Recently spent a night here in a 41' DP, pulling a car.
The deluxe pull thru (damn if I know what deluxe is, here) was $44+ and, though advertised as a Good Sam park, there are no discounts. Most probably, long term residents really like it here because of friendships established. We decided to stay here just to see if the reviews were justified. Did not expect the huge price tag. We have stayed at luxury parks for less and gotten much more. If you stay here, remember that if your DP exceeds 40' and you are pulling a toad, you might have to unhook to get out of the park. No, I am not a novice at this, having driven commercial HD wreckers and large motorhomes for many years.
I would not stay here again. Too many other options. We camped at Shady Lane RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pay showers, hot water at rear restroom not yet turned on for season. Pay extra for 50 amp & Wi-Fi. Cash or check only. Agree with other comments about management. We camped at Shady Lane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Terrible owners: the employees very afraid of them. This park is in poor condition. The sites too close together. Would not stay here again. We camped at Shady Lane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Would have given it a higher rating, if the lady owner didn't have an attitude. As we were leaving our 1 night stay, she stood in the shadows watching every move we made atop her golf cart. Didn't acknowledge a good morning from my wife and pitched a fit when she seen I was filling up our fresh water holding tank. Pleasant Canadian staff, but a typical "Q" resident owner. Most likely; her time to retire. We camped at Shady Lane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This was the worst park we ever stayed in. During the Quartzite show, management squeezed the sites down to half size and parked 2 RV's in one site. No room for awnings, slideouts, tow dolly's, etc. Sites were dirty and noisy. Management was less then pleasant. Pass this one up. We stayed here in a motorhome. Just an average park, all gravel, no grass, park is not well maintained, but not much is in Quartzite since it is a seasonal area in the winter time. Most of the parks we have seen in the area are about the same, some with less than this park. Giant flea market in the winter months. We camped at Shady Lane RV Park in a camper.Undo
