4 Parks near Huachuca City, Arizona
Mar 2013 - $18.00
Price shown is a weekly rate for the site only. Electric usage is metered and is 14 cents per kwh. This is one of the cleanest parks we have visited. Pride of ownership clearly shows. Sites are gravel and streets are paved. There are back-in, drive-in, and pull-through sites available. Our pull-through was level and all utilities worked well - we were advised by a resident to use a water filter due to minerals, and we did so. Cable TV also worked well. There are several long-term residents in the park. Everyone was friendly and all sites were neatly kept. The only drawback we found, and it is not the fault of the owner, was very loud music on Saturday night from a lounge down the street, but it was over by 10 pm. We really enjoyed our stay here, and will choose this park again when in this area. - 4windstrvlr
Jan 2011 - $24.00
K and N RV Park is one of the best parks in the area, depending on what you are looking for. It is extremely well maintained. The drives are all paved, the sites are comfortable and covered with stone. The office, restrooms, laundry room, showers are immaculate and the park is very well maintained. WI-FI is efficient. It is a very pet friendly park. We enjoyed our stay there very much. - jmj

Feb 2014 - $9.00
This is a park dedicated to those that are staying here permanently. Most of those are in very, very poor condition. Overall, the park is dusty and dirty. The "dog walk" is a dust hole and would be a mud hole if it should rain. The web page and the park pamphlet call it an adult park but there are families here with small children. We will not return to this park. - Greg & Lois
Feb 2014 - $10.00
I gave this RV park such a high rating because of the excellent, free, park wide internet and the low rates. We stayed for two months, and paid $300 per month, plus electric. The park has dry, sparse desert landscaping, common for all parks in the area. On windy days, dust would blow in from the surrounding scrub desert. Sites were gravel, very long but quite narrow. There were few social activities, but we did enjoy the monthly pot lucks, which were held in the cute little club house. The club house did have satellite TV, since the park had no cable, and one NBC channel only on antenna. The laundry rooms were very well maintained, and we never had to wait to do laundry. The park is small, with several long term residents, and many seasonal snow birds. Everyone was extremely pleasant and the managers were wonderful. Small, very quiet, with lots of warm Arizona sunshine is what we wanted, and what we got! There was excellent shopping about 8 miles away in Sierra Vista. - Nartofree

Nice park. Remote, dark, quiet. Good power, water, sewer. The spaces are a little cramped. Staff is good. - sfrantz
Dec 2014 - $10.00
Great park with outstanding staff. We stop here to dump and do laundry. The manager and the work camper are very helpful and friendly. For less than 3 nights, electricity is $3 extra per night. Otherwise, they read a meter on the site. - LM&TinView
Oct 2014 - $13.00
Very friendly, gravel sites & driveway, clean. Laundry with four machines - clean and in good working order. We stayed here 12 nights and enjoyed this quiet campground. Location is about 4 miles from Huachuca City and another 9 miles to Sierra Vista which has all amenities, including the major restaurant chains, shopping, etc. that you will find in Tucson 60 miles away. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. - Destinations
Apr 2015 - $35.00
The staff is friendly and helpful. The site is large and level with a picnic table and patio. - SteveFerrill
Apr 2015 - $37.00
The sites are long and wide and there is plenty of room for any sized RV. You won't be right on top of your neighbor. The 50 amp power was well regulated and no problems were noted on my electrical management system. The water pressure was 55 PSI.
Check in was kind of slow, but the staff was nice. The park was clean for the most part, but there was quite a bit of dog manure at the entrance to the hiking trails. Also, the trash can in our row was stuffed full when we got there, and it was still full when we left two days later.
The park is in a remote desert area which makes for nice quiet evenings with beautiful dark skies for star gazing. It's about a 10 minute drive to Tombstone or Karchner Caverns if you want to do a little sight seeing. - Tucsonjim
Mar 2015 - $13.00
We stayed here seven nights. The staff was friendly at check-in, although very slow, and we really didn't see or interact with anyone after we checked in.
The sites are quite large, level, smoothly graveled (the rake them after each use) and pull-through. Since the park was not too busy, the staff did a good job of leaving sites vacant between each rig. The utilities worked as expected and the park cable was in good working order. The park was clean.
Dog bags and trash bins provided at the entrance to the walking trails.
We did not use the pool, but it looked well maintained.
We thought it was a bit expensive for what it offered, but our Passport America helped for three of the nights. The reason we would not stay here again is that we enjoy a more rustic setting and the state parks. - YogiNan
