Entering the Park from the Deli/Store Park entrance is confusing, as the office is at the far opposite end of the park with poor signage leading you there. I was given a back/in FHU spot overlooking Laughlin, CA, across the Colorado River. Beautiful views from this premium gravel site of the river and casino's. The sites are close together, but were easy to get my 42' 5th wheel in. The laundry and bathrooms are dated, but very clean & adequate. There is cable TV, but I elected to use my dish; the wi-fi was non existent. You can pay a separate price for wi-fi, but I used a hot spot. The deli in the park sells sandwiches and other food supplies you use every day. I would give it a 5, if it had free wi-fi and some green grass to look at. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The park has a deli that makes great sandwiches and sells some of your everyday camping needs. The premium plus bluff back/in sites have a great view of the Colorado River & the Laughlin, CA casino's. Park is located 5 miles from the casino's and very close to Bullhead City.

Park is located on a hill above Hwy. 95. We were in a backin site on the bluff with a great view of the Colorado River & the casinos of Laughlin. The wind blows from the north down the Colorado River valley quite often. You can certainly feel the effects of the wind on the RV! Our site was wide enough & deep enough, but a little unlevel side to side. Office is located in the back section of the park, so just follow the signs from the entrance off Goldrush Road. Utilities were conveniently located & worked well. The 23 channel cable tv picture was a little snowy & not very good for cable tv. WiFi was expensive & costs extra. We were informed of the poor quality WiFi at the office & chose to use our hotspot. The store & deli seemed to be well stocked. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Rate shown is $10.00 per day Coast to Coast + $5.80 per day in tax/fees. We would stay here again, but probably seek a site not located on the bluff. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Internal access roads OK but not great. Level dirt sites with full hook ups (50 amp) and cable. WIFI costs extra. Sites are long and wide. Had lots of open sites including many pull-thru's. We were told they would let us have an pull-thru site only this time. RPI members are usually put in a back-in site regardless of how many pull-thru's are available! Lots of older RV live-in's in park; sign says "EBT" accepted. Have pool and hot tub; both were a nice temperature. Office is at far end of entrance with minimal signage. Very inconvenient. We heard the deli was good with reasonable prices, but didn't try it. No patio, fire rings, or BBQ's. This park would be OK for an over-nighter. Big heat wave while we were there...VERY hot and didn't feel comfortable in the park so ended up leaving early. Won't stay here again due to the RPI pull-thru policy. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Excellent place for the winter! Many amenities (2 clubhouses, heated pool, exercise room, laundry, private bathrooms with showers, dog park, library, deli, individual mailboxes). Large rv sites ( plenty of room to bring trailered utv plus rv). Close to BLM land to go riding. Many activities in the park. Great managers and owners and residents! Very friendly. We pay a reasonable monthly rate from December thru April. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We looked forward to spending our winter here, $423 seemed reasonable for included elec, wifi, cable, and full hookups in a wide "premium" site. When we arrived, we were faced with many disappointments, however. Added fees, some not disclosed on the website or over the phone raised the rent substantially: WiFi: $19-$40, a mailbox: $10, Meter-reading fee: $15! When we argued that charging for WiFi was unusual, and should be disclosed... The management was argumentative. We later found that our "free" cable didn't work, and our neighbors (all three sites behind and next to us) were full-time residents, and a loud, social bunch that seemed to have only one volume level: Yelling at each other. The bathrooms are clean enough, but in need of updating... and at least one shower we used had a one-foot long crack through to the floor. In the laundry room we used, there are six working washers and two out of six working dryers. (One washer had been down since last year, according to one resident.) Streets are paved, but sites are dirt... backing in can be difficult on some streets, because sites are not angled, streets are narrow, and trees have been planted at every driveway reducing maneuvering room. (Did I mention most sites are "back-in", except for a few set aside for overnight stays?) Not a terrible park... but there are better, less expensive choices. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Truck Camper.

