44 Parks near Bouse, Arizona
Jan 2014 - $8.00
Stayed here this past winter. Managers are very friendly and helpful. The park has various potlucks, cookouts, and ATV rides during the month. Paid $230 plus elec per month. They have propane sales on site and will pick up and deliver your bottle at your campsite. We are planning on spending a few months here next winter, also. - catrider
Jan 2009 - $27.00
After staying here for three months I found the managers were rude, as were some areas of the park who all stayed together. The power here leaves a lot to be desired with it going out often. My first location had a power pole problem and they would not believe me until it went down and they could not figure out the problem. Second site was better. Train just across the highway that runs daily and was noisy at night. Every one had a dog so lots of dogs barking. - Lee and Fran
Dec 2008 - $20.00
Management very friendly and helpful. WiFi has just been installed; $5 per day, $15 per week or $20 per month. The road traffic and train could be a problem for some, but we are used to traffic noise. The train passes through several time per week, but it is a constant rumble; and the whistle can be barely heard as it enters the town of Bouse @ 1 mile away. For 4-wheelers, access is direct from the RV park into the desert, and if properly equipped and tagged they can be ridden into town on the roads, but not the highway. The town of Bouse and the RV Park have many activities to keep everyone busy. Jam Session every Wednesday at 12:30 PM; people from all over the area come to perform and listen; everyone has a good time. The park at this time is full, so I guess there are others who feel this park has what they need. - heartlandks
Mar 2016 - $39.00
This is the second year we have stayed. Big roomy sites, pool and hot tub cleaned daily. Great friendly people and staff and if you like to do off road riding this is the headquarters! - Newhope
Jan 2016 - $35.00
Nice big heated pool, after thought, add on above ground spa. Gravel, uninspiring roads. Good, reasonably priced restaurant. Nice picnic area type parks with fire rings. Nice clubhouse area for large groups. Handcraft sales area. Free shuttle to Quartzite RV Rally. - Hics
Jan 2016 - $39.00
Nicely maintained park with the standard RV layout.
They escort you to your site and assist you in parking so you are positioned in accordance with their policy.
The restaurant at the park is very busy and very good. - Navy RV Traveler
Jan 2016 - $32.00
First time we have stayed here and we are very pleased with this park. Great location convenient to several sw Az areas including Quartzite, Parker, Havasu. Nice large sites and great facilities. They even have a wash area for cars, Rv's, 4x4's! Lots of offroad riding opportunities right from the park. We will definitely stay here again. - Cjackg
Mar 2015 - $32.00
A clean quiet park for a relaxing two or three day stay when visiting the Quartzsite area. We stayed in a pull thru site that was large enough to easily accommodate our 36' RV. Paved roads help keep dust to a minimum and the park is kept in good condition. WiFi wasn't too reliable and cable TV was adequate. Park residents were friendly; many have ATV's and spend their time exploring adjacent BLM lands. We enjoyed the evening entertainment in the recreation hall. - 67malibuman
Mar 2014 - $25.00
We stayed here while traveling on a 6 week trip. The park was nice but geared more towards retirees. No lawns anywhere in the park so walking your pet wasn't very nice. Pet friendly? Maybe just a little. Had to do that early in the morning and pick up poo from cement or rocks. Not the easiest thing to do. Staff was mildly friendly. Might even say a little standoffish. My sisters husband has Parkinson's and we had to leave early. We had paid for one week and were not told that we could not be reimbursed, even for medical reasons. So we stayed 2 days and paid $204.63. Wont stay there again and would warn everyone to only pay for a night at a time. - Cameorover
Nov 2014 - $20.00
Basic Desert Park, very friendly staff, large sites, very quiet and relaxing. - Busdriver39
Oct 2014 - $35.00
Not what we expected after reading all the great reviews. Very dusty, noisy at night, and the smell from the nearby dump and and cattle ranch was terrible and never went away. Electric was good but the water pressure was almost nothing and only got a trickle out of the sinks. Big rigs be careful coming through the entrance off the highway, slow down early because you have to come to almost a stop on the highway before entering the entrance gates are narrow and over a cattle grate. Last but not least we only stayed here for one night but got a knock on our door first thing in the morning to tell us we have to pay for electricity daily even though it was only a one night stay, that was a first. We will not be back. - dgjg
Mar 2014 - $30.00
Very friendly park with large spaces. All gravel sites & roadways. I would have liked a slab on site but all-in-all it's great, remote, quiet, and very peaceful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet get away. - leona mae
Feb 2016 - $20.00
Flat, level, gravel site. Trailer and truck only 50 Ft long but had to unhook for one night stay to stay out of raodway . Electric, Water, Sewer. No tables or any other amenities. Had to park truck next to trailer. Price is right. Would stay again for overnight stay. - travelcouple
Jan 2016 - $25.00
Big rig friendly; FHU; 30 amps; no cable; iffy TV on batwing; free internet; gravel/sand; PA minimum two nights $25.00 - no tax. - Keith/Ruth
Mar 2014 - $18.00
Manager could not been any nicer. 25 cents for 3 minute shower. Soup night Wednesday, Donation. People at the park are friendly. Have coffee in morning. Fun and friendly. Not the fanciest park we have been to, but all the amenities you need: water, sewer, elec. We will be back. Have a yard sale on the weekend at the location. Close to downtown. NEED TO RESERVE BY October for next year RV show. No credit cards, check or cash works. - Tampajohn
Jan 2014 - $29.00
