Great park. Very clean with wide spaces for RV and toad. Plenty of surrounding area to hike or walk the pooch. Close to Walmart, movie theaters and restaurants. Full hook ups 30-50 amps. No pool, restrooms or showers but clean laundry room and library. Sites have individual patios. Need to call ahead for reservations. Good rates. Stayed in a 31' RV for two months. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good park if your thinking of seeing Prescott and surrounding areas. Ashpalt streets, gravel sites that were flat and level. Power at each site is 30 or 50 amp, good drinkable water with great pressure and sewer. Office staff was helpful and made check in a breeze. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a basic park but then again so is the price with the PA discount. The spaces are gravel, it is a gravel lot with the spaces determined by the hook-ups for sewer and electricity. Most of the residents are long-term so they have a lot of junk sitting outside. It is okay for a couple of nights. There was nobody in the office the day we checked. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

We used Passport America ($15.00 for 3 nights), Good Sam, and weekly rate. Pull thru sites fit 38' RV easily. Outdoor patio with pavers and good fencing. Quiet as it is away from town. Gravel sites with paved roads. Maintained nicely and staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend calling ahead for reservations (office hours restricted) as park was near full with many residents moving here and awaiting their new house. Park is closer to Prescott Valley than Prescott. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

Our back-in space was large, 50' deep x 45' wide, with full hookups. Park has paved roads with gravel parking spots. Location is midway between Prescott, AZ and Jerome, AZ. 54 cable TV channels are included. We did not try the free WiFi available in the activities center. Our Verizon MiFi work well. Although there are many monthly residents, we found the park and surrounding area to be quiet. Managers and staff are great! Great value for the price. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

No wifi, even in activity center. Many folks streaming movies. Promised a pull thru, had to take a back in, even when pull thru available. Almost all permanent residents, very few overnighters or even folks staying a week for the closeness to Sedona and Jerome. Fair cable, but no dog park or grass. Would not use this park again. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A large park and while we were there they had the No Vacancy sign out. There are both pull thru and back-ins. They are all paved roads and gravel sites with connections at the back so hose lengths can be long and slightly up incline. The back-ins are very large at 45 feet wide and 50 feet deep. As noted there are no restrooms or showers but they have put a couple of washers and dryers in the Rec room. Cell service is good and there is no free WiFi and the mgr advised not to use the pay for WiFi as it is unreliable. The park is not family friendly as no grass or play area. Most residents appear to be extended stay while they relocate to the area, rumor has it they may go all monthly in 2016. Our rate is PA. This is certainly the nicest park for big rigs we could find in the area. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

When we made our reservations we were given site 44, and that was the site on our paperwork given to us upon check-in, but there was someone in that site. We were given site 54, but we could never get the motorhome level, so we were now given yet another site, 57. We finally got settled. All sites are gravel, spacious, with a small brick privacy area (only thing is this area is far away from your front door). No Wi-Fi or restrooms. There is a nice view of the mountains. The park is far from the town, but right at the base of Mingus Mountain and 89A. It is quiet and very clean. I don't know if they still use the Fairgrounds, but if they did I think the campground would be noisy and smelly from the horses. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very quiet campground just outside of Prescott Valley. Currently there are no amenities such as bathrooms, showers or club house. They are in the process of adding these amenities but I don't know when that will happen.

The interior roads were on asphalt and the sites were on packed gravel. There was a combination of pull-thru and back-in sites available. The water, sewer and electric box was located on the side of the each site. There were in the process of adding "privacy fences" on each lot.

The electrical voltage was good, hovering around 122 but most people were not using their air conditioners at the time we were there. WiFi was available at a cost. Verizon air card and cell phone worked reasonable well here.

There were a number of permanent residents scattered throughout the park. In my opinion, the park manager needs to "tidy up" some of these sites.

The price reflexes the Passport America rate that is good for 3 days. We would come back here if we were in the area. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here in a 40' 4-slide motor home with tow vehicle. This is a self-contained park with no facilities other than the office (which is closed on the weekends). Nice quiet park (with some noise on race nights). Large, level, gravel sites. We were in site 19 which had a partial wind screen with paved brick patio. We looked out across a large field toward Prescott Valley. A ways from town. We would stay here again. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park, gravel sites but very clean. Hopefully they don't let a lot of long term permanent people come in here and change it from an RV park to what you might say a trailer park. The rate was Passport America and this included all taxes and excellent cable TV. Each site has its own picnic area with a wind barrier which is very nice the sites are fairly level and it looks like they're making a lot of improvements so the rates will eventually go up I'm sure. We stayed here three days and I would definitely stay here again; I have no complaints. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

Check in was very easy and friendly. Good interior roads. We had one of the new spaces with a brick patio. Rate is Passport America. No public restrooms or laundry. Nice clean park, good WiFi. Only minor thing is lack of dumpsters, only two for the park. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects Passport America rate. Though this is called Fairgrounds RV Park, and it is located right next to the fairgrounds but it is not affiliated with the fairgrounds. Very nice people in the office. Asked us to pick out a site and come back to office and register. Very quiet park, very tidy with great view of the mountains. Our site was spot on for level. Extra charge of $5 per day for 50 amp. There are some extended stay folks in the park but all sites were so tidy you really can't tell who is long term and who is short. We would stay here again. This is a nice quiet park, off the beaten path, with fairly large gravel sites, and nice paved roads. It is close to Prescott Valley and about 10 miles from Prescott. The managers were very nice and extremely helpful. The only thing that would make this park better would be if they had bathrooms and showers. You have to have a self-contained rig for this reason. They would also benefit from having laundry facilities. Other than that, we loved this park and area and would definitely stay here again. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
