The park is conveniently located next to the I-40. We stayed here one

night while traveling through. I recommend reservations as the park was

almost full. The staff was friendly and helpful. The park was clean and

the WiFi worked very well. The pull-thru sites however were not designed

by anyone familiar with RV's. They are unlevel and the hookups are

extremely inconvenient, they are at the tail end of the site. Not a

problem if you pull in without a dingy, but the length of our 39'

motorhome plus dingy prevented us from accessing the sewer hookup. I

don't carry 40' of sewer hose. I had to run extensions for my electrical

and fresh water. The park is adjacent to I-40, so there is highway

noise, especially from passing semi’s. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Motorhome.

Spent one night here, just passing through. There are many permanent residents here but basically kept pretty neat. Staff is friendly and helpful. Access is easy, getting back to the freeway requires a minor detour to avoid the c-curb dividers on Devine Blvd. Utilities are at the back of the site above the sewer dump valve. Good water pressure and solid electrical. If you need to dump before leaving it may require moving the RV to place the dump valve above the sewer opening. We have stayed here before and will return when through the area in the future. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Much constant fwy noise, right below fwy, convenient, just ok grounds, nice staff. I don't know how it gets 4 stars as it's noisy & just ok - between nice & creepy. Looks like lots of long term Rvers. Nothing special, was disappointed but maybe it's the best in the area & we stayed just overnight. Pull through handy for not unhooking though sewer located way at back where toad is at so we just used electricity. Staff very nice. No tv cable. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great customer service over phone and in-person. Check in was easy after a long drive and arriving after dark. What you should know: its maybe 20 feet from the interstate, so really loud. AC and a fan dampened it slightly, but I eventually had to take a sleeping pill--trucks were engine braking and it felt like I was underneath them. I was in spot 2 which is the row closest to the highway. Maybe other rows were quieter--ask for those instead. There are 4 showers/bathrooms, unisex. 2 are being remodeled. They look great and are secure. A nice overnite stop, but I wouldn't stay here long term for the noise. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

First night $18 Passport America rate. Second night discounted to $30. Very convenient to I-40. We stayed on site farthest from the interstate so highway noise was not an issue for us. Campground staff was super friendly and helpful. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed overnight here in a 40 foot 5th wheel. The rate of 18.00is the Passport America rate. Interior roads are concrete. Sites are graveled and level. Convenient to I-40 and local restaurants. Staff was friendly and park was clean. We would stay here again. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Just an update from our Sept 2015 visit:
Latest rate is $33 with Good Sam. We only stayed one night as we were passing through Kingman on our way to Las Vegas.
WiFi worked GREAT!
This park is home to many permanent residents and has only eight pull-thru sites. If you are interested in an overnight (or two) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reservations.
All in all a good experience. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We selected this park based on positive reviews AND the $18 daily charge noted by the previous reviewer. When we arrived, the owner, who had graciously reserved a pull-thru for us, stated that the going rate was $36, or $30 discounted. Not sure where the $18 came from, but $30 was it - period. That said, this is a nice spot for overnight or a day or two in the Kingman area. Sites can be a bit tight, but our 34' 5th wheel and pickup fit nicely. Shade trees abound between sites; SAT TV and WiFi worked well. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Pull-thru sites are in the last row, which provided sufficient isolation from I-40. We really didn't notice traffic noise, even with windows open. As noted previously, sewer hook ups are at far back of campsite -- bring an extension. We would camp here again. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

There are many historical visits to be had along old Route 66. For the adventurous, we recommend a trip to Oatman.

Very clean park. Grounds well maintained except for tree clearances. Park has numerous pine trees that can make backing into a space very tight. Tree limbs are not trimmed to allow for clearance, especially closer to tree trunk. If you stay here, be sure to check that you can get your rig into the spot beforehand. Otherwise, a nice place. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great small park for an overnight or possibly a few days in Kingman. Not a resort but very convenient on/off from I-40, Exit 52. Pleasant office staff and clean grounds. There were a number of permanents but their rigs were well kept and didn't detract from the park.

One negative is that the utilities are at the very back of the site so even a 20ft sewer hose was too short for our rig. Also, the trees don't provide a lot of shade. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is not flash but we had a great stay. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. The laundry and bathrooms were clean. It's close to road but not very loud. No pool etc but good for the money charged. I'd stay there again. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Motorhome.

Staff here is friendly and helpful. Pull through sites are mostly for short stay campers, the remainder are long term residents. Sites are gravel and fairly level. Interior roads are paved. Water and Sewer can be a long reach with hookups uphill and at the rear of each site. Some sites have paved patios with picnic tables and benches. HDTV brings in several decent channels and our WiFi had a 4G signal as did the phones. CG is between I-40 and railroad; however, the noise isn't all that bad, didn't keep us awake. We find this a nice place to relax for a day or two and would return. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Depending on your tastes there are plenty of places to eat/dine. Devine Blvd is Historic Route 66 and both directions from the campground you can find excellent places to eat. JB Restaurant offered a downhome menu and excellent food and service. Fuel prices cover a broad range. Smith's had diesel at $3.459 per gallon. Lots of local history in several museums within minutes of the campground.

Nice small Passport America park. All utilities at back of site, which made it a little difficult with car attached. Good for an overnight. Will stay again if traveling through the area. We camped at Sunrise RV Park in a Motorhome.
