Good value for an overnight stay with Passport America discount. We had a clean gravel pull-thru. Park was quiet, a few miles off of I-10. We arrived after 3 with office closed and camp host lead us to our site. He did not have a cable box for us and antenna gave us 7-8 channels all in Spanish. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Great park! The site spaces are just long enough for our motorhome. However it was really wide! There is plenty of room to park a tow vehicle. The site was gravel and level. Utilities were good. The cable required a box that must be hooked up but we can never get them to work. We got NBC, 2 Spanish channels, and 2 local channels using our antenna. The workers are very friendly and helpful. This is an adult park. There are a lot of very well kept mobile homes for permanent residents. The residents are also very friendly. We loved it here. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

This is and excellent park, we'd definitely stay here again. The pull-through sites are located well back from the road, so no road noise.
The cable TV arrangement is a little different. They give you, at no charge, a cable converter box that has to be installed between the incoming cable and the TV. If you have one TV, and you can access the cable connection, it should work OK. There was no OTA TV. WiFi was good, $3.95 for 3 days. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is an excellent park, clean, well maintained, friendly staff, shaded in the right sites. The only problem that kept me from rating a ten was the WiFi. After 8,000 miles and many RV parks, this was the worst, slowest, crappiest WiFi ever! I have stayed in many truck stops and Walmarts with way superior WiFi. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We reserved a site for 6 days and ended up staying 7. The park is very nice despite the lack of shade trees (it is high desert so that's not unexpected). It is a retirement community and has camping for short or long term. The staff is very helpful and an escort is provided to your site. The office does close early. Pull through and back in sites are available. There's plenty of room for walking without getting outside the park. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Benson is a small town but has a Super Walmart and several other stores. There are the usual souvenir shops. It's within an hour's drive of Bisbee (there's an old copper mine there) and Tombstone - both of which are on the National Register of Historic Places - as is Fort Huachuca, also nearby. If you wish to explore further afield, the office has a list of places to visit, including the final stronghold of Cochise! It's a very relaxing place to stay.

We had one of the large pull thru sites, full hook up. Gravel site, picnic table, no patio. Nice clean laundry, participated in their French toast breakfast, didn't check out the pool, nice people. Located convenient to Bisbee, Tombstone and Kartchner Caverns. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a month in Feb. and March. Monthly rate is 350.00. Great park, wonderful people. There is a indoor pool and spa.

We came in a travel trailer but bought a motor home, while we were there. All the staff there are super friendly. This is the second year we have stayed here. Will definitely go back to this park again. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Nice park. Needs nicer attitude. Good activities and music. With a little sprucing up, can be very good. The RVers and MH owners don't mingle much. Would stay here again just for the music. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

This is a full-timer/snowbird park with a selection of overnight spots. No one answered the phone prior to arrival but reception was friendly and there was a special giving the PA rate to everyone so price was good. Park is clean but it is older so slightly tight for big rigs with slides, but no real problem. Wi-Fi requires an additional $4.95/night fee. About 1.5 miles from the interstate and quiet. We just used it as an overnight stop and had no complaints. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Park advertises Wi-Fi, but it didn't work for us at our site or in clubhouse. Everything else is first class here. Nice, friendly, helpful people. Good value. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Most of the people were very friendly but some were just jerks. Many Chiefs and few Indians. Nice park if your a lot owner. So if your only staying for a few days or months you will not be in the CLICK. We camped at San Pedro Resort Community (55+ park) in a Motorhome.
