The pull-thru site we had wasn't at all level... in fact, none of the motorhomes in pull-thrus near us were level. We each had to practically lift our rear wheels off the ground to even come close, and that's a bad thing since that's where your parking brakes are. The site itself was shady with well-trimmed trees on each side. The utilities worked well and there was a lot of space between sites on both sides. It's a decent park and a decent value. Would I come back? Maybe, but I think I'd ask for one of their more level back-in spaces instead of the hillside pull-thru we had. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

I liked this campground and really didn't have all the complaints everyone else seems to have. We had a back in site without any problems leveling, nor did we have problems with trees. We were situated on the side of the campground near the old A Frame, which is now an exercise room. This part was obviously an old KOA. The desk clerk was very friendly with me and we talked about a few things. I walked around thru the permanent sites and they all seemed fine, very much the boater/lake people with their toys. The big draw here is Lake Powell. There are lots of ways to enjoy it (the best being house boating) If only we could put our RV on a barge and drive onto the lake! Ha Ha. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Find some swimming holes on the East side of the dam and walk down to the Hanging Gardens or a swimming spot. Or use the day use area at Wahweap. Take a boat tour of the lake, rent a boat or kayak...At Lone Rock beach you can swim and kayak. Antelope Canyon is fantastic, get a tour when the sun is suppose to hit the opening for great pictures. Horseshoe Bend is a bit of a hike out but is a great view and very crowded.

This park is way overpriced. My husband and I have been full-time RVers for two years and never had such a problem trying to get our rig level as we did here. It took about an hour to get it level with out having the tires off the ground. We had to go to Walmart and get a step stool to use our entry stairs. He went to the office to see if they had another spot and they really didn't care about our issue and said they had nothing available. We were supposed to stay two weeks and only stayed one. It is a good location to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon- the main attractions in the area. We also were told they accept Fed-Ex or UPS packages but when you enter their address into USPS, Amazon or any other mail service they said it can't be found. My husband tried to talk to the office about this but they acted like they had never seen this problem and weren't very helpful once again. The free wifi is ok. Works sometimes but other times very spotty. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

Seems expensive for what you get, however its a pretty decent place next to a sandstone bluff that's pretty neat. The seasonal portion needs to be policed better IMOP. The rest of the park is decent, hook ups where good along with cable. Their reservation system needs to be improved. Only by phone and hard to get a hold of. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Travel Trailer.

A ton of things to do in the Lake Powell area! I would put the tour of the dam at the top of the list.

We stayed at this campground in our motorhome. This campground was my third choice after the other two had no availability. The park was a little untidy and needed some TLC. Also they need to seriously do some tree trimming thought the park. There was on road not even a trailer could pass without scratching the sides with tree branches. WI-FI very slow but good AT&T LTE service. I would stay here again if the other parks did not have availability. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

This park is ideally located for exploring the greater Page area. Its easy to get into and the interior roads are easy to navigate. The sites are level and very spacious. The tent sites are really cool...each has its own low wall perimeter, a shade tree and utilities. Each has its own parking space. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

I second some of the recent comments. Our back-in sites were not level enough to level easily with our Motorhome or our friend's 5th wheel especially front to back. Tree branches need to be trimmed - out too far to get close to utilities and put out slides without touching. GPS was off by a quarter of a mile and sign was not easy to see so had to loop around the city to get back. Had the same problem with not knowing where to park for registration since you can go left or right just after you enter. Gravel roads and sites. Decent amount of room between sites. Wifi not so great. Verizon reception good. Conveniently located for visit to Antelope Canyon and town. Easy in and out. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon tours. Make reservations as far in advance as you can. Upper fills fast and is level and sandy. Lower is maybe easier to get a reservation - has some steps and narrow spots but really great and probably see more colors and sun - about a mile or so walk altogether. You have to have a Navajo tour guide and they give you a lot of info. Horseshoe Bend is about 1.5 miles RT and worth the walk.

Overall a great experience. Large park with a lot of different options...tents, full hookups, no hookups, partial hookups, etc. Indoor swimming pool, nature path and kids play area. The WiFi was lacking, but we don't consider that to be a negative thing. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Lots of things to do in the area. Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon. If you've got a 4x4, the drive out to Alstrom Point shouldn't be missed. We made a quick excursion down to the Grand Canyon for the day.

Our Site was level and wide but difficult to back in to due to the rows being too narrow for larger rigs due little maneuverability and over hanging tree branches. Sewer connections were too low. WiFi intermittent, cable TV okay. Good water and water pressure. Clean bathrooms and showers, 2 nice party patios, Pool spa and game room. Although it was dog friendly there was No designated fenced dog area for dogs to run off lead. There were no restrictions for aggressive dog breeds. There were several aggressive larger breed dogs present while we were there which some owners had a hard time controlling. I would have rated it higher if it wasn't for the narrow roads for larger rigs, no designated fenced dog park, and aggressive dogs. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Wonderful stay here! The sites are level, long and wide. We had enough room to park our truck, fifth wheel and car. The park staff kept space between the sites until it got too busy. We got satellite TV from our Winegard dome on top of our rig. The laundry room has plenty of machines and is inexpensive. There is a large dumpster for all recyclable items. The tent sites looked very nice too. The park employees are very helpful and pleasant. The park was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Not the clearest entry to this park. First, the sign is grown over by a tree so you can't see it and our GPS is off by a quarter mile up the hill. Note the driveway is right at the intersection with Haul Road. Second, when you pull it there are two ways to go with no indication of where to pull in to register, most transient sites are to left so I would aim that way. Interior roads are mix paved and gravel and very tight. Sites are gravel and most transient sites are way off level front to back on a hill, side-to-side is reasonably level. Utilities worked fine. Wifi slow during the day when park is empty and useless when everyone is there. Verizon signal strong and fast. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
