This park was well taken care of. Restrooms were clean. It was nice to have access to a full kitchen to cook in. The club house was quiet and a great place to relax. We plan to stay here again during the winter months. We camped at Safford RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This park was clean and neat. The accommodations met our needs. The place was quiet and not too far from town, which made my shopping needs easy. The pool and spa were very nice and the mountain view was just beautiful. I would recommend this park above all in the area. We camped at Safford RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

We stayed here for one week. Sites are big but sewer connection is at back of site so would have to buy extra hose to make it work. Lots of permanent people living in this park who used abs pipe to make sewer connections. Lots of old beat up units staying here full time. Washrooms were filthy, laundry was filthy, pool table was filthy as well as needing cushions replaced. The furniture around pool was in disrepair. Picnic tables were covered with last persons drinks. Pool and hot tub had lots of dirt accumulated in bottom. Inflated electric bill as we paid 38.00 for one week; just left campsite in Deming where we paid 13.00 for one week and used 10 more KWH. We will not be staying here again. We camped at Safford RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

From the outside this park looks good, but the hookups are a bit tricky. Sites are all back in, hookups laid out as if they were designed by someone who had never hooked up an RV. The $16 rate is plus electricity and here is where they really get you. Once your electric cost of 12.5 cents per kwh is figured they add another $23 for adjustments which include a $10 assessment for meter reading, which I read myself, Fuel costs, etc. These additional charges doubled our electric cost. We stayed 1 week and will not return. We camped at Safford RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Under new management. Owner basically just wants money without any service. Pads are cracked and in need of repair. Cable, water and sewer hook-ups are so far from pad extra lengths of hose and electric lines and sewer line are needed. No pet waste cans. Lots of weeds. Cock roaches in water closet for water hook-up. Pool not open. No shade trees. Only one dumpster for entire park. Day room has no tables, barely has the basics. No picnic tables or fire rings. No barbecue or community area except for day room. No supplies in bathrooms and bathrooms not real clean. I will never stay here again. We camped at Safford RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a don't go there campground. The previous reviewer was either a owner/manager or isn't based in reality. The campground is about 1 year old and is designed worse than any campground I have visited in 14 years of full-timing. The sewer connections are placed 20 to 30 feet behind the RV and requires at least 40 feet of sewer hose. If that isn't bad enough the electric connections in some sites require in excess of 30 feet of cord. I had to use 25 feet of cable to reach the Cable TV connection. The rules in the campground state the site appearance "must be orderly, free of clutter or unsightly objects". Most of the sites were inhabited with permanent dwellers in trashy trailers that had junk placed all over the site to include permanent full sized dog runs. To make matters even worse my wife and I were out in the evening walking around the RV Park and 5 Miniature Pinschers got loose and attacked us. Thankfully they were too small to do more than nip at us. I'm a dog lover, but had to resort to kicking them in-order to hold them at bay. I've never encountered anything to compare with this dog attack in any other RV Park. I have only rated 5 RV parks 3 or below in 77 RV reviews. This park is at the bottom of the list. The only redeeming feature is the owner/manager provides extra 30/50 amp cord and sewer hose to enable connection to the park facilities. I heard from a permanent resident that he designed the park hook-ups so feels obligated to provide assistance. Now if he would only enforce the park rules on appearance and pets. I would never stay here again. We camped at Safford RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
