The park is two miles east of that highway on hwy 38. The two miles to the park is on a very narrow road. As long as there is no traffic it is fine. If you were to meet another larger vehicle it could be tight. The park is all concrete sites and roads. The services were adequate with water pressure at 80 psi. The sites are plenty long enough to accommodate any length rig. They are all back ins. There are no pull throughs. The women who worked at the office was very helpful, both when we called ahead and during our stay. - Howard Jaros
Mar 2015 - $27.00
This was an RV park and RV repair facility, but the repair facility has relocated to a larger building a few miles away. Good, wide stone roads that will make for easy maneuvering for even the largest rigs. Level sites, good water pressure and power, sewer hook-ups at each site. Every site also has a wood deck The WiFi has been repaired, and works well. The clubhouse has been completely remodeled, and has two restrooms with showers. There are also washers/dryers available. Very nicely landscaped, although the trees are still young and small, and there isn't a lot of shade yet except along the western edge of the park. Definitely a nice park, but still all back-in sites. - michdoc
Jan 2014 - $27.00
This is a pretty nice park, clean and neat with good hookups. The roads and sites are stone, and level, and each has a wood deck. They advertise Wi-Fi but it went out a while ago and apparently there are no plans to repair it, so if you depend on internet access for banking, etc., you'd better bring your own with you. There are no pull-through sites for overnight stays, and this is more of a long-term park. There is a "clubhouse" available, which is actually a small ranch style home with a couple of washing machines and a single bath tub and toilet, but no shower facilities. This is a pretty nice park, but would get a much higher rating if they had Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a restroom/shower building. - wetsuitwarrier
Sep 2016 - $25.00
We were there for the AL Good Sam Rally for that week and that is why we got the rate we did. It'a clean park, with all cement pads, has a dog run, pools, laundry room and sandwich bar. However the sites are very close together and if your not good at backing into a site you will have problems. Has several full time folks in most of the pull through sites. The park is kept up nicely, no junk laying around even at the full time peoples campers. It is close to everything, shopping, food and touring Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL. - gmasharp
Sep 2016 - $25.00
Beautiful park and sites. Back in was long and level. Grass was long, wet and not cut very often as it was too wet.
Great club house and pool facilities. Very responsive management.
Location is perfect for restaurants and Gulf Beaches.
Would definitely stay her again and recommend it highly. - Rsunde
Aug 2016 - $20.00
99% are permanent resident, I think they only dedicate 1 or 2 site for overnight, the man-made lake was nice, I could walk around the lake with my dog, it's ok for overnight stop. - dije1208
Oct 2015 - $38.00
Without a doubt the most wonderful place we have stayed. The campground was fully decorated for Halloween and the train took us through an incredible haunted barn. This is a really special place close to many wonderful attractions. Very clean, very family friendly. They also do a Christmas and Easter display. We highly recommend it! - Ann Saxon
Sep 2015 - $35.00
I wouldn't stay there again! If you want to leave you'll not get a refund. We booked a site then checked it out and found out there are plenty of old trailers where they wanted to put us. Just dirt in the site with very little grass, red ants, and garbage so we left and asked for a refund. They will not give any money back, just a credit! Now if you didn't want to stay why would you want a credit? And bad manager! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - R Kapela
Apr 2015 - $38.00
good pull thrus. clean.. two railroad rides for kids and family. indoor pool. sort of out of the way but a great park. we stayed two nights so we could go to Tanger Mall. also had strawberry festival in town.. like all festivals things too pricy, but great place under trees downtown. - br549vi
Mar 2016 - $22.00
Sites are all spacious with some shade, but are grass with some dirt so can get pretty messy in heavy rain. Roads are very wide, access to the sites is easy. All are backin. Part of park is only 30 amp.
The park is a mix of houses, longterm leased lots and rv sites. The facilities and the park are spotless. There are activites going on every day at the clubhouse and visitors are encouraged to join in. Be sure to go to happy hour.
Very large fields adjacent to the developed area makes ideal dog walking but folks are a little casual about cleaning up.
No WIFI or cable, but AT&T data worked fine and OTA reception was good. We look forward to returning for a longer visit. - bobcovey
Dec 2015 - $18.00
The rate reflects a weekly stay. Rainbow Plantation is an Escapees park. As such you must be an Escapees member to stay here. The sites are spacious and easy to back into. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The area was nice. The laundry facilities were clean, inexpensive, and worked well. There were many permanent residents and long-term guests, but they kept their sites neat. Community meals were held several times per week, as well as other activities. There was a DVD lending library. We were in the minority being below the retirement age. Most guests were diligent about cleaning up after their dogs, but not all were. - Lori and Larry
Dec 2015 - $12.00
The rate reflects the SKP member monthly rate, plus electric. This is the first park we have ever rated a 10. This was our first time to this park and we have already booked for next year. Everyone in this park was so welcoming and there are many, many activities/dinners planned. We felt like family as soon as we arrived. The sites are very spacious and level. The sites are grassy and there were lots of ants around, but I believe this is normal for this area. Good open spaces for satellite reception. Utilities worked very well. Did not use the Tengo WIFI as we have our own. The only thing we could think would be an improvement would be the sites being paved as we were constantly tracking into the camper. - jacknpeg