Pros: Spacious sites with large patio area, clean bathroom & showers, exceptionally friendly managers and staff, planned activities (jam sessions, card games, crafts). Cons: sites are dirt, roads are gravel = tons of dust. The nearest supermarket in Blythe (24 miles). Escapees 15% discount reflected in price. - Jayhart
Apr 2013 - $25.00
Great place for overnight stay. In the winter they have a lot of snowbirds. The sites are level and are fairly wide. No one is in the office; you can't call ahead, but there is a care taker that will help when you arrive. Full hookups, some pull-throughs, most back-in. They allow pets and at the back of park is a nice area for walking. We have stayed here before and will come back again! - hapicamper
Dec 2011 - $10.00
Rate is based (kind of) on a monthly rate. We loved this park. We had a huge site. There are lots of friendly people with planned activities. Verizon and AT&T worked just fine. The location is perfect in the little town, and you can ride your ATVs directly from the park. It's very nice, and we would definitely return. - Wanderin
Jan 2016 - $0.00
This is the free area of BLM land on the south side of I-10 east of Quartzite, AZ. Lots of open space, quiet and a great view. - jpm777
Nov 2014 - $0.00
Scaddan Wash hasn't changed since we stayed last. Still free, still limited to 14 days, and still with no way to dispose of trash, get water, dump, etc. Ideal for a few nights stop if you don't mind the noise from I-10. - Denali
Mar 2012 - $0.00
Good area to dry camp. Stay free for 14 days. Level and easy in/out. Stayed 2 nights and would stay again, only negative (and that wasn't too bad) is highway noise IF you park to close to highway. - openrange
Apr 2016 - $22.00
Very nice park. Long, level and spacious sites. Easy in and out. Immaculate laundry facility. The managers on duty, (Arlene & Bob) were very pleasant and extremely accommodating and helpful. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this park. - Cucutz
Jan 2016 - $35.00
We were guided into our site by an employee and we hit a water pipe. The manager's husband showed up and wanted to know who the (profanity) idiot was who did this. We had to pay for the repair of the pipe. After contacting the corp. office they decided to split the bill with us. As long as this man is working at the park we will not return. Other campers had problems with this employee as well. The rest of the staff was pleasant and friendly. The sites were clean, gravel, with a concrete pad, and the roads paved. The bathrooms, laundry and recreation room were modern and clean. Bring your own table as none are provided. - nevada campers
Jan 2016 - $35.00
Nice staff and a very clean park. Probably the best in Quartzsite. Would be a 10 if sites were just a little wider. I would not hesitate to camp there again. This park is completely booked in advance in January and February. - Wyoming Wanderers
Dec 2012 - $7.00
We were looking for a place to stay for the last 10 days of December and January. There are a lot of RV spaces available in Quartzsite this year, Pattie's had a great rate ($185 for the month), a superb rate compared to what some of the other places quoted us for a gravel pad with hook-ups. There are no restrooms or showers. The people are friendly, the sites are large enough, there is a laundromat and propane sales on site. Right across the street is the Quartzsite General Store and the Redbox. Bread, milk, fresh meat and movies are just a short walk away. The main sales area is about a 20 minute walk away. The Wi-Fi comes and goes at times, but is mostly there and it is strong enough to watch a video. As a place to park an RV with hook ups close to the Quartzsite "action"; Pattie's RV Park has what's needed. - becida
Jan 2011 - $7.00
We stayed monthly. The first month was $225, then it went down to $175 with electricity at 19 cents kwh. The park is probably half long term and half transit. We had no complaints about the park except for the water pressure would vary from low to high. The Wi-Fi was excellent: never had a problem with reception or staying on. There is a laundry in the front of the park, but is also open to people outside the park. Everyone was nice from the manager to the residents, including long term folks. If we ever go back to Quartzsite, we would be open to staying here again. - rvgrandma
Feb 2016 - $15.00
Price reflects monthly rate. Great staff, organized activities and easy to get to. Office open most of the time. Pet friendly and a nearby wash to walk dogs. Level sites, concrete patios, VERY clean. Utilities and equipment very updated and well maintained. Watched the staff painting the fence almost every day. Internet ok, very strong signal but sometimes very slow and they charged a monthly fee of 25 dollars for access. Cheap propane on the other side of the street. Walking distance to post office, grocery stores and all things Quartzsite. - BasilFawlty
Feb 2016 - $35.00
This is a very nice friendly park. The sites are roomy & level. The staff and other RVers were very friendly & helpful. We attended the park's annual Luau; enjoyed a great potluck, fun activities and conversation. - Our-Wandering-Casa
Jan 2016 - $11.00
Quartzsite, being a snowbird destination, has an abundance of commercial campgrounds - by some estimates 40-70.
The Scenic Road stands alone as our favorite.
Campsites are spacious and clean with concrete patios and security lighting. Crushed gravel throughout TSR makes for little or no blowing dust. (if you've ever been to Q you will understand why this is important) Toilets and showers, while limited in number, are clean and well maintained. The laundry is flawless.
WiFi is okay - limited to one device and typically slow during peak periods, but that is no fault of the park.
Our $11 daily rate is based on a two month booking - Jan-Feb 2016. Electric charges are additional and billed at the end of the month. WiFi incurs an additional $25 monthly.
The Scenic Road hosts offer an abundance of activities, including BINGO, exercise, Yoga, potlucks, special interest groups, Super Bowl party, and even a Luau!
The owner and staff were at all times positive, cheerful, and willing to address any issue or concern.
We will definitely stay here again. - CO2RV
