Stayed 4 nights. Short term RVs are near the office. Blacktop with convenient hook-ups. Surprise was a free dinner at the BARN for first nite arrivals. Breakfast and dinner served Mon-Sat. $5 and worth it to not cook. Meal changes each day. Very clean park. You an buy a site, and variable lot sizes with cost. Many attractions in the area. Tombstone was a required stop for myself. (Tombstone Observer waaay back on the black and white TV) Enjoyed stay and will return in the future, when coming this way. Long way from Long Island!! We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The nicest/cleanest park we have stayed at on our 3 week trip through Arizona and New Mexico. Lots of amenities set up for the snowbirds. Gatherings for dinner. Dances. Exercises and walks. Card nights. The pool (not heated in the winter) and the hot tub are clean and a good size. The community room is perfect for reading, listening to music, sewing or just gathering. The outside area is another perfect gathering spot. There are outside fitness equipment. The pull-through sites are on concrete and there is a sense of being in the middle of a parking lot. All the other sites are on gravel and very level and spacious. I would not hesitate to come back. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This was a great park with such friendly staff. We stayed here with a motorcade club for several nights so the price above is not reflective of the cost as our club paid the bill and I am not sure of the daily rate. We had a large pull through with plenty of room for a 45' MH and a full size truck. The park had wide paved streets and our site was fully paved. The park looked well maintained and very clean. Unlike most parks we had great internet service inside out coach, that is one of the reasons I rated this park so high. It is close to several nice parks and especially Karshner Caverns which is a must see. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stopped for a week to check it out and possible lot purchase. We found the facilities all very clean and nice. The park is very clean and nicely landscaped. We ate dinner at the cafe/barn every night for $5, different meal each day, was good and didn't have to cook. Played card bingo on Thur night, enjoyed it. Everyone from owner, staff, residents and monthly snowbirds were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the stay very much. Wifi, slow and spotty up on hill, ATT 2/3 bars. Office has a packet with all the tourist interest with directions and travel time, nice touch. We will probably return for a monthly next year. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice level, spacious, gravel back in site. Hot tub was nice, pool wasn't heated (54) too cold! Wifi wasn't working in the building we were next to, it was fixed while we were there but still couldn't connect. Had to go to the barn (restaurant) building. The Staff was nice, people were nice. It was quiet even though near rte 90 and 10. We would stay here again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Walmart and safeway are convenient. Tombstone about 40 mins (not impressed). Queen mine tour was cool. Chiricahua National Monument was awesome, even to drive and not hike through it was great! Sonaro desert museum was also worth the trip, its near/in Saguaro National Park. Old tucson is near here and interesting.

Clean and well kept resort. People are friendly and the front desk was very helpful. We were given a 10 page guide with directions and brief history to all the local sites. Our site was level and the utilities were well placed. The grounds are kept in great shape as are their trails in the park. We camped here in a 40' motorhome. Stayed for 2 nights while visiting friends. The paved pull thru sites reserved for overnighters are very nice. Conveniently located by the entrance. Very friendly park. Dog walk area nearby. They allow you to wash your rig for a small fee. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is often an annual stop on our snowbird migration. Staff reception always excellent including escort to site. The park is immaculate, well landscaped, sites are level and raked although pea gravel "migrates" into RV. Facilities very nice. Fairly removed from railroad noise. Cons: cable requirement of converter box to have TV is not parks fault, but no TV if you can't connect it. No WiFi working at site. TV in lounge mounted in awkward place to comfortably watch. Rack rate pretty high, but quality of park shows it. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stopped at Cochise Terrace couple of times passing through Arizona and have found it a great park to hookup and spend the night. They have a large area for "guests" to stay. Very well kept and quiet, WiFi is spotty but works good in the lounge if you need to do more than just emails. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A wonderful place to stay! Staff is great to deal with, the place is so clean, I think they must scrub the streets. Bathrooms are spotless, laundry room is too. We enjoyed the pool and locker room facilities and every person we met here was so nice.
Easy to maneuver, wide streets, large sites, beautiful views, and quiet and safe. We stayed nine days, which is 4 days longer than we planned, simply because it was so pleasant here.
WiFi iffy, but they are working on making it better, it works fine near the pool and in the clubhouses. They also offer a Cable hookup that works great. For the Passport America rate, this place is great. We highly recommend this park and would certainly stay here again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

After our winter's stay in Tucson, we began our trek east with a stop at Cochise Terrace. It was a great place for day trips to Bisbee and Kartchner Caverns state park, great value with Passport America. Nice long and fairly level pull-through paved sites; we were on the end site adjacent to a lovely cactus garden, with several in bloom. Lovely mountain vistas as well. Also enjoyed the pool one afternoon. Good Verizon, Wifi only with our jetpak; good water pressure. We would definitely return to Cochise Terrace, stayed in a 42 ft 5th wheel. This is a nice park that was clean and the staff was very nice. They are just focused on other issues. First, they want to sell everyone a RV lot in the park, not my style. Second, their pet policy was just over the top bad with all kinds of restrictions. Third, the internet is useless even for e-mail. We need internet for our work and this one just does not work. The park was less than half full, so on a big weekend it would be worse. We will not be returning. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park with wonderful view of the mountains. Easy on off on the hiway. No hiway noise. $5/pp dinner available 3 o4r 4 nites a week.
Benson is only 1 hour East of Tucson. There is a lot of history to see here plus the Kartchner Caverns. You must make reservations well in advance to visit the caverns. RV park sits on top of a hill with views on 3 sides of the beautiful local mountains. Easy on and off of Hiway 10 but NO highway noise. This park owner is smart and has the RV sites set up with your nose facing West - smart because there is a lot of wind! This way your rig does not get pushed around. Also your windows face North or South so your rig does not get overheated with sun. Park is at different levels - top levels are gravel. Bottom level is black top. Spaces are wide. Full hookups with 50 AMP and nice cable. WIFI is typical RV park WIFI - Even though park is not full, WIFI is difficult to access even being right in front of the office like we are. The views of the mountains on 3 sides are spectacular. The park is beautifully landscaped with some trees and cactus. The park staff and warm hearted and very welcoming. RV park kitchen offers reasonably priced, very tasty dinners several nights of the week. We had dinner twice and really enjoyed the food, and the camaraderie around the dinner tables. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Roads are asphalt, as well as some sites. Mine was gravel. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly.

Wi-fi was terrible, if I could connect it was very slow. Verizon Jetpack worked fine. Cell phone coverage was excellent.
Laundry was good ($1.50 wash/dry).
CG is far enough from the interstate that you don't get much noise from it.
Nice CG to use as a base to visit the tourist attractions. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
