Rude manager. Everything costs extra money. Wifi doesn't work and they seem proud of that-? TV doesn't work and I got a "what do you expect out here?" Sites are large I guess but the area is extremely economically depressed. Not sure why anyone would want to stay here- ever. There are tons of RV parks all over casa grande area that are much, much nicer. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for 1 week at this park. The pull through for big rigs were very nice and long. There are a few trees in the park bur mostly gravel with concrete patios. Utilities were tricky, in order to have your water and sewer within reach and not have your rear slide hit the electric pedestal; but with a little moving back and forth we got it done. There are no tables at the sites and you must pay for showers. The laundry was nice and clean as were the showers. We had a pleasant Thanksgiving Dinner at the recreation hall. The staff was friendly and helpful. I marked the park down a little on value due to the lack of tables and the extra cost for showers. The sites were spacious though with plenty of room to park your towed in front of your RV or to the side. Many units did not even have to unhook their towed trailers. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There were quite a few jeeps, as well as 4 wheelers, that went into the desert daily.

There are good & bad things about this park. The bad is they have fees they don't tell you about until you arrive. Electricity is through the electric company, & if you have never had power in AZ,don't have it elsewhere, you will have to pay $250 deposit to hook up the first time. After that, its $25 if you return the following year. Name tags are mandatory to buy. They charge a "utility" fee for water/sewer/cable. $50 month, & if staying 5 months, $264 up front. The cable doesn't work in alot of sites. You can't pay it monthly. Very limited on where you walk your dogs. This place is monthly only. No daily or weekly rates. It caters to park model owners. T It's VERY dusty in there & needs new gravel Water gets cut off alot from lines breaking. Internet is through Aire Beam, & doesn't work half the time. Verizon doesn't work well within the park.Good points? Tons of activities. Beautiful heated pool, & hot tub. The place is kept clean. Water arobics is via a tape you listen to, that is the same over & over. They do have a mini golf that is fun, & exercise room, with broken equipment. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Sites are 30x50 with concrete slab. No trees/landscaping at sites, just around office & pool area. Casa Grande is 12 miles away for shopping. AZ City has nothing there but a liquor store, convenience store,& a IGA that is high priced. There are a couple local restaurants there.

Only monthly rates, 55 + park. Very dusty, needs more rock put down. Typical site size for AZ. Has pretty good amenities, and activities. Manager seems to have too much on her plate, can be nice and then rude in an instant. Park really needs updating in many different areas. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Arizona City is kinda sad, but they do have a couple of good places to eat. Very small IGA and a Dollar General. Casa Grande is where ever thing else is located and not that far.

Beware: they have changed their policy. There are no nightly or weekly rates anymore. Nothing less than a month. I guess they don't like to make money, as they are never full anymore! This is a clean park with a few activities, if you want to stay a month or more. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice and clean, suitable. We did not like Arizona City at all though. Seemed run down, nothing to do, and had that general unsafe feeling. Too expensive for what you get. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We loved this park. Arizona City is a tiny town about 30 minutes from Casa Grande. It has a nice golf course and several cute restaurants. The park itself is very nice, friendly, and had some really fun activities when we were here. Our only complaint was that, while the weekly rate of $176 was reasonable, you can't extend your stay for a few more days unless you pay for a whole week or the much higher daily rate of $45. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very clean park. Very friendly people. Neighborhood surrounding park is depressing with many vacant lots and empty houses. Limited services in town and must go to Casa Grande about 8-12 miles for major shopping. Pet areas are limited and no place for pets to play within the park. Would stay here again but not for a season. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here a month. The daily rate reflects the monthly rate plus electric and the extra charges to turn on the electricity. Wi-Fi was extra at $30 per month. Most of the people are staying here stay for the entire winter. They are very friendly people. The park was fairly well kept up, the sites were very level, gravel with a large cement patio. Getting into the site was manageable. It was an ok park, but nothing real special. The surrounding area is poor. There is nothing scenic about Arizona City, just a lot of crop fields. The nearest shopping is Casa Grande, about 9 miles away. I wouldn't say to not stay here because there is a lot of activities and friendly people, but I wouldn't stay here again. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park has friendly people, a nice pool and a hot tub! We had a dog, and there was not much room to walk the dog. Arizona City does not offer much: must go to Casa Grande to shop, eat out, and go to the very large dog park. We did not have a cell phone signal. (AT&T). 55+ resort, many well-cared for amenities. Nice pool & hot tub, great billiard room, good laundry. Other winter guests very friendly, a most sociable place. Office very business-like. Small shower stalls, but plenty of hot water. Decent sized sites, concrete patio. No picnic table. The park is a little out of the way, but not too bad. We would have given higher reviews but the other guests all let us know immediately that the manager (and the owners) were VERY difficult, and that they treat their 'camp host' employees (seniors all) poorly. This doesn't work for us, and for that reason alone we would not stay again. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park seems to be run for the convenience of the more permanent or longer-stay residents. General atmosphere unfriendly (particularly to pet owners) and management extremely rude. No wireless service, and extremely limited cable. Quiet location although surrounding area very trashy and run-down. Nice pool area. Roads too narrow and backing in very difficult. Rates are competitive but extras and hookups are out of line. Again, the park model residents and work campers seem to be more important than the weekly or monthly guests and seem to think they own the park. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park. Lots of activities, and the staff was wonderful. Very helpful and courteous. Manager has some issues, but overall a great park. The surrounding area is not too desirable with a lot of rental homes and bankruptcies, but I would imagine in a few years that will turn around. Eight miles to bigger city, Casa Grande, for shopping. We camped at Quail Run RV Resort in a Motorhome.
