This is a nice park with paved roads and paved pads for the RVs. Wifi was good, water clean and dependable, 50 amp power was excellent. Coffee and doughnuts are served daily in the morning. There was room on the pad for the 40' motorhome and car parked sideways. Only negative was the gravel area beside the paved pad, where you would normally sit. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Been coming here for seven years and have always loved the RV Park. We are considered transient, 1 to 2 weeks at a time. Park has changed significantly over the years where the desirability of staying here is less and less. Specifically, more long term RVers who take up most of the quality spots, more people living out of an RV and working, and generally the minimal facilities (bathrooms, showers, clubhouse, and pool) to support a large number of occupants in the park. In addition the very heated pool use to be a main attraction for us. Sadly, the pool is so cold you have to get out to get warm, not get in to refresh and enjoy. It is apparent that the bread and butter for the RV Park is long term residents which is understandable. For transients like ourselves where the amenities are lacking, the pool is small and cold, little space between RVs that only provide minimal if at all views of desert landscape, it's just not the same. Kudos though to the office staff. They are friendly and great to work with but they obviously are not the decision makers for park amenities. That belongs to Tribal leaders. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park close to casino and Fountain Hills. Nice pool and recreation room. Served coffee, juice and pastries each morning. WiFi doesn't work too well and kicked us off several times. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed in class a motorhome on 2 different sites due to availability. We stayed there because we wanted to be close to activities that were in the area. The resort is mostly for long term renters because we only saw a few rvs leave during our entire stay. Long term renters have a lot of items out on their sites. The facilities were adequate but the showers were only a shower with restroom facilities located elsewhere. Sites were tight and no tables or privacy. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Enjoyed this park very much. We actually extended our stay because it fits most of our criteria for a restful and safe RV park: extremely clean facilities; good security; quiet (very few kids around) and mostly adult/snowbird oriented; level spot; spots nicely spaced.

Even though there is no privacy between spots, because of the wide spacing and adult atmosphere, it was fine because people were friendly but quiet and enjoying the beautiful views. The pool area is nice, although the pool itself is too cold for me. Spa was great. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Nice east side Scottsdale location close to shopping and restaurants in the Fountain Hills area. Also easy to get into Scottsdale itself for galleries & museums.

We were shocked at the amount of traffic in central Phoenix itself, so give yourself plenty of time if you need to go to the city. The surface streets were just as clogged as the freeways in Phoenix, but once we hit the Beeline Highway, things opened up from there to the RV park.

Overall Rating:

This been one of the best parks we have stayed in. All sites are back-in. The only negatives comments we would make would be the same as a few of the other reviewers. Showers are just that, showers only, no mirrors, sink, etc. Poor design. There is very little shade throughout the park, some but not much. Do your research, use Google Earth and the parks nice map to reserve a spot. If its available they will work with you. WiFi was very good for us, we stayed in site 120. I think they provide the best service they can. They do offer "wired" internet and some sites, ask before reserving. You may need to bring your own router. There are a lot of rules for this park and Security is very high. The resort is on Indian land so the rules are strict. The Verde River is not visible from any of the sites. Doesn't really matter though since there is a rule for that and it is you cannot touch it. Look but don't touch. Driving beyond the Resort to the south is not a good idea either. No trespassing signs abound and from what we hear they are very strict about this. Be respectful. Pool area is very nice but shallow, max 4 feet. It is a short pool too, laps would be difficult. Garbage is picked up at your site every day of the week, this was very nice. There are no tables at the sites and no campfires are allowed. The office/lodge was nicely kept and they offer a nice library of books and DVDs to use. The pastries were yummy. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice all paved level sites. I mark it down for 2 points I didn't care for. 1) shower is just that, only the shower. You have to go around to restroom to shave, dry hair, etc. I thought this was poorly designed. 2) I don't care for their electric charge of $4 per day on monthly renters. I don't have a $120 bill in August in Oklahoma. Way too high a rate in my opinion. That being said, yes I would stay here again. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Good for a Class A. Sites close, no privacy, no screening. Level sites, paved for rig, chunky gravel patio area. Paved roads. Garbage pick up daily, donuts & coffee in office every morning, yummy! Shaded, clean area for Swimming & Hot tub. Pool is shallow but ok for short lengths if the pool is not filled with kids. Plenty of lounge chairs in good condition. There is not an Adults Only time set. There is little to no shade available for the rig sites, many people brought shade structures. Good dog walking area with 'poop & scoop' bags/bins provided. Small pen area as well for dog socializing. Only one men's restroom with one stall was frustrating. Ladies had 2/3? No activities at the park, not a lot of socializing, people were friendly but quiet. Staff pleasant & helpful! They have a great area for pulling out and hooking up the rig, flat, out of the way and there is a gas station easy in and out at the junction. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Our RV specific gps directed us to turn the wrong way off the 87 Hwy. Look for the Eagles View sign on the hill, do not turn into the Casino. Easy access to Fountain Hills( lovely upscale town with art and craft events most weekends.) Easy to get to Old Scottsdale and other attractions. Don't miss the Desert Botanical Gardens.

I agree with many of the previous posts, very clean, level site, great mountain view, sites are spacious in my opinion. The office staff is very kind and helpful. I can't comment on the pool and spa but I'm hoping to try them out. The casino is very close and the town of Fountain Hills has everything we have needed so far. Very good Wi-Fi and cable TV. The bathrooms and showers are kept very clean. We have made reservations to winter in 2018. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a well run clean park with great views. The office staff was helpful and friendly. One of the nicer parks we have stayed in. It is a little further out then we wanted to be from Phoenix, but the park views made up for it. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice place, very quiet, good dog park. The only negative is the Wifi. Another park that does not put enough into having a good wifi. People need it these days. I could rarely get on and when we left, we were told that the best wifi in there in the office, year, that is where I want to go every time I need to get on. I have stayed here twice, both long stays of multiple months. I am a full-timer and a full time student. This park is the nicest on this side of the valley (phoenix metro). It is a nice clean park, allows pets, nice ammeneties has showers both handicap accessible and non accessible, laundry room with up to date machines, pool, basketball and tennis courts, work-out room, daily doughnuts and coffee in the morning. Very private. People are friendly enough not a lot of live ins mostly people who stay for a few weeks and some overnighters. This park provides 24 hour security and has a storage lot next door if you need to store your rv while not in use. I would recommend it, as it is out of the city with lots of area to hike/bike/walk the dog etc. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The nearby town of Fountain Hills is beautifull. Within 20 mins of Mesa and Scottsdale and or the metro freeway system. The park is located just off the highway with easy access to Payson. The Fort McDowell Casino is just across the highway and offers entertainment for the adults.

The word "Resort" should be changed to "Parking Lot". We attended a Heartland Local Chapter Rally here. All sites are asphalt back ins with gravel between the parking spots. There are no picnic tables anywhere - not even in the Bar B Que area. No trees. No store in the office although the showers and laundry is very clean. A Chevron station near the park entrance that has your quick needs at premium prices.
It is very clean mainly because the RV Resort is fairly new. The location is a short distance from Fountain Hills with the only thing close by being a Casino.
We visited a few tourist sights in the area and also noted several other RV Parks that were pretty rough looking.
All in all it was an OK stay. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
