Really enjoyed this spot. Not many people here as it is getting later in the season. VERY quiet. Close to town. Wifi wasn't the best but we have had worse and paid more for it. We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Ninilchik is a tiny little town with not much in it and not much to do unless you fish and hunt. Great sites to see if you like driving on dirt roads. People are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 7 nights. Central to driving anywhere on the Kenai with ease. Level sites, 30 amp, they had some electric troubles, but didn't affect our site. Better spacing than most Kenai 'Combat Camping' CG's. Saw moose in the area several times. Would stay again !! We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed here to use my Passport America discount and glad I did -- This place is rural, level lots, got 9 channels on antenna TV, campground offers free GOOD internet and has showers and laundry on site (did not use either). Stayed 2 nights with another RVer and would stay longer if in the area. This is a GREAT deal. We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Motorhome.

Just a short drive from the Sterling Highway (3 miles), All Seasons (New owner 2015, formerly Country Boy), you'll find a quiet full hookup campground. 52 sites with 9 pull throughs. When they're not busy, back-ins are great as you can use the next site for your vehicle. Otherwise slideshows and awnings make for very narrow sites. Most of the time you can choose the site, but sometimes, the site is reserved (especially pull thrus). Sites are 30 amp. Also offers rental cabins. A few seasonal and monthly campers but most are a few days and gone.

Bathrooms & showers are clean, but not immaculate. Laundry room has several washers & dryers. Water pressure is good and plentiful. Our favorite feature is passport america is currently accepted the whole time they are open for business.

Gravel roads and sites. Park on an angle, not straight to woods behind. Most sites in sun, but some back-ins have morning shade. We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Truck Camper.

Close to halibut charters from Ninilchik harbor. 40 +/- miles to Homer &/or Kenai for sightseeing. Moose frequently seen near campground.

Quiet campground with very accommodating owner. Very tight sites. I had to ask campers on both sides of me to move in order to leave the site. Rate reflects Passport America. We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.

Located a couple miles off the highway on a good asphalt road. Not your luxury park but very comfortable with gravel sites that have no mud when it rains. Owners are super friendly and do their best to insure guests have a good stay. They are very knowledgeable about local fishing and sightseeing. Restaurant is not open at this time. Passport America park with no limit on number of days or blackouts. We would stay again in the future. We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Motorhome.

This is not a resort for someone wanting a pool, playground, etc. It is however a nice campground especially compared to a lot of parks in Alaska. The gravel sites are a little close - currently can't open our awning due to large MH parked next to us. The owner is beyond nice and is very helpful especially if you want information about fishing or site seeing in the area. The park recently became a Passport America park. We have stayed a week and will probably stay longer just because it is a short drive to Homer, Kenai, or Soldtona and a day trip to Seward. Wifi is slow but works. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a huge place that is actually a replica of a frontier town, but not much of it is open. There used to be a restaurant, bar, etc but the owner is attempting to sell and it is now simply a campground. The restrooms/showers were huge and although I did not use it, the laundry room was also quite large with huge washers and dryers. The owner and his wife are a hoot! They know just about everything about the area, especially the fishing aspect. If fishing is your thing, this is the place to be. As I said, the place is for sale, but it is still being maintained and we found it to meet our needs at a cost much less than had we stayed in Homer. If you are a Passport member, there is a good discount on the rate. We camped at All Seasons Campground (formerly Countryboy Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.
