This was a great park for a nice quiet night's sleep. We loved the view of the mountains and enjoyed a beautiful sunset and sunrise. The owners were super and there was plenty of room to maneuver around and park in our 32' RV and toad.

Propane is available and easily accessible. Store was well stocked too. We will stop again on our next trip out West. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Horseback riding. Pilot truck stop with Iron Skillet next door.

This park has nice long pull through sites. The people are very nice and accommodating. We like this park because it is out of town. There is fuel close and a restaurant at the truck stop. We use this park to explore the area as well as a stopover. The sites are all gravel with trees between some of them. We always stay here when in the area. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stop and would've stayed longer had we not been on a strict time schedule. Very clean, neat and friendly. Our site was flat-not level but still good- and the wifi was good. Would definitely stay again. The dog park was great and the view from our site was outstanding. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access to the interstate and 12 miles from Kingman, this park is a good overnight spot when transitioning the area. The level gravel sites are at the top of an uphill slope and it can be difficult unhooking a tow vehicle. Sites have partial shade and a table, and are well spaced. The park WiFi worked well in spite of the number of RVs present, and Verizon cell/4G were strong. Cable TV was adequate and there were no obstructions for a TV satellite. Friendly office staff. This is a popular place and was full by early afternoon, so reservations are a must. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Kingman has good shopping and dining, and historic route 66 runs through town. The area in front of the park has a gas station, Petro truck stop, and restaurant.

We have stayed here multiple times and it is always a very pleasant experience. Gravel level lots, all pull thru and you are assigned spots according to rig or rig combo size. The pet area is very big and fenced so your dog may be off leash. Water, electric, sewer well located. Good cable and Verizon signal good. We don't use park WiFi so cannot comment. This is a great overnight stay with fuel nearby. The park sells propane also. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

The park is all gravel nice spaces long enough for any rig. The people are very nice. It is a great spot for an over night or to visit the area. There are shade trees but they do not block reception. We like to stay here close to the freeway but little noise and fuel is close. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park with level gravel sites, good hookups & wifi & limited but fine cable with major over the air stations + FoxNews/amc/ESPN/ESPN2/a&e/TNT.
The Petro station others have mentioned also has an iron skillet restaurant which is an easy stroll and great if you're hungry and late as we were. Showers are individual rooms & nice. Easy on & off the freeway and good for an overnight or a few days in Kingman area. We would stay again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Iron Skillet Restaurant & Petro is handy for eats & fuel before hopping back on the highway.

Stayed one night. Large laundry room, good prices, but timers are messed up. Took 1 washer 52 minutes to finish, other 32. Good showers. They didn't charge us for our teenagers, but site says they do charge over 2 people. Net access is coded and you have to ask for a code for every device you want connected. Net was decent. Sites aren't perfectly level but easy enough to fix. Pea gravel, so use wide supports. They put us in a site that barely fit our rig, so truck had to cross over neighbors site. Bit noisy due to the truck stop and interstate, but easy to drown out with a fan. Cheap propane compared to two stations in Kingsman proper. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

NIce park, right off Interstate. Nice and roomy. Full hookups, level. Park is also part a horse park and motel but at our site you couldn't tell. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Kingman is 16 miles west of park. It has all the popular restaurants. Also plenty of shopping. We were just staying one night and didn't unhook.

Ok its all gravel. But for the price, you can't beat it. We were just passing through so only stayed one night. But if I needed to stay in the area longer, this would be the place. Don't worry about the small truck stop down the hill, didn't hear a thing, but it is convenient for a fill up. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

You do not have to have a horse to stay here. Easy off I-40. Lovely entrance. Office staff was very friendly and professional. They have a camp store that appeared to have a variety of items. Sites are spacious and gravel, but expected in AZ. There are a few trees. Did not use bath house or laundry. Very quiet. Cable is analog and only offers a few channels. WiFi was good. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Really nice place with a homey feel. Stayed here in a 45' Prevost with a tow trailer. They keep certain big rig spots available if you reserve ahead of time. Spaces 11, 12 and 13 best for long rigs but others will work too. Easy in and out off of I 40. They are planning a remodel to open 20 or more new spaces. Owner and his wife are very nice people. Great value for the money!! We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

We were in this park for 5 days and it was excellent. Sites though gravel were level and had a tree (note this is relatively new park so trees are still small). They had water issues the first two days. Off and on we were there but they let us know when it would be fixed.

Nice little store next to office. Close to Petro gas and highway but no sounds from either disturbed us. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Kingman has some excellent restaurants, Check out the old steam engine in the city park.

This is a sweet little park, easy on and off I40. Internal roads are paved, sites are gravel and level with extra long sites available. We parked with a 44ft MH with car attached. Campground very clean with nice dog exercise area. Although just off the highway, it was very quiet and peaceful. We did not use facilities or Wifi. Cell hotspot worked well and satellite reception good. Campground is small and fills up fast during peak snowbird travel season, we were lucky to have reservation as several campers were turned away. They do allow dry camping in the front of their parking area as long as there is room. Staff friendly and helpful. We will return to this CG if we are passing through this area next year. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

This is my third stay at this RV Park. The owners really know what they are doing and manage it well. It has nice level sites, good spacing, security, great utilities and friendly and welcoming owner/managers. Whether headed East or West on I-40 I would drive an extra hour to stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.
