This is a small park in the middle of farm fields. The smell of manure was pervasive outside but didn't penetrate our closed windows. A minor highway is very close but not noisy at night. It was good for an overnight stop, but we wouldn't stay there. We camped at Park Lake Provincial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice little park, complete with sandy beach and a pleasant trail that goes around part of the lake. Situated in the middle of farmed fields; very quiet at night but can be quite windy at times. The campground is in two parts. Loop A is older and is not really suited to bigger rigs, but it does offer many sites that are just about on the water. Loop B is much more recent and offers long pull-throughs as well as several back-ins. There is a central dump station (fee) and several water spigots throughout the campground. Power remained solid during our stay despite high occupancy. The park tends to be booked solid for the nice summertime weekends; advance reservations recommended. We camped at Park Lake Provincial Park in a Fifth Wheel.