Assigned slot was wide and deep, but between two permanent units. One was an old park model in need of repair. The other was a park worker. Slot was fenced but was a junk yard with 2 small yapping dogs. Didn't expect a prime location, but this was not satisfactory. Sewer connection was back of neighbors fence. Required 25 + ft of hose. We found this park on the web, it said it had water arobics and there were none, it said there were crafts and they were childish, the washers and dryers seldom all worked. The owner was very nice but the park needs updating.. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a great place. For this type of park the sites were the widest and longest back-in sites.I have ever been in. I could have put 2 fifth wheels and probably 4 cars into the site and still have space. Sites were level sand. Nice wide paved roads. Walking along the ridge provides great views of Laughlin. Nice dog park. This park is on top of a bluff so when the wind blows you feel it. Very nicely landscaped. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Of course gambling in Laughlin. The buffet at the Aquarius was quite good. They have a Mongolian Wok and Brazilian carving station. The riverwalk between casinos is nice to do. Just an FYI - I guess there is a poker run every April here - about 35,000 bikers. We were not aware of that. Nothing wrong with that, but the roads were starting to get crowded. Extremely nice dog park at the Bullhead City Park off of Riverview Rd.

We made the mistake of paying for 3 months in advance and couldn't leave because there are no refunds. "Cleaning" occurs every day but the bathrooms are rarely actually clean. Washing machines are also not clean. The water looks dirty and does not fill the washing machines like it should. residents warned us not to drink the water or use it for cooking. There were intermittent sewer odours throughout the park which at times were overwhelming. There were many abandoned vehicles on the property and we heard that homeless people would sleep in some of them. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, but with all of the poor maintenance elsewhere in the park, we were concerned regarding maintenance of the pool. We were put in a space next to a permanent resident who has a pit bull and we were not advised prior to our payment/commitment. We asked to be moved and were willing to pay more, but were told there would be no available spaces even though the park always had empty spaces throughout our stay. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We paid $425 for a month. This park had a page of rules and regulations that listed fines for breaking the rules but nothing was enforced. The owners were missing in action, even though website states they are onsite. FHU 50 amp site. Our site was not level. Monthly fee includes 900 kWh of electric. Gym but equipment was filthy. Park has park models. We paid extra for a premium site on the bluff, it overlooks Laughlin and the Colorado River. Nighttime lights are nice, but the wind was terrible, 40 MPH-plus at times. We could not put our slides out for fear of the ripping awnings; had to climb over the bed to get to bathroom. My husband asked if we could move to another site away from the bluff and we were told it would cost extra to do this. He explained that I was disabled and it was very difficult for me to keep climbing, he was told they would talk with management and someone would get back to me, never heard a word. Park had many open sites the entire time we stayed.

My husband's bicycle was stolen, he chained it to the tow dolly at night, someone cut the chain and took the bike. He reported it to the office and was abruptly told they are not responsible for personal property. He was told they would let security and owners know and someone would be in touch, again not a word from anyone. He reported it to police.

The site next to us was a park model, the people constantly had garbage in front of it, trash bins are only a short walk away. About the second week we were at the park the couple started fighting nonstop, so loud you could hear it inside our motorhome and they were inside. The few nice days we had to sit out we could not because of fighting.. A visitor from next door even came over and asked for alcohol, went office to report this and were told they are aware of the situation but did nothing. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The view is spectacular and the park is clean and well maintained. The spaces are wide but not level - not even close. Had about 12 inches difference from left to right and still not perfectly level. The WiFi is expensive and still very slow and cuts off once in a while. Absolutely no grass anywhere so little doggy feet get sore and my dog doesn't like to pee in the sand. All in all not a bad place to stay but I will look elsewhere if I ever come back here again. We camped at Silver View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice location but look out for the wind. Gets rather blustery up on the bluff. Bullhead City has everything you might need. Medical, dental, varied restaurants, big name chain stores. Free boat rides to Laughlin casinos. Close to Laughlin, NV with casinos, buffets, etc.

Have seen reviews complaining about the wind. We don't seem to have that much of a problem. Have had worse. Staff has been very nice. We have site along the ridge. The view is so beautiful. They have WiFi and cable included, but both are pretty poor. It is very pet friendly with two dog pens and people walking dogs all the time. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Has heated pool and hot tub which we have used and enjoyed. On site deli and convenient store which will deliver to your site. This place is my kind of place. I could live here if it were possible. So much to do. Laughlin, NV is right across the river with many casinos, restaurants and entertainment. Lake Havasu is within couple hours which has The London Bridge and shops, beach and water sports. Las Vegas is about an hour and a half. Oatman, AZ is about 30 minutes away. The Colorado River is just down street and has wonderful clean beaches to enjoy. You can rent boat or wave runners. They have tour boats as well. Love the area.
