Very Big Rig friendly. Easy check-in. Quiet at night. I don't mind airplane noise so the couple of takeoffs in the middle of the night didn't bother me. No road noise or trains at all. Great overnight stop. - cypressdrive

This is an older campground but you would never know it. The owners have done a good job in maintaining and upgrading this campground. The interior roads are on asphalt and the sites are on pea gravel. There are a number of potholes but nothing major. The back-in sites are around the perimeter of the campground and the rest were pull-thrus. There is a mixture of water/electric and FHU sites. The pedestals are on the driver's side. The voltage was good - hovering around 120 volts. All sites have a picnic table. The Wi-Fi was not usable. Verizon air card and cell phone reception was good. A dump station is available. Most of the sites are side-to-side making them very tight. The most spacious sites are in the back. Most of the sites can handle a large rig without unhitching. The office complex consists of a gift shop, bathrooms with (3) showers per gender, and a laundry room with (4) washers @ $1.50 and (4) dryers @ $0.75. Both washers and dryers run for 30 minutes. There is also an outdoor restaurant that serves dinners and desserts. In the back of the campground there is another bathroom with (3) showers per gender and another laundry room with (3) washers and (3) dryers. All of the bathrooms were spotless. The pool is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Propane was available. There is a small airport very close to the campground. The noise from the planes taking off or landing was very loud. A number of planes took off early in the morning. You can hear the freeway noise and the trains at night. We would come back to this campground if we were in the area. We travel with a 32 5th wheel. - adsaxs

RV park was easy in and easy out. Nice gift shop. The folks in the registration office/store were extremely friendly and professional. BBQ dinner and ice cream social on site for very reasonable price. Huge, huge, huge kudos for offering free stays to active duty military members. - DandA83
