This is RV and mobile home park in transition. New owners in June are investing in a new clubhouse, pool and hot tub. It is now called Arizona Village 55+ park. Gates and walls being completed. A mix of my and spots for rvs. Concrete pad on both site sides and deep gravel for trailer. Wifi being installed, water pressure really high. Stayed a week, nice staff. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is in transition is now known as Arizona Village RV Resort. The new owners are awesome and very helpful. They are truly transforming an old Mobile Home park to a new resort. The price listed above is an estimation of the price. We paid $200 for the week. We considered the price quite a deal for the cleanliness of the park. Would recommend and if ever in the area we will plan to come back. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Fifth Wheel.

The pool and hot tub are awesome. There are many things to do within a day's drive. Casa Grande has so many restaurants and shopping that you won't be bored. It is located between Phoenix and Tucson so there are plenty of things to do if you get bored in Casa Grande.

I stayed here for 2 and a half months in a 5th wheel. This is a nice, clean park and the management and most permanent residents are friendly and helpful to RVers. They have a beautiful pool, hot tub, clubhouse and grassy park. They are dog friendly with a large fenced field for the dogs to run loose behind the park. Onsite laundry coin operated 1.25 per load to wash, the same to dry. The sites are wide and you get a concrete patio on one side and a concrete driveway on the other side. The rate includes electricity so it goes up in the hotter months, it was 500 per month for my time here. The wifi is spotty but better than other places i stayed in the past. Centrally located near Pinal and Cottonwood and fairly quiet here. Best value in Casa Grande. Sites are deep and hookups are in the back. You can get cable tv and internet here from a local provider but its pricey. Most RVers here have been coming for years and some leave their trailers here all year. Ask management for the yearly rate. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Fifth Wheel.

The park was quiet, too quiet. Ghost town quiet. Most lots are empty, they have a pool, we did not use. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and no other amenities. Lots are spacious and has large trees with concrete pads which is nice. Could be a great park if they would update. A train horn can be heard at night, but that obviously can not be helped. The Park manager is friendly, but can't do much, due to upper management. The Resident park handy man was extremely friendly and very helpful. The Park is quiet, just has a ghost town feel to it: kind of unsettling. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Motorhome.

This park was very quiet at night. During the day I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had no problems with the neighbors. I would stay at this park again when I come back to Casa Grande. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Travel Trailer.

We wanted to stay two nights, but the park office said that they will only take a cashier's check or a money order. NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED. We moved on to another park. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Motorhome.

Very quiet, a lot of empty sites here. Kind of nice really. Pool is very nice, heated to 82 degrees night and day. The only thing I have against the park are the speed bumps. You really need to slow down for them. All in all, it's a pretty nice park. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park for a week. The managers were very nice. Our site was level and very wide. We parked our Fifth Wheel on the gravel and had a concrete patio on one side and a concrete pad for our truck on the other. There were well established trees and the park was well maintained. We also used the pool and hot tub which was very nice, clean and heated. We got free WIFI. The only down side was we were parked near the road and it was noisy and not very scenic. We should have got a spot in the back of the park. There are a number of mobile homes in the park. Although there were a lot of pluses, we just didn't get that "resort" feeling, but not a bad place to stay for the price. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Fifth Wheel.

We don't normally stay in parks that are both RV and Mobile Home parks. But while in Casa Grande last year, we drove past this place and poked our heads in to check it out for a return visit. We stayed for about a week this year, and let me say Cottonwood Cove has changed our minds! We loved it! The clean, level, gravel sites are huge (they're designed for a mobile home, so an RV is no problem! ) with wide, long patios on one side and a separate driveway on the other. The streets are also very wide and it was no problem getting our 43' coach (with tag) in or out of the space. The pool area was beautiful, the park managers (on site) were very nice, and the park is full of large shade trees and mature plantings. How often do you get to stay in the desert in a space in the shade?!? We'd definitely stay here again. We camped at Arizona Village Mobile Home & RV Park (Formerly Cottonwood Cove Mobile in a Motorhome.
