We were in this park for 5 days and it was excellent. Sites though gravel were level and had a tree (note this is relatively new park so trees are still small). They had water issues the first two days. Off and on we were there but they let us know when it would be fixed.

Nice little store next to office. Close to Petro gas and highway but no sounds from either disturbed us. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Kingman has some excellent restaurants, Check out the old steam engine in the city park.

This is a sweet little park, easy on and off I40. Internal roads are paved, sites are gravel and level with extra long sites available. We parked with a 44ft MH with car attached. Campground very clean with nice dog exercise area. Although just off the highway, it was very quiet and peaceful. We did not use facilities or Wifi. Cell hotspot worked well and satellite reception good. Campground is small and fills up fast during peak snowbird travel season, we were lucky to have reservation as several campers were turned away. They do allow dry camping in the front of their parking area as long as there is room. Staff friendly and helpful. We will return to this CG if we are passing through this area next year. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Spaces are wide and long with no need to unhook. Plenty of space for our four slides. Easy access from I-40. The back-in sites across from our pull-through site were empty so we had a wonderful view from our front windshield. We extended our stay from two nights to five nights in order to visit a rum distillery 20 minutes away. Very friendly staff. It's out of town so it's quiet and low-key. There is a Petro fuel station close by. We look forward to staying here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Desert Diamond rum distillery within 20 miles. Hackberry General Store. Alpacas of the Southwest.

Great location outside of town. Very clean park staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Hookups easy. Sites were good size we have a 37' 5th wheel with 3 slide outs. Sunsets amazing. Good dog runs. Great trails. Some issue with noise from the Petro Truck stop in front is only negative and reason not to giving a 9. We think site 10 looked the best. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Kingman has some Route 66 sites to see. The lodge on top of the mountain has a great restaurant with possible elk sightings while eating.

This campground has easy sites to get into, with almost all of them being pull through. It appears to be a popular place for snowbirds stopping for a night as they head north or south. We enjoyed our three nights here, using it as a base camp to visit the Hoover Dam, etc. I wouldn't recommend it for kids...there is no playground. Sites are all gravel, which was fine. There is a dog run. WiFi was OK, but the username/password was good only for 1 person at a time. Verizon cell was only 2 bars for 3G. Just over the hill to the west was a strong 4G signal. A cell booster might have helped. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

This is a great stopover park along I-40. Long sites; no need to unhook. Good 50 amp service. Very clean. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit the Route 66 Museum, Mohave Museum, Grand Canyon Skywalk from here. There is a very interesting historical geocaching trail in the historical district.

The sites are good for length and width. All the services work fine. It is typical desert park all rock. It is out of town and is quiet and low key. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The pull-thru sites are long so no need to unhook toad and a good width with trees in between sites. Sites are gravel. Wi-Fi was free and worked well.

There is some highway noise and noise from semi-trailers at the Truck stop just down the road but not enough to keep one awake at night. We would stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Nice place to stop for the night. Far enough away from I-40 that there wasn't highway noise. Large site - not crammed in next to neighbors. Same as most have described. Would stay here again if traveling through. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we made day trips to Grand Canyon but nothing here other than the truck stop next door. Clean facilities with good hook-ups, large level sites, pet friendly, cable. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Very horse ranch look to the facilities. Clean, neat, with two large dog parks. Good wifi, good utility connections, level pea gravel pull-thru site with easy access. Location is attractive except for the low rumble from huge truck stop between park and I-40. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Kingman is ten miles down I-40. Lots of services but definitely not the ambience of Williams, AZ.

Just wanted to post kudos for Blake Ranch. When we arrived, tired and ready to settle in for the night, turned out the park was full. Rather than send us down the road they suggested we dry camp for free in their nice parking lot. Good folks. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Great place. Have stayed here twice before. Spacious, gravel spaces. Outstanding views. Cleanest showers I've seen anywhere. Very convenient to I-40. Within walking distance to a truck stop where the Iron Skillet restaurant is located. Good comfort food, and buffet. Will stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

The park was easy in and out, close to I-40. It's behind a truck stop/travel store. Noise wasn't too bad. Sites were gravel and level. Friendly staff with small store with basic food supplies. Easy walk to travel store if anything else needed. Owners are drone-friendly too! We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Nice place to stay in the Kingman area. All gravel, like most in Arizona, but there are trees. Lots of sites have partial shade. Sites are long, wide, and level. Easy in and out. Laundry was the best we have ever seen in a park, important to us full-timers. It's near I-40 but far enough back that noise was not bad. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.
