We have a 45' Monaco, Commander. We were given 30 amp only, no sewer hook up, and you're forced to park so that your coach's entry door faces the same entry side as the coach next to you. No privacy, no space. The picnic tables were dirty and both had broken seats. Your BBQ, Chaise, Chairs, Tables are just in a row next to those of the coach facing you. Because there is no individual coach sewer hookup we used our Thetford, portable waste container and towed it to their dump station. The cost is $7.50 per dump. The Thetford holds 27 gallons. Our coach's grey and black tanks hold a total of 150 gallon. We were told we had to pay $7.50 for Each Time. That's about 5 or 6 trips and that's at least $37.50 to dump. We were rudely, caustically, arrogantly told to just go get our coach and bring IT to the station and that we would be charged at least the $37.50 if we didn't. And besides, the incompetent manager said, "it stinks anyway." Which the Thetford does NOT. It's manufactured and sold precisely for this use and is totally self contained. We find this park fully disgusting, and the manager incompetent. I'm advising my local RV club members, neighboring clubs AND national RV organizations about what a pathetic park it is and the sarcastic, useless mangement it has. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A lot of permanent residents. They cater to off road desert ATV's. The park was very noisey day & night. Many weekend parties. Unable to take walks or sit outside due to dusty road & traffic. Staff not informative of close attractions. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We were assigned very tight space having to maneuver between parked cars, ATVs and trees to get into our space. It was very noisy with ATVs constantly going by until after 1:00 AM. The dog park is all the way in the back and very far to walk to. There is no nighttime security and people until all hours. This is definitely the place to go to if you are into ATVs. If you are looking for peace and quiet look elsewhere, as they cater to ATV group. We had no water one morning and after going into the office was told they didn't know it would be turned off so early. The office knew about it the day before but didn't inform anyone so fresh water tanks could be filled. They are very uncommunicative and don't really seem to care. Campsite was very tight and you have to share meager space with next door campers. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Heavily wooded park that seems to be primarily for people coming up for weekends from the desert with their ATVs. Woman in the office couldn't clearly explain the price, told me the Good Sam discount was $1.60 a night because "that's the way it is". Be careful parking because of the trees and very tight spaces and also the showers didn't have hot water (even in the afternoon). I won't be back. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a nice family park. Sites are close, but there are trees. Lots of nearby activities. Office personnel should become more familiar with the park and inner workings. Had to remind the counter person to give us a map so we could find our site, had to ask for a receipt, and remind her we were extending our stay. Sites can require some delicate navigation due to closeness and large trees. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park with easy on/off to I-17. We were assigned a spot but call office and ask if we could move so we could get satellite reception. Very friendly staff. Will stay there again this fall. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Arrived to be assigned a spot ( number 35) next to the store/office. Low branches made entering the site very difficult. There were many scrape marks on many of the branches. You are asked to sign a release when arriving. Sites are level and hookups fine but sites alternate entry points making your door facing the next camper. Just a little more than a picnic table width between campers. Not enough to enjoy any outdoor time. The dog park was nice but far away from most campers and on rainy days required a drive. Laundry was very nice, pool was available but not used while we were there. Too tight for my tastes so if it is for just overnight it is doable but for longer stays go to plan B. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a large RV resort between Flagstaff and Sedona. Decent size gravel sites are reasonably level. The park caters to seasonal campers but there are a good number of transient spaces. The rate shown is the Good Sam rate but since the only site available for us didn't have a sewer hookup, we paid $7.50 to use their dump site. Modern, clean restrooms and showers. Very good wi fi and decent analog cable. One issue that was a bit concerning was the fact that a camper was permitted to completely block the turnaround on the roadway we needed to use to get into our pull through site. It looked like they had furniture and patio stuff across the roadway. The attendant said she wished he wouldn't do that, but apparently no effort was made to remedy the situation. Fortunately I was able to go through a vacant site to get to my site, but I wonder what would have happened if that vacant site wasn't available. Other than that, this is a very nice campground. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice camp with huge, mature trees. Showers and bathrooms were great. Best we've seen on our trip. Hookups were easy, including Cable and Phone (didn't use either, though). Seemed to be filled with full-time trailers, though we rarely saw anyone walking around. Not sure if these are people who leave their trailers here permanently and just come in for weekends or what. The camp is somewhat isolated--about an hour to Sedona. We drove down one morning, but it was mid-90s in Sedona. Went back to the camp and lounged around in the mid-80s. Would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Excellent place to stop on the way to Monument Valley or Flagstaff. Excellent Wi-Fi. Only reason for the lower score was the sites, not as level as they could be and a little small between sites. Even with these short comings I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is very chaotic on weekends. Noisy ATVs and weekend partying at campsites going on too late in the evening. There are many older permanent units, which look trashy. We are here on month long stay. We would not stay here again. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park at a higher elevation than the surrounding areas, so the summer temperatures are cooler than the desert floor. The roads and sites are gravel. We had to borrow an adapter from the office to use 50 amp electric. The water was good. There are many full timers and park models. The pool was clean. I would have given it a higher rating except for the gravel road/sites which result in a lot of dust. We would stay here again. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Trailer Life rates this park as a 8.5/10*/10. That is way too high. This park is mostly permanent park models for long term or vacation residents. A few spots are for short term rentals. All sites are VERY close together. If they were any closer they would be called RV storage. Roads are very narrow. We could barely get our 38' motor home in our site. And we were right on top of our neighbor. We paid for three nights and left after two. We would not stay here again. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park is very big, majority population is big rigs. Many seem to be year round or long-stay residents. Restrooms and showers are clean and roomy, although water pressure could be better. Most of the sites are shaded, but very tightly packed. WiFi worked well as did CATV, which has 3 HBO channels. Because of roads, Munds Park is actually closer to Flagstaff (25 minutes) then Sedona (45 minutes), which was what we came to visit. Nights were comfortably cooler than they would have been in Sedona because altitude is 2500 ft higher. Munds Park has nothing to do or see, so while it's not an expensive park, consider travel time and gas to get anywhere. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Park is mostly park models owned by those in for about 6 months or those who come in for weekends plus. The overnight section is relatively small. We stayed for several weeks so we were placed more with the park models; although, the site was fine. Cable and WiFi worked fine. Lots of activities including a Friday night karaoke at the bar/rec room. Food also available at the bar. Pool, spa, exercise area are all well kept. People are friendly but doing their thing, not RVers. Road noise but it is tolerable. ATVs abound on weekends but quiet in evening. Workers helpful and pleasant. Easily accessible to Flagstaff and Sedona as well as several other sites. Would stay here again. We camped at Munds Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.
