I didn't realize upon arrival, the owner would begin a rather unpleasant and inappropriate discourse about politics. She has political souviners for sale in her reception area. I was totally taken off guard. all I wanted was a campsite for a couple nights. She was obviously angry. I briefly engaged her trying to be cordial in light discussion (sorry about that). This is a lovely park but there are "don't" signs everywhere. It's high priced. I wouldn't stay here again when given other options. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Travel Trailer.

Paths and sites are gravel. Sites are fairly narrow and close together. The park is on a hill so leveling can be a bit of a challenge. The place is very clean, Non-smoking anywhere (which is great), small but convenient dog area. Several big-rig friendly pull throughs; only downside is levelling. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice and quiet senior/adult RV park. It is family run and there is great pride of ownership. The sites and facilities are spotless. The only negative is that it is TOO popular. We stayed here twice in June on our way east and west and both times tried to extend our stay, but no luck. It is sold out almost every night (with good reason) so you should have reservations it seems, so plan ahead. There is some road noise, so try to get a spot in the back if you want more quiet. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Motorhome.

Just a couple of miles north of the center of town where there are lots of things going on. Check out the Lowell Observatory, the Museum of Northern Arizona and the Riordan Mansion State Park. Downtown is fun for walking around. If you like sushi try Karma restaurant.

Neat clean park with ample trees. Several site suitable for big rigs.

Near shopping, attractions and the city of Flagstaff. Wi-Fi not the best. A nice dog park, but somewhat neglected. Management waited until park opened to resurface drive area. For several days the dust made breathing difficult, dust covered outside and inside of motorhomes. Not a happy camper. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Motorhome.

This park has more rules than the IRS. Which is a good thing. The owners are very proud of this park and want to keep it clean and neat and free from riff-raff and junk RV's. Price is steep for the few amenities offered but park is quiet and very well cared for. This is a non-smoking park and smoking is not even allowed inside your own rig! They do allow smoking in one designated area only. You won't see any cig butts around this park. Very close to fuel and eats and is easy in and easy out. Lots of room to maneuver inside the park also. Spaces are wide and level and plenty long. Will stay here again when in the area. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed one night on our way to Utah. The park is exceptionally clean and quiet. Motorcycles and off-road vehicles are not allowed, which adds to the quiet. This is the nicest park in the area and we will stay here again. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Fifth Wheel.

I wish we could have stayed longer than one night - did laundry while we were on the stop-over. Excellent facilities and nice well stocked "store" for the stuff I forgot.

There was a very nice off-leash dog area and many nice common areas in the park. The park is very well-maintained, clean and inviting. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Travel Trailer.

Mature park but kept up very well. Owners have managed the place for 34 years. The morning after very strong winds owner and assistant cleaning up leaves, twigs and branches. Hook-ups were neat and functional. Cable was available and Wi-Fi was very good. There's no food to purchase so if you wanted to replenish your groceries you had to go into town. A few RV supplies available. No permanent residence as park is only open from May 1st through Oct 15th. Restaurants, fuel and attractions relatively close. Overall a very enjoyable experience and would stay here again in the future.

We camped here for 3 nights when it very windy. Had small twigs and branches land on top of the RV during the night and some with a pretty good bang. Bring your own ladder; would have been handy to inspect the roof for damage. Ask the owners before using ladder as it is one of their restrictions (?). We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Travel Trailer.

Sites are long, narrow gravel sites. Our site was not level and required extra blocks. There was a small tree that blocked our ability to open our awning. There was a small patio and picnic table if you didn't mind staring into your neighbor's rig. There was quite a bit of road noise from 89 during the day, which did taper off some at night. The dog park was handy. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Fifth Wheel.

Senior only park. Very clean and quiet. Office staff nice and helpful. Spaces were a bit narrow but lots of trees and landscaping for a nice setting. One of the quirks are the number of rules. There a lot of them such as "No cigar smoking anywhere", "No using a ladder to climb on top of your RV", "No antennas more than 5' taller than the RV", "No Pit Bulls, Rottweiler or Dobermans", also "No leashes over 6" long". My wife and I got a good laugh over them but since they didn't effect our stay, no problem. When in Flagstaff I would stay there again with no hesitation. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Motorhome.

A little pricey but a very well-maintained park. We are 24 feet long plus a toad so we had a back-in space. Roads are a little tight for bigger rigs but pull-thrus are available for longer rigs. Utilities and sewer were good as well as cable. We use Verizon WiFi which had a decent signal. Cannot comment on park WiFi as we did not use it. Yes, this is a 55+ park but that suits us just fine. Plenty of other choices if you have youngsters with you. Lots of trees so satellite reception is not good. A nice quiet park if you are in town for a few days of sightseeing. We would stay here again. We camped at J & H RV Park (Senior Oriented) in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park that's very well managed and maintained. Loved the proximity to Flagstaff, but paid a premium for it here. Level sites. Pleasant office with big trade-it book cases full of books, puzzles, & other nice offerings. Very nice bathrooms & laundry facility. Water features in the park were lovely to listen to. Great trees throughout the park and sites that were gorgeous this time of year. Lots of rules, but they didn't negatively impact our stay so we were good with them. We would stay again. This is a squared-away place to camp. Sensible rules, scrupulously clean, and a pleasant environment. Price is a little steep, but value is decent in terms of overall environment. Our site was dead-level. Nice trees in the park. Note that the entrance has a somewhat short deceleration area to get off the highway, especially if other rigs are waiting in line at the office, so mind your speed on approach.
