Checking in was a challenge, since there seemed to be no one around except a builder who was there remodeling the office and he had nothing to do with managing the park. Finally, a child located a young woman who checked me into a site. The site was ill-defined, as the utility pole sticking up through the high weeds was the only clue. This park is right on the highway and the traffic was loud and constant. The family [of the owner?] used the site next to me to build a fire and have a huge get-together one evening while I was there. The family doesn't care if anyone stays there or not and RVers are only tolerated. There was only one other RV there during the two days I was there. They would do well to spend a little more effort on the RV park instead of remodeling the office, in my opinion. I would not return. We camped at Moose River RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a typical "campground". There are lots of fishermen in the park with lots of boats. They tend to camp together as a group and stand around the campfires and talk late into the nights. The Wi-Fi does not reach through the campground. You have to go into the office to get the free Wi-Fi. Water pressure was very low. We had to supplement with our pump. We were in site 18 which was at the end of a loop in the road so we did not have any adjacent neighbors. The managers never drive or walk through the park. Our hookups were in the trees and they had no idea where they were. It is mostly young adult kids that work in the office. We camped at Moose River RV Park in a Motorhome.

We enjoyed our stay at this park and camped in pull through site 21. All facilities were more than adequate, although a bit cramped. Grass on the sites could have used a mowing. Staff was very nice and most helpful. We would return if we come back to the Kenai. We camped at Moose River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Not sure of rate, we were part of a caravan. Not a bad, little park. As mentioned the owners are wonderful people, and put on a great Steak / Crab fry for us. Both were outstanding. But this is a very tight little park. You will be ok as long as there is not a caravan there. We just packed our 22 rigs into the place. About half of us then depended on other rigs leaving first. It is that tight, but a nice little place to spend a night on the way in or out of Homer. We camped at Moose River RV Park in a Motorhome.

A very nice park and the hosts are friendly too. There is a restaurant associated with the office that serves a nice breakfast. The sites are quite large allowing for slide-outs and people seem to stay for a while and commute to other locales around the area. Fishing is nearby. We camped at Moose River RV Park in a Motorhome.
