This is our third stay in this park & while I loved it in the past I am not quite so thrilled this time. The first issue we had was the "rock" they installed since our last visit! It was a horrible experience getting our rig in our space! It's also VERY difficult walking in and I did twist my ankle & knee getting out of our vehicle! The other issue was the weeds! They're all over the place & look horrible! The dog run looks like it hasn't been mowed for a couple of weeks & is overall looking pretty seedy!
Interestingly during the summer we had referred the park to some friends of ours who were traveling through from Texas. I was embarrassed when they told us that they were renting out the facilities nearly every weekend to private parties. Children were running wild & they weren't able nor willing to enjoy the pool when these gatherings were taking place! Not sure if well be returning in the future! We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Pretty much what you would expect at a private park, everyone is crammed into together. Lots of long term residents. Great rate for full hook ups and wasn't a bad over night spot. Good verizon service. Probably won't go back, just not convenient enough to I-8 or I-10. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed here and received a $21 rate using Passport America. The staff was friendly and helpful. The park is very busy with most sites occupied. Because of this, the facilities get heavy use. Twice the restroom was flooded when I used it. One time there was only one stall that had toilet paper and that one was plugged up. Again because of such heavy use. When not so crowded this is a very nice park. Sites have a nice cement patio. Park is clean & neat. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $500.00
Great park and facilities. However, the WI-Fi is terrible and perhaps the worst we have ever encountered. They recently added excessive gravel to the site we were assigned. It was large gravel that made it very difficult to park into and level. The pools and scheduled events are extremely clean and well managed. Would stay again, but would hope that they would make the improvements necessary to the gravel pads and WI-Fi. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

We do 4 months here over Winter. Love the people, food, activities and amenities etc.
Worst WiFi we have ever encountered and has been for a couple years. Bring your own hot spot or give up on being on line. After all the complaints we have made and heard its amazing there's been nothing but bogus reasons and no improvement. Would rather pay for reliable service.
Large fresh rocks in many spots make it hard to be level and be sturdy. You think you are going in level and one side does a 4 inch trench. Pull out and try again and finally get level. 3 days later one side sinks into the rocks and there you go again.
We will keep coming here for the other things but would really like to see small rocks for solid sites and reliable WiFi. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The $21 (including tax) rate cited is their Passport America rate, although they aren't listed on the PA web site. A very nice Arizona (i.e., few big trees) RV park. Interior roads are wide and paved, easily negotiated by any size rig. Craft room, fitness center, card room, clubhouse, two pools, pickleball courts, and a large fenced off-leash dog area. The dog area, though, serves as drainage for the park and after a day of rain it was like a pond with sloped grassy banks. Still usable, but if your dog likes to swim... The water was still there when we left a week later. Free waffles, orange juice, and coffee every morning from 8-9. Sites are deep, clean gravel. They have 15 rather narrow pull-through sites that are long enough to stay hooked up, but since the electric and water hookups on those sites (as well as all others in the park) are at the very rear of the sites motorhomes need to unhook to park far enough back to reach the hookups. The back-in sites are 50' long and 30' wide and have a cement patio. Strong 50 amp power, good water pressure. Strong Wi-Fi, sometimes fast, sometimes not. We had some road noise from Pinal Ave. (AZ-387), but we were parked very close to that side of the park. At $21 (including electricity) for full 50-amp hookups, this park is a great find. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Fry's supermarket and (cheap) gas is a little over a mile from the park.

I stayed for almost a week. I was at a pull-thru site and these are very close together. The back-ins are larger. The sites are all gravel with a concrete pad. Most of the sites have larger rocks than gravel and have large ruts in them since there is way more rock than needed, it makes it a bit hard to pull thru, level and get solid ground to put down your jacks. No picnic table, no other amenities other than hookups. Very few trees in the park, mostly bushes. This is a destination park for lots of northern people who stay the season. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Good Mexican food at Mi Amigo Ricardo.
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $11.00
Rate is based on a monthly stay. Beautiful park and amenities. Enjoying being here and there is a lot of activities available. Everything is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $19.00
Nice park for the price. Like some folks have said, the site is loose gravel making it hard to walk on. Our site was not too level. Had to shim wheels. The great side to this park is the price (off season). The pool and hot tub were clean and hot. Very nice and open 24 hrs. The restrooms were spotless, modern and large. Handicap shower too. The library/book exchange is large and awesome. WiFi was solid and fast at N/C. No cable but the over the air antenna stations were good. Verizon MiFi worked fine here at 4G. We would stay here again for overnight, but not spend a winter. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $19.00
Seemed like a nice park and probably is in the winter. Not our kind of park, as sites are on gravel lots. No shade trees. Redeeming factor was the price and two pools and one hot tub, which were all very nice. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo
Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $15.00
We just stayed for the night as we were passing through. Zero complaints and would stay here again. Wi-Fi worked great. Paved roads in park were easy to maneuver and we are 67 ft long. Did not use the pool or any other facilities. Staff was very nice and friendly. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $15.00
Great park. Everything's first class. 2 pools (unattended children there though), large laundry room, level and large sites and large concrete patios. Not much grass for dogs and hot pavement and rocks to get to the little bit of grass (slanted landscape for dog walk). Park empty when we were here can't imagine during peak season when it's full! Rate is Passport. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Nice park. Very level sites and close to everything. Would stay here again. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $550.00
We stayed at this park from January thru April of 2014 and found this park to be nothing short of wonderful! The staff from the office to activity and work campers were the best. Sorely missed the food once the season ended. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Can't wait to return next year! We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $20.00
Wonderful! Only negative I have to say is no cable hookups. Two Tv rooms though if you really need to watch something. Most people have their own dishes on their RV's anyway. We enjoyed our 2 weeks stay very much and will certainly be back. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
