This park is badly in need of major upgrades. Electric/water connections are not safe, and all coupled together inconveniently at the back of the site. Many of the concrete pads at the sites are broken up. Trees are overgrown, not maintained. After jockeying around with the RV to try to angle into the site with the trees, we asked to make a very minor trim to one of the tree branches in order to not puncture one slide cover. We got a lot of flack, 'oh, everyone says they need to cut the trees'....and then finally 'we don't give a x@# what you do' from the woman running the place. While the young lady checking us in was friendly and helpful, the folks that live on site and run it--not so, not 'customer focused' at all.

If you want a fire--you rent a fire ring, which comes with the wood. You are not allowed to bring in your own wood.

The park itself is just very shabby looking, so you can see why it isn't heavily used, despite being one of the very few options in the area. Looks like they had cable at one time, but lines are cut and useless. Can't get satellite for all of the untrimmed trees. And you'll want to watch TV, because nothing much else to do. The town, Fort Macleod? Forget it! Feels like a forgotten ghost of a town trying desperately to make itself a tourist stop. Don't bother! The only thing worth seeing in the area is Head-Smashed-In Buffalo jump; my recommendation is do that as an hour or so stop along the way to somewhere else. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Motorhome.

Stopped for one night. Very quiet with only a couple of other units on-site. Suspect it would be a bit crowded at busier times as the serviced sites are open and closed together. Check in was quick and friendly. Campground is a bit worn but just fine for a few days. Staff were friendly and accommodating and let is pick out site. Power, water and WiFi were good. Restrooms were clean and looked recently updated. Best access was of Hwy 3. Would stop in again. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a park in serious need of a clean-up. There are junk or storage car/trucks everywhere. Doesn't deserve the good rating in Woodalls 2015. Nice river at back but really no way to access or sit by unless you are adventurous to climb a rocky dike. Piles of broken equipment, tables and all around junk. Electric sites are packed in like sardines. Still they allowed campfires if you paid, so the place was smoke-filled into the night. Site 46 with just 15 amps - no water or sewer, but nice shade to back into, but watch low tree branches. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Campground was decent. Owners friendly. We stayed here with a Good Sam discount. However, when you have to pay for a shower, discount is negated. Bathroom was clean, but there were no electrical outlets for blow dryer. Also, foot path from women's room lead you right to the dump station pad. A bit odd. The hi speed wifi sign in the office is miss leading. Couldn't access even while standing in the office. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Motorhome.

We had a pull-thru site but to get to it we had to drive through the site right behind us. Our friends were in the pull-thru next to us which faced the opposite direction. Our RVs where only a couple of feet apart. They had to back out of theirs to get out. It is a very strange set up where you have 4 sites together- 2 facing one way and 2 the other- and if the space that is in front of you (or in back) is occupied there is no way you can pull thru. There was no shade, the dirt was not level, and people drove past you all the time. There are no sewer hook-ups and a $3 fee to dump. The back-in sites all appear to be under the trees but did not see any 50 amp sites there. We would not return. Make sure to follow the campground directions and not the highway signs or you will end up on a very rough gravel road. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We had a back-in near the office. Wifi was slow, lots of use. Older park with lots of permanent residents. Nice pool. I would go back. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

DO NOT come in from the west, as our GPS told us to go. Very wash board for over a mile. Go east from Fort MacLoed.

Since there aren't a lot of options in the area as far as other campgrounds, you kind of have to make do with this place. Older park, a lot of upgrades are needed: water connections was leaking bad and creating a huge puddle in the back of the site, electric hookup was scary (closed my eyes and prayed for the best when I hooked up), sewer connection is in a chunk of concrete that is broken, therefore leaking odours...

Lots ans lots and lots of traffic, no one cares about the speed limit, and they don't enforce it... Playground is an accident waiting to happen...

But since there aren't any other campground nearby, I guess this is what you're stuck with. Staff are very helpful and friendly though.

Laundromat needs major cleanup and upgrade. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a excellent resort. Staff can't do enough for you. It is a huge park. Big rig friendly. Lots of room for full hookup or group camping. The pool is fantastic. Quiet. Would definitely make this a destination park. Very well run. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is way over priced. Had to go around a low wire, which wasn't bad. Our site was a pull thru that was plenty long but they gave another camper a back in site and had to ask him to move truck so we could get out.

Pool and hot tub looked clean but did not use. Check in was quick and lady was pleasant enough. Price seems a little high for a grassy spot without a table. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Motorhome.

Friendly staff at check-in. Nice HOT shower ($1). Many sites are in shade. We had a back-in per our request. WiFi is strong at site #23. NOTE: Do Not use Lyndon Rd off Rt 2 (your GPS will direct you there) Do use RT 3 to access other end of Lyndon Rd across from A&W to avoid very rough dirt section on Lyndon Rd. They also have cabins for rent. Would definitely stay again We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Motorhome.

There are many amenities at this park, and while the other campers are friendly, I did not find the staff friendly. The showers are "pay" for use, and I would not use them because they were not clean. The floor of the washroom was so slippery with water from the pool users that it was dangerous. We will not be camping here again. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice Park. Large, mostly back in, grassy sites. Hookups worked well. Had lots of rain and is close to a river so mosquitoes were feasting. Very nice attendant. Has ice cream parlor. Pool. Grounds could use some work. Would stay again. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We had one of their "extra long" 30 amp power and water sites (sites 47 through 64) and had no problem backing our 35' rig in. Site was grassy and wide. Hookups were at the back of the rig. I was able to stay hooked up to my truck plus park my second car on site. Easy in/out. There are some long term campers and parts of the park look dumpy. Showers are $1 pay. Free Wi-Fi worked well. We'd stay here again. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This place was so buggy and not pleasant. They told us that they were having a bad season. We were disappointed since we thought we were getting a full service spot. No. They were trying to be helpful but the place was packed. NO refunds - only credit in their store. The internet was hit or miss. We would not stay here again. The Wi-Fi was very slow, intermittent, and worked only near the washroom and laundry building. The laundry and washrooms are old but clean. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Travel Trailer.
