What a beautiful, well managed park! We only stayed one night but were really impressed. Check-in was friendly and efficient. We were escorted to our long, level pull-through site. We were near the "Crow's Nest" (clubhouse) which gave us a decent (free) Wi-Fi signal. When we checked in, we were told that they serve a small evening meal in the Crow's Nest and we were given a coupon for 2 free dinners... chicken wraps and a free soda or coffee or bottled water. Such a nice touch! Our P.A. rate represents about a 30% discount off the regular nightly rate. Would definitely return if in the area. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. The grounds are immaculate and the staff are friendly. Long pull thru sites with beautiful views. Big pool and hot tub. Clean laundry room. Wifi worked great & lots of TV channels. They even fly the Canadian flag, along with the American & State flag. Would definitely stay here again! Very nice park, good cable, good wifi near the clubhouse. Pool and spa nice addition. Good location away from town but very near shopping and attractions. Lots of walking trails in and around the desert (not advisable in the hot months due to snakes, but great in the winter). Very clean, great office. Would stay again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Kartchner Caverns, short drive to Tombstone and Bisbee.
Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $35.00
Very clean. Some of the nicest restrooms I've used. Extremely friendly staff. WiFi is weak or non-existent except for two locations in the park. They tell you this when you check-in. Plenty space to park a 36 ft. 5'er plus a truck in a pull through. All blacktop or gravel. No grass. This is not unusual for Arizona RV parks. Not loads of room but very nicely spaced. Does not have a real good dog walk but adequate. I often used an undeveloped lot across the street from the dog walk area that is also nice for walking your dog during the day. Would be concerned about critters during the night. Very convenient to Tombstone and even more convenient to Karchner Caverns (only 9 miles away). We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Tombstone is about 30-minutes away. Interesting and fun trip. Karchner Caverns is only about 10-minutes away. One of the best caves I've ever seen and I've been through many. Only about a 50-minute tour depending on which room you choose. We toured the Throne Room but reviews indicate that both are excellent.

Well marked sign off I-10 and easy access on and off interstate. About 1 mile from I-10, quiet no interstate or traffic noise. Great pull thru site completely paved with utilities including cable TV. Provided us a complimentary dinner for two at the "barn", and we were invited to eat with staff member who checked us in and other overnighters. Food was great! Park is immaculate and staff is helpful, friendly and works hard to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your visit. We will return again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $14.00
We stayed there in an Airstream TT. It was easy to get to and just close enough to town to get to stores for supplies. The views were awesome, the park clean, the staff friendly. Very large sites, 100+ Cable TV channels. ONLY thing we didn't like was lack of a heated pool. Would most definitely stay there again. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Some great Restaurants in Benson. Breakfast - Horseshoe Cafe, Dinners - Galleano's, and if you like Mexican, Mi Casa. All are good food and reasonably priced.

We have stayed here several times in the past. This is a nice clean well kept park. Price reflects Passport America rate. Had at least 100 cable channels. Escort to the site. Very quiet overall. You can here some of the trains at night. We will stay here again in the near future. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Monthly rate. This is a wonderful place. A couple miles out of town in a nice newer area. Wonderful staff. Very pleasant and helpful. This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. Already booked our spot for next year. Plenty to do and see. Very clean and neat. Just a great place! We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

The short-term RV park here is part of a larger community that includes privately owned sites with manufactured homes, park models or RVs with support structures. Everything was very well-maintained and attractive. Common areas included picnic grounds, a basketball court, clubhouses, a pool, hot tub, patio and exercise area. Interior roads are paved as are some sites. Sites are very, very generously sized. Basic utilities were good, Wi-Fi was adequate, cable included dozens of channels, AT&T phone and data worked well in the area. The rate reflects a Passport America discount. We would be very happy to return to this park. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We had to change travel plans due to the "shut-down" of the USA government. This brought us here and this was a happy surprise. Very friendly and helpful staff during check-in and the other days of our three days visit. Wide and large spaces for every size of equipment. The owner insisted on blocking the entry of our pull-through #296 with a pylon after we left for an excursion so nobody could take this place. Nice clubhouse with 2 pool tables, large kitchen and many more. Laundry is large and has coin machine for quarters. Pool is much larger than average campground and is heated if necessary. During our visit it was 79F, but due to colder nights the pool was already heated. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, Cable offers 67 analog channels and a couple of digital channels. There is even a putting field available, finally something else than the horseshoe fields. We enjoyed all of our three days and will definitely return. Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $20.00
Excellent campground, level, paved sites. There were some permanent sites in a different section, used for seasonal winter guests, but not an issue in May. Nice pool, restrooms, and spa. We would definitely stay there again and used Passport America. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This park is absolutely beautiful; landscaping is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. Office staff was very friendly. Sites were large and very level. Would stay there again if in the area. We camped at Cochise Terrace RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $30.00
There is nothing bad I can say about this park. It is a very quiet RV park with exceptionally friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the showers, restrooms, and laundry room. The pool area is large with plenty of lounge chairs available for your relaxation. We originally were supposed to stay in this area a couple of days but extended our stay for 1 week and used this as a base point for our sightseeing. We would undoubtedly stay at this park again. Nice enough place for an overnight or longer. Mostly long-term snowbirds when we stopped, but they have 8 or 10 nice paved pull-through sites for short term use. Very nice bath and shower facilities. Cable TV worked fine. Very particular about their pet policy. Lots of places to walk dogs outside the park across the street. We would stay here again. Rate was with PA discount.
