We were here for 3 nights, wish it had been less. This is basically a mobile home park with spots for a few RV's as an afterthought in a very tight corner of the park right next to a very busy road with lots of buses and a 24 hr. Circle K right behind us. We have stayed in nearly 100 RV parks and campgrounds and this was one of the worst we have ever tried to pull in or hook up to. Our electricity was shared on a 30amp circuit with a gigantic lighted 2-sided billboard over our head, so that if we used more than 2 appliances at the same time in our trailer, the circuit would break. Turn the breaker off and out goes the billboard! The sewer hookup was actually underneath the RV, so you hook up and back over your sewer. Road noise was inconceivable. The office's answer for everything was "that's the way it's always been". We had a hedge of bushes between us and the bus stop and music playing 24 hours a day at the Circle K. The pool/rec room was nice. We would NEVER return here. This park would be better served to eliminate the RV spots. We camped at Hacienda Solana in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Rate is monthly divided by 31. Asphalt roads and level gravel sites. 50 amp FHU utilities work well. We have stayed here three times now. The office and the outside staff were friendly and helpful. Across the street is a Fry's and multiple stores and restaurants. Check your map before arrival. Access is only available going south on Gilbert Road but exiting to the 202 is just a right turn out of the park. This is primarily a mobile home park with RV sites, but the residents were very friendly and the homes are well kept. Managers are long term and live on site. Dogs were welcomed. We camped at Hacienda Solana in a Motorhome.Undo

We stay here because it is reasonably close to our son in Gilbert. It is mostly long term residents. It is a 55+ community so kids aren't here. Actually not sure what the price is because we arrived after the office was closed and it isn't open on weekends. We were here last year for 5 days and were put in an area for short term. They were too close together so this time having a bigger RV I requested a larger site. Had site #30 which was right by rest rooms and laundry and was perfect. Large patio, plenty of room to park. Will stay again. We camped at Hacienda Solana in a Motorhome.Undo

This park was the closest to our son who lives in Gilbert which is why we chose it. This mostly a snowbird park with a lot of residents which was fine, except the area they put us was pretty crowded together. Since we weren't there much it really didn't matter to us. Very close to shops, restaurants, etc. Will stay again next time we visit our son. We camped at Hacienda Solana in a Motorhome.Undo

Easy check in with friendly staff. They gave us a nice wide site. The sewer hookup needed work but we managed. Primarily a mobile home park with spaces for RVs in separate area. Friendly residents. We camped at Hacienda Solana in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Very good facilities, utilities, roads and access, but plan your entry if you're in a big rig. You can only make a right turn into the park heading south on Gilbert. Don't trust your gps to bring you in the right way. They advertise WiFi but it was down the 12 days we were here. This is a typical 55+ park in this area but this one allowed pets, so here we are and I guess I'm just not crazy about these types of 55+ residential parks. They allow transient RV's and can easily accommodate them, but there are mostly very old mobile homes and some are very dilapidated. I have to say though, that most of the residents do a very nice job with landscaping, gardens and decorations. The area is very nice, however, and we always felt very safe. We would stay here again but would make sure and ask about what they're parking us next to. The trailer next to us looked like it should've been condemned. Easy park to locate off I-40, and near major roads and 202 loop in Chandler. Host couple is very friendly and helpful. Park is clean and has good paved roads. Pool and hot tub clean and well kept. Park has a library with a great deal of what to do in the area information. Park is primarily a MH park but RVers are made to feel welcome. We stayed 8 days and would stay here again. We camped at Hacienda Solana in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
