This park is located off 89 just Northeast of Flagstaff very close to I-40. The park is small and has a wall around it helping make it quiet which it was. The park has been there 27 years and is in the process of being passed to the next generation. The only inconivience is the office does not open until 10:00 AM or after- Sites are spaced ok and pretty much terraced but easy in and out with our 41' 5th wheel. All clean gravel - good water pressure and WiFi was OK. There was a nice fenced in dog run with grass which the puppies loved. There are several common patio areas with grills, etc. if a group might want to have a party. Very quiet and well managed park. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful park. It's family owned and they take a lot of pride in keeping it nice. The sites are level gravel and the access roads are wide. The power and water pressure were excellent. We would have given this park a 10 except for two things. Most of the sites have a pine tree partially shading them and we got tiny pine droplets on our patio furniture and RV. The WIFI was fast at times but got very sluggish mid day when I guess a lot of people were on. This park has a lovely socializing area with a gas fireplace and they have potluck dinners on Sundays. We will return but will have to reserve well in advance. The park was full every night the week we were there. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Be sure to visit the Pioneer Museum for a look at Flagstaff History. Also get tickets to Theatricos, a community theatre downtown. Farmers' Market Sundays 8:00-noon at City Hall. Great bagels at Biff's Bagels.

Rate is a mixture of weekly rate and daily. Nice park close to Flagstaff. Neat as a pin!! We were parked up front so there was a little road noise but nothing extreme. Easy to maneuver our rig through the park. We asked for a satellite friendly spot and were assigned #2 and satellite hooked up no problem. Verizon signal was good. Hooked up to the WiFi our first night via our Nano station and then it never worked again. Could hook up directly no problem....weird. Good park. Lot's to do in Flagstaff! We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

Great park. Very clean. Wish we could stay longer. Very nice gathering areas to sit and have a glass of wine, enjoy the fountain. New dog park with nice grass. No smoking...we are good with that. 55+ only. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

Love this park! Small, quiet, clean. The owners take care of their park with pride. Easy in and out with a 43 ft motorhome and toad. Love the thank you note for staying with them! We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

Lovely little gem tucked away in Flagstaff. Ages 55+. Shady and cool. Sites were close together but lots of common areas for anyone to use. Lots of rules, but kept a sense of humor about them. For instance "No standing or tap dancing on table." Very clean and quiet. No outside lights after 9 pm because Flagstaff is a Dark Sky City. Will stay here again. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

They had just got new cable service the day we arrived. Works ok but not the best quality. WiFi is nonexistent at times based on users. Laundry facility is great as well as staff. Spaces are simple but work very well. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

This is always a good place to stay in Flagstaff. It looks great, has lots of big trees for shade, and is always clean and neat. It's quiet at night despite being on a busy road. The owners are good people, too. I do agree with another reviewer that it is getting rather pricey, though they filled the park at that price when we were there. No cable, and you probably won't get satellite with all the trees, but there are plenty of off-air channels available. Verizon cell and internet worked. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

This RV Park was fine, but we felt a little pricey for overnight and maybe that was our problem. We were only looking for overnight and didn't want to unhook our tow vehicle. However the sites were not long enough for us to stay hooked so had to park in back of our trailer at an angle to fit. Otherwise the place looked very well kept and bathrooms/showers were very nice. The staff when we checked in were not overly friendly. I thought it was over priced but not sure where else you will stay in Flagstaff. We were parked near the entrance so heard road noises all night, wifi not very good either. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Travel Trailer.

One of the cleanliest and well managed park that we have been to. wide pull-thru sites with very well placed utilities . Bathrooms and showers are some of the best we have ever used. Wi-Fi was excellent. No cable but plenty of over the air channels. Highly recommend this 55+ park. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

This is a wonderful park! Clean, well designed with wide inner roads, long pull throughs, great utility placement, great signage and lighting. Pride in ownership and operation is apparent. Lady at checkin was pleasant, helpful and delightful. One of the best parks we have ever stayed at. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

This is a decent small campground with a lot of seasonal campers. The sites are adequately sized and level. There are a few sitting areas with shade and water features, all of which have large "No Pets" signs. The dog run is small with alternating dirt and tufts of grass. Although they advertise that they have cable and wifi, they have no cable at all and essentially no wifi. The Verizon cell service is also terrible, although it is fine a few miles down the road. We will certainly not be returning. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

This is still the nicest park in Flagstaff but it's getting very pricey. They do not have cable and the wifi is spotty. They need to get a good cable service and improve their wifi. I don't know that we will return until then. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here two separate nights as a way point. Very Clean, nice park. Large sites for our 35 foot 5th wheel. Lots of little extras around the park including a paved pot luck area and a couple gathering places. Clean all over. The dog walk was small but had grass and was clean. Lots of shade trees. Have I said that it was clean? Owners were very nice and have owned this for 35 years!! We will stay here again. (A little pricey but worth it!)
