This is a wonderful campground! The staff is very helpful. Our site was perfectly level. The utilities all brand new. The store is small but has a decent selection. The bathrooms are resort quality. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Travel Trailer.

Our first stay here, I just cannot say enough good things about this place! Very wide sites, level, everything worked fine. Plenty of room for any size rig. Best kept and cleanest park we have been in. Everybody there was extremely friendly and nice. The workers would stop by and say hello if you were outside. Very cool. Two nice dog runs. The office store is sort of small, but has about everything you would need. Also very clean! You do get some traffic noise from I-40, but no biggy. It's halfway up a hill so you have some nice views. There is a truckstop at the bottom if you need fuel (or a restaurant). There are a few trees around for some shade. The roads are paved with level gravel sites. I would love to stay here again! We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park. Our site was number 10, near the office and laundry. Clean, neat, and well run. The staff and owners really care about the park and their guests. The dog parks are good, all dirt, so no stickers. yay! Cable was on the fritz in our site but our DirecTV works well here. We could not get any over the air channels. Nicely spaced sites, good WiFi, nice picnic tables. All gravel but well maintained and level. Laundry was large and the machines worked well. Beautiful views. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Stayed overnight in a 45 ft. motorhome. Really nice! Clean everything! Spacious, partially shaded site. Nice picnic table ... you actually enjoy being outside. Super clean restrooms/showers. Reasonably fast wifi. Decent cable. It doesn't get much better. This place is a benchmark for what an RV park should be ... it's not a "resort" but a great place to stay. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Easy access from I-40 but if you use a GPS it tells you to turn right just before you enter the park. DON'T, as I have no idea where the road takes you, just continue straight into the parking lot. The sites are basically gravel/dirt with some of them long enough to accommodate big rigs without unhooking. Good electric. Just an overnight stay for us but would use this park again if needed. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Thanks for the review. Yes the GPS does tell you to turn just before the park entrance...and we have no idea why. We are glad the enjoyed your stay, and hope you stop over again when you are in the area.

When we drive east on the I-40 from Yucca Valley we always stay at this park. The park is kept clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The park is easy to reach from the I-40 and very easy to drive around in. Spaces are wider than most. We like the convenience of a gas station with a restaurant just outside the park. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If you don't mind driving to Kingman there is every store you might need there. We like eating out and a favorite place for good Mexican food is the El Palacio in old Kingman. Our favorite steak house is the Dam Bar. They also serve good burgers and fries and bring great cheese biscuits with every meal. Every fast food franchise is there along with many other good places to eat.

Another little gem we've discovered along I-40. Well-kept with a western feeling - they even have horse lodging available (we're horse owners so we just love this). Good trees, well-stocked store, friendly staff. Gravel sites are pretty level and our wifi/cell signal was good. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

The people at the park were very friendly. There was a small market, decent wifi and we had full hookups. Very easy in and out off of I40. A little bit of road noise at night, but no big deal. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Travel Trailer.

Although eleven miles from Kingman, this park to us is the best option when staying in the area. Easy access from I-40, friendly customer service, and wide gravel pull thrus. Most sites have a shade tree, and all have a table. Some noise from the truck stop below the park but nothing significant. Good Verizon cell/data and excellent park WiFi. We didn't use the cable, but there are a few OTA channels and few obstructions to a satellite dish. The restrooms and laundry are on the lower level and require a bit of a walk depending on your site location. We'll stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Below the park are Shell and Petro stations, a restaurant, and a Dunkin Donuts. Kingman has good shopping and the Powerhouse Visitor Center and Museum is worth a visit if you're interested in the history of Route 66.

Very nice campground convenient to I-40. Some road noise at night from the interstate and the truck stop. Most of the sites are pull-thru. Wi-fi is not very good and I relied on my jetpack for consistent Internet. Cell phone signals are very good.
Laundry is clean and inexpensive, however it is open to the public. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here one night in our 5th wheel. This is a typical AZ park: gravel. The sites are wide and long enough. I had to block up one side of the unit a bit. Although I did not use them, the showers etc. looked good. The cable was spotty: sometimes clear and sometimes "snowy". WiFi is also typical: promised but essentially unusable. I suspect if you are up at 2:00 am you can connect. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a great park for a nice quiet night's sleep. We loved the view of the mountains and enjoyed a beautiful sunset and sunrise. The owners were super and there was plenty of room to maneuver around and park in our 32' RV and toad.

Propane is available and easily accessible. Store was well stocked too. We will stop again on our next trip out West. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

This park has nice long pull through sites. The people are very nice and accommodating. We like this park because it is out of town. There is fuel close and a restaurant at the truck stop. We use this park to explore the area as well as a stopover. The sites are all gravel with trees between some of them. We always stay here when in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stop and would've stayed longer had we not been on a strict time schedule. Very clean, neat and friendly. Our site was flat-not level but still good- and the wifi was good. Would definitely stay again. The dog park was great and the view from our site was outstanding.
