Surprisingly a very nice pull off of I40 spot. Lots were level, staff was courteous and the view of the mountains was great. Fairly quiet even though it is just off the highway. Picnic tables are pretty cute as they are not as big as a normal picnic table, but very sufficient! The grounds are very clean and well kept. Would definately stay here again and stay a bit longer to enjoy Kingman. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a good overnight stop for I-40 travelers, close but not uncomfortably close to exit 66 and a truck stop with accessible Shell gasoline pumps and a well-provisioned convenience store. The sites are roomy and clean, but everything is gravel and some leveling will likely be required. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Nice level site. Haven't checked everything out yet. Just want to let anyone headed this way that there is only one way into the park. Perpendicular to the freeway. Probably easy normally but now there is construction on the road and signs that say "no trucks." Looked for an alternative and ended up on miles of washboard dirt roads. Don't do it. Go down the "construction" road directly in to the park. I sure wish someone would have told us about this when we called!

Easy access, nice pull-thru. Just took an adventure to finally arrive. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

This is not a destination RV park but rather an excellent stopover. We stayed a week...utilities were good, great laundry, dog runs, horse stalls, big rig pull thrus, and free lemons, propane and nice staff. We would use park again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

Kingman, historic, has 3 museums worth touring. A theme diner and Floyd's for BBQ. Rte 66 can go east or west (Seligman, etc) was fun. Lots of modern shopping options in new Kingman.

We stay here when we are going through the area. The sites and roads are all gravel. Trees at some sites. Fuel is available at the interstate exit. It is easy in and out room for any size vehicle. The staff is good people are friendly. We will continue to stay here when in the area. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

Really liked this place! It is just off of I-40, 15 miles east of Kingman. Paved roads & gravel, spacious lots. Extremely well-kept park & staff was very friendly. Even though it's close to the interstate, it was quiet & out-of-the way nice! We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Great over night stop with long gravel pull thru. Coach parking was level but tow was on a slight hill. Good utilities, satellite reception and Verizon cell. WiFi was good. Petro truck stop at exit but far enough away noise was not a problem. Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The park is located about 1/2 mile north of I-40 which eliminates any problematic traffic noise. It is very easy to get in and out of as are the individual sites. The sites are basically dirt/gravel but level. The WIFI was good but the park was relatively empty so no real competition. Close to the park, but not really walking distance are restaurants. Also fuel stops close by. This is our second time staying here so we would stay again when passing thru. The park is pretty remote so not a lot of activities unless you drive into Kingman which is about 15 miles west. The sites are somewhat elevated allowing a very nice view. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

It's close to the freeway, but a quiet place to over night. It's also well out of Kingman 14 miles to the east and that is a plus. All the sites are a good distance from the office, bath, shower facility. The wifi signal is useless as well as the cable. It is a very clean safe place to overnight. Other than that the place has little to offer. Staff was nice. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Tent Trailer.

Park is easily accessible from interstate but far enough way that you do not get the noise. Sites are are gravel, very long and nicely spaced. Some trees throughout park but did not affect satellite use. Great overnight stop. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

I had a pull thru site which was level enough that I did not need to disconnect from my pickup. The dog park was well kept and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. There is a truck stop just below the RV park but there was no detectable noise in my site. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.

Pull through sites are level for your motor home but your towed vehicle may be on a slight slope depending on your site. Utilities well placed. Two large dog runs. Cable tv with 10 channels. Far enough from the highway to be quiet even with truck stop fuel station at the I40 exit. Located about 12 miles East of Kingman, AZ. Easy check in and friendly staff. Campground was well cared for and clean which is much appreciated. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This is also a horse motel which I'm sure is a welcome addition for those folks traveling with their horses. Didn't see anyone using this feature when I stopped there. Convenient gas station in front next to the interstate.

We've stayed here before, and have always been happy with our site and the service. Only thing that keeps it from being perfect is the freeway noise, but that isn't so bad, and it is a very convenient stop on the way to CA on I-40. If a camper had horses, they have a place for them, and places to ride nearby. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Fifth Wheel.
