Very Nice Park. Extremely clean everywhere. Nice clean pool which was nice and cool for an evening swim. All utilities worked well with the cable having been discontinued by COX in this area please remember to bring your Dish or DTV. The Owners have made this park into a gem and so pleasant and friendly. We camped here in a 38 foot fifth wheel and we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful park and just a two mile drive into Tombstone or you can take their shuttle. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Family owned and operated. Super clean and neat. Great wi-fi. Had propane on site and picked up tank from camp site. The owner helped us to our site and with parking. Pool was great. Playground area for kids to run. Campground was quiet. Larger spots. Lots to do near that had nothing to do with Tombstone. Free shuttle service to Tombstone. Small store in office with stuff you may need. We would stay here again, for sure. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park. Clean with hook ups just where you need them. Staff very friendly and helpful. Escorted to site and guide checked on electric before he left. They have a shuttle into town and you call the office and they pick you up. All sites were gravel but very large. Very quite at night. Pool was clean and open late for swimmers. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

A very clean RV park that is less than a mile from town. They are supposed to have shuttle to town but we never inquired as we have a tow vehicle and parking town is very easy and free. The sites are big, most are pull through and quite wide and deep. Parking the car at the site was no problem. The restrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. If fact the entire campground is well maintained. The only unfortunate part was there was poor to no cable TV. In fact they have removed it from their list of amenities. The Cable company (I believe it is Cox Cable) is pulling out of town by the end of the month so no upkeep on the system. We had no service and only 3 oddball channels on our HD antenna. So unless you have Dish or Direct TV system do not count on TV. But we don't camp for TV and found plenty of other things to keep us busy. I would camp here again if ever in the area. momdoc. Let's start with the positives. Tombstone was a complete blast. The history, the town, it really is amazing and something to see. This park was by far the best choice in town. The bathroom and showers were clean, the sites were decently spaced out for a private park. They have propane onsite, and a very small dog park. The location is top notch. Only a couple of miles from Tombstone. There's good hiking behind the park. Check out the trails on google map earth view and find your way around. Nothing is marked but the trails are good hard packed dirt for the dogs with no stickers for their paws. Now the negatives. The connectivity here sucks. The wifi wasn't good. It was barely usable. On the lower end compared to most campgrounds. There's no cable anymore even though they haven't lowered their prices. Voice on Verizon is ok but data about 1mbps d/l, ATT showed 1 bar but continuously dropped calls. Streaming only worked on T mobile due to poor speeds on Verizon but it was good on T mobile. There's a lot of long term residents here which normally drags down campgrounds, which was the case. All in all, the best choice for Tombstone. I would stay here again if I was coming back. Site accessibility (Camphost guided me in. Some turns are a bit tight but manageable) - 3 Campground location (Perfect location to Tombstone) - 5 Nearby amenities (Shopping in Sierra Vista 25 min) - 3 Site Privacy (Average sites for private park) - 3 Campground amenities (Clean bathrooms/showers. Laundry, Propane, horseshoes, pool) - 4 Dog friendly (Good trails to walk the doggies) - 4 Activities (Tombstone is a blast!) - 4 Cost ($36/night for 50 amp fhu with Good Sam discount) - 3 Staff friendliness (Friendly enough) - 3 Connectivity (Wifi sucked, 3 crappy OTA channels, only T mobile streamed, Verizon voice) - 2 Total rating = 3.4. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We live in Tucson and thought we'd go to Tombstone for 3 nights to make sure our coach had no problems as we prepare for our summer adventure. Well, the place was full. Called another park but they too were full. A short time later the person I spoke to in this park called back to say they moved a few reservations around which resulted in a space for us. Bravo! We arrived and were greeted by a friendly staff member who escorted us to our site. The site was level. Although the park was full, we found it to be very quiet. We didn't use the restroom, showers or laundry but looked in them. They were very clean. In fact the entire park was neat and clean. The park is pet friendly and has a small off leash area for them. The only down side was the WiFi and CATV. The WiFi has a good signal but the internet surfing was very slow in the morning and evening. The CATV at our site was grainy (unwatchable) in the lower channels but improved in the higher channels. Didn't try OTA. We found no problem using our Direct TV system as there were no obstructions to viewing satellites. Would have rated this a 10 but for the WiFi and CATV. Overall, this a great park. Staff is accommodating and friendly. We would go to this park again. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The city of Tombstone is about 1 mile away. "Boot Hill" and the OK Corral are a couple attractions in the historic downtown. A must see for us seniors who grew up watching this history on TV. Several restaurants and a few "watering holes" are available to take a rest at while walking the historic streets.

I have been here a few times and will be back. The hosts/owners seem to be constantly improving the park. While I have a short 30ft rv, the site was long enough to leave my car hooked up. They have a free shuttle on demand right to the center of Tombstone (I am so lazy). Park is quiet at night and everyone is friendly. Quite a few longer term people, by the month I think now that it is winter and beautiful. I can not ask nor think of anything more I would want. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

I just take the shuttle into Tombstone and wander around - it is not very big and enjoy lunch or dinner. Close to Bisbee and Sierra Vista and makes a great base.

Clean, well-maintained park; new Owners have made a lot of improvements since we stayed here a few years ago. Pull-through sites were full, so we got a wide, roomy back-in. Gravel interior roads & sites, a small fenced dog play area; and a nice walking (or horse) trail behind the park. Worth the short drive to Tombstone; or you can ride their free shuttle. Very friendly, helpful Owners. When we pulled in, we discovered we had a flat tire on our trailer. The Owner and his worker changed it for us, and referred us to a Tire store in Sierra Vista. We ended up buying 3 new tires, and the Owner put them all on for us. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit the area. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed there with our rv group and had a wonderful time. The sites are very wide which makes it easy for group gatherings. Room for the tow to be park next to the rv and still have room. The clubhouse was always available and kept super clean. The hosts were so nice and eager to help. The campground is a couple of miles outside Tombstone but there is a free shuttle from and back to the campground. We have stayed there before and will definitely stay there again. I was given a gravel FHU pull-thru site for my 42' 5th wheel. I had plenty of room for the RV & truck. I used my dish for TV and they were working on the wi-fi when we were there. Owners and hosts are friendly and went out of their way for us. The park has a shuttle that will take you to or from Tombstone if you like. Park is well kept up and clean. Would come here again. Bathrooms were clean, as was breakfast/coffee/rec room, and the grounds in general. Our lot was nicely sized, quiet, shaded. The staff was kind and helpful and provided an excellent shuttle service to Tombstone, and also was knowledgeable regarding area attractions. We stayed a week rather than the planned 3 days because we liked everything so much. We camped at Tombstone RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.
