The best part of it was it's right in the center of activity near London Bridge, and it was super amazingly quiet at night. It's an old park with a lot of very old long timer Parker's. Our site was adequate, utilities fine, just old and needs to be updated. I do want to say they are working on landscaping and cleaning up areas like that. For big rigs it's going to have to widen its Lots. Not exactly sure of nightly rate or our Lot number. It was not expensive. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We use this park to visit relatives. The city is close and all types of shopping and entertainment is available. Campbell Cove Deli is great for quick meals. Walmart is just down the street. Spent three nights before going to another local park.

This park has several site types and many winter or longer residents. The sites are very crowded made worse by the fact they appear to let people drive in or back in to back to back sites. This creates hook-up confusion as well as additional lack of privacy when you are face to face with your neighbor as your picnic tables are in a row. This may be good for groups but not so if you want a little privacy! The WIFI is an extra $2.50 per day but the lady @ the desk said they are getting an upgrade soon. We would look @ other parks in the area before returning here. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Site was nice since it over looked Lake Havasu. Sites are narrow but it worked for us. The staff very helpful. Park is located close to all the action at the bridge. Nice pool, sauna, laundry and restrooms. No activities, it is all downtown. We would stay again. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We had two different sites in the month we were there. Both served well. Sites are a little close but useable with space for the toad. Found the park very clean, laundry worked well and was clean. Too hot for the pool while we were in town. Owners and help were great while we had repairs done to the coach. They recommended a service company a block away who worked with us. Wifi is available, cable is free and some OTA is good. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

London Bridge is close as well as other items in Lake Havasu. Boat to Casino to CA was available. The deli adjacent to the park has great sandwiches but fuel was high. Others in town were reasonable. You'll find all sorts of food places from 5 star to fast food within a couple miles. Trip to Oatman AZ is worth the drive to walk among the donkeys at an old mining town.

We were traveling through Lake Havasu headed to I-40 and decided to stop for a few days and enjoy the area. We are Passport America members so we chose this park because of the discount program and rate of $21/nt plus tax. At check-in, we were very impressed with the courteous manner in which we were treated and also given a double site for no extra charge to accommodate our RV and trailer. The sites are close together but that did not matter to us as we were there to visit the area, not sit in the RV. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The London Bridge and adjoining sites are 2 miles away and there are lots of water activities to enjoy. We rented a kayak and cruised the river. There is a Mexican restaurant a short walk from the park that has good weekly specials.

Rate Reflects Pass Port America discount, which they were reluctant to give. Would not stay here again. The sites are VERY TIGHT and small. It was a good thing our neighbor on one side didn't have a slide on our side. Couldn't even put awning out. Site was partial pavement & Gravel Due to shortness of site we were told to put tires forward into gravel. There was a charge for Internet service for EACH UNIT used. Staff was friendly & helpful. We would not stay here again. There are other options in the area. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sites were so close that there was little to no room for awnings. There was no picnic table and no fire ring and no patio. The entire place was asphalt lot. Side to side hookups forcing your door to face your neighbors door. Wifi was extra. Laundry room was clean. Pool was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Do not pay extra for lake view. There are storage and industrial buildings between the campground and the lake. Sites were all level. There was bearly enough room for my toad. Parked perpindicular to the front of the motorhome and slightly sticking out into the road. I would stay there again. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We were not pleased with this park. The entire park is asphalt and concrete. The facilities were fine, but the staff and visitors were not friendly in the least. The dog run is very small and there is no where else to walk him. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park. Hard to enter due to double entrance issues. One entrance is false and the other is through the gas station. Take the gas station entrance. Dog park is for little dogs and nice, mine is a lab, so not good for us. View was nice. Regular residents on the far side of park and transient visitors on the south side. Overall had a great stay here. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Pool and hot tub were awesome and very clean. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This campground is close to the lake, on a hill, but there is no water access. We were camped around the outer edge so we had a nice site with a view of the lake. There are other buildings between you and the lake so it is not a direct view. The interior sites however look very sandwiched in. Small pool and spa. The small dog park is more of a dog cage. My dog just sat in there and looked at me. Clean park. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Don't pay extra for the "lake view", as it overlooks an industrial park with the lake in the distance. There is no dog run as advertised and the pet walk is about a 20'x 20 kennel. Not a dog friendly park at all. Nice landscaping. Very very tight spots. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Their website indicates deluxe water view, what we got was a tight pull thru with a sliver of water you can see if you stand in bedroom and look out. Neighbor's sewer hookup is less than 3 feet from our door. The website says they have wifi, what they dont say is you will pay 2.50 per day and can use one device at a time. Overpriced at $42, may be worth it for $21. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
