This campground is a good layover as long as you realize that only the first row (5 sites) is reserved for transient RVers. The rest of the park are primarily for people living there for 6 months or greater. All of the residents that we encountered were friendly and helpful. It appears that each of these sites use to be "back to back". Now these sites are used for one RV. Each side of a site has an electrical box (20, 30, 50 amps) with water and a sewer. There was no need to unhitch my 5th wheel because the ground was very level. The electricity was good - hovering around 122 volts. You enter this campground through a narrow cattle guard then on to a short dirt road. The front interior road was paved and the sites are on gravel. There is a laundry room (washers cost $1.75 and dryers cost $1.50). There is also a large bathroom and shower in the back of the laundry room. Both rooms were extremely clean. Management is almost finished adding two additional bathrooms with shower located in the club house. The club house has a pool table, games, kitchen, book exchange and an entertainment area. WiFi is available but we did not have the correct password. Verizon air card and cell phone reception worked well. The price reflects the Passport America rate. Electricity is not included in this price. You would have to go to the office the day you leave to pay electric bill. Electricity in this area cost $0.20 per Kw. Depending upon the wind you could smell the cattle feed lots nearby. Overall it is a good campground for a night or two. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a desert park as other reviews have stated. We stayed just overnight in a 43' 5th wheel. Easy in and out, just watch the exit off the highway as the gate is not square with the road. No dust and very quiet, no dogs barking as a review said. The gal that checked us in was very nice and helpful. They sell ice for $1.50 in a 2 gallon zip lock bag. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We stayed at this campground in the past and liked it enough (along with all the great seasonal guests) that we stayed for the Winter season 20216/2017. This is a desert RV park with large gravel sites. (mostly 30' x 80'). The owner is a very nice Canadian who is willing to help anyone who needs it and asks. There are some permanent dwellers in the back, seasonal's in the middle to front and overnighters and weeklies in the front, some with pull through sites. There is a brand new clubhouse with two new bathrooms that have new showers. The Laundry building also has one family style bathroom with shower, but is older. The office at the front gate is new and has a small store for your emergency needs. This area is out in the desert, mostly quiet and far from luxuries. It is about 25 minutes to the town of Quartzsite (winter home to 300,000 plus RVers). There are various activities throughout the week including Bingo, card night, pool night, Karaoke, put lock suppers, and Sunday brunches. A group fire ring is lit at least twice a week at the picnic area. Water is supplied from a deep well and is reverse osmosis treated so the water is excellent with about 45-55 PSI pressure. Electricity is good and stable, but the high cost of electric in the west requires the owner to collect a deposit and you are charged based upon electric used for discount nightly, weekly, monthly and seasonal customers. Almost all campgrounds out here charge for electric use. Rates are very reasonable and can be found on the park website. This park allows well behaved dogs of any size, and any problems that do occur are quickly dealt with by the owner. This is a great out of the way desert campground with wonderful people and a nice owner. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of open desert for the ATV/off road enthusiest. The quirky town of Quartzsite is an easy 25 minute drive. Blue Water Casino Colorado Indian Tribes reservation in the town of Parker is a 50 minute drive. The Western side of Phoenix is about 1 hour away and Yuma, AZ is about 90-100 miles to the south with easy access to Los Algodonnes, Mexico; dental, prescription meds, and eyeglass capital for tens of thousands of snowbirds.

Hosts were friendly and helpful. Mostly long term guests. Good value for one night. Very quiet as it is several miles from the freeway, but easy enough to get there. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

It is a basic RV park, and met the basic needs; however, the host was not very nice, and seemed to be put off that we were even there. The office was closed several times when we tried to go in. Dogs barked all night. Wasn't so great. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate is PA including $5.00 per day for electric if on a daily site. Desert park with some sites held for daily use. Pull through was level front to back and side to side with hookups placed well and worked well. Water drinkable from the tap. A few permanents with majority seasonal folks who come to ride the trails with ATV's. We spent three days visiting friends who ride trails. Park OK for what it is. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

If you ride trails there is plenty but don't ride alone. Our friend was the guide when we rode on borrowed ATV. 12 in our group. Also close to Quartzsite for easy access to the circus it becomes in January. Must see at least once.

Not what we expected after reading all the great reviews. Very dusty, noisy at night, and the smell from the nearby dump and and cattle ranch was terrible and never went away. Electric was good but the water pressure was almost nothing and only got a trickle out of the sinks. Big rigs be careful coming through the entrance off the highway, slow down early because you have to come to almost a stop on the highway before entering the entrance gates are narrow and over a cattle grate. Last but not least we only stayed here for one night but got a knock on our door first thing in the morning to tell us we have to pay for electricity daily even though it was only a one night stay, that was a first. We will not be back. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very friendly park with large spaces. All gravel sites & roadways. I would have liked a slab on site but all-in-all it's great, remote, quiet, and very peaceful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet get away. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Passport America Park: stayed for one night. Very nice camp hosts showed me the site which was a short walk from the office. Ours was the only transient with the others being long-time permanent residents although most kept their units neat and clean. Park is all gravel making it less pet friendly, but fine for an overnight stay which was our plan. I didn't even unhook the TOAD. Would stay again if in the area. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stopped here on our way from Needles to Tucson. Came in from the north so had no problem at the road turn with our 40' fiver. No problem at the entrance to the park either. Quick check in, very large pull through lot: ON1. One small problem is that it's next to the "burning pile" and they were burning trash when we got here. A bit on the smoky side but within 1/2 hour they were done and the smoke was gone. There's not much around but Quartzsite is about 25 miles away. We would definitely stay here again. Located between the waste dump and cattle dairy, the smell here was intolerable!! If you can put up with the smell, the lot size is huge, and has nice owners. No trees to speak of, very dusty. Will not stay here again. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed overnight. The turn off Hwy 60 is a narrow driveway to a dirt road. Slowing down from posted limit helps locate the turn. Checkin was easy and quick even though we arrived (with a reservation) a bit after closing. Owner was really friendly and helpful. Park was full during winter season so best call ahead. Even full, the park was quiet and restful. Park is gravel. Our backin site had plenty of maneuvering room. Utilities are at the back of the site so be sure you have enough to reach about 10 feet behind your rig. Cable TV and WiFi worked well and included at no charge. Owner let us know when we were hooking up that park now uses Reverse Osmosis to treat their well water supply. This water tastes fine. Rated 8 of 10 as park has all the comfort basics and none of the extra cost amenities. We would stay here again for a longer stay. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We only needed a place to stop overnight and this park was along side our travel route. A very basic little Arizona desert RV park. The entrance from the highway is quite narrow for a big rig so be prepared to swing wide to get a straight approach. The actual entrance to the park also is a little narrow, but shorter rigs should not have a problem. I could not get the Wi-Fi to work with the code given to me, so can not comment on speed. My Verizon aircard worked OK though. A long, wide pull through, good 50 amp power and low water pressure. The water was claimed to be reverse osmosis which may have been the reason for the low pressure. PPA rate, but an additional five dollar "deposit" for electric use which was a slight surprise when registering. We would use this park again for an overnight stay. We camped at 3 Dreamers RV Park in a Motorhome.
